| Abstract: | The recent progress in theoretical research and application of chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) was reviewed with 162 references.The contents were described and discussed by virtue of the following aspects that were used in CLIA,including genetic enginee-ring reagents,labeling reagents and methods,immunoaffinity solid phase,separation techniques,as well as micro,integrated,or automated devices.Future study and prospect were envisioned. |
