摘    要:对钛合金中铝含量测定过程中的不确定度来源进行了分析,测量不确定度主要来源于试样称量、标准溶液配制、各种玻璃量器的使用及测量重复性。依据不确定度评定的步骤,分析和计算得到了各分量标准不确定度及合成标准不确定度。当钛合金中铝的质量分数为6.14%时,其扩展不确定度为0.09%(k=2)。

Abstract:The Uncertainty of Al Content in the titanium alloys was evaluated. The sources of measuring uncertainty for Al in the titanium alloys were sample pretreatment, standard solution, the instrument and glassware used in the experiment. According to the process of the uncertainty evaluation, the uncertainty of components and the composed uncertainty were analyzed and calculated. As the concentration of Al in titanium alloy was 6.14% , the expanded uncertainty of measurement result was 0.09% (k = 2) .
