摘    要:建立了液-液萃取气相色谱法测定地表水中痕量苯酚的方法。用盐酸调节水样至pH2左右,以二氯乙烷-乙酸乙酯(体积比为2∶1)混合溶液为萃取剂,以CD-5色谱柱进行分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测苯酚的含量。苯酚的质量浓度在1.00~20.0μg/L范围内与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.999 3,检出限为0.03μg/L。样品加标回收率为93.0%~97.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%(n=7)。该方法检出限低,精密度和准确度高,操作简便,适用于地表水中微量苯酚的分析。

Abstract:The liquid–liquid extraction and gas chromatography method was developed for the determination of trace phenol in surface water. Hydrochloric acid was used to adjust water samples around pH 2,ethylene dichloride–ethyl acetate (volume ratio was 2∶1) mixture was used as the extractant,CD–5 chromatographic column was used as the separation column,hydrogenflame ionization detector was used to detect the content of phenol. The mass concentration of phenol had good relationship with the chromatographic peak areas in the range of 1.00–20.0μg/L with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 3. The detection limit was 0.03μg/L. The recovery of standard addition was 93.0%–97.0%,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was less than 2%(n=7). The method is easy to operate and suitable for the analysis of trace phenol in surface water with low detection limit,high precision and accuracy.
