摘    要:比较了几种固体酸在合成草酸二异戊酯中的催化活性,结果表明,硫酸锌与硫酸钛的催化活性较好。最佳反应条件为:草酸85mmol,异戊醇238mmol,硫酸锌(或硫酸钛)0.8g,回流反应1.5h,酯化率97.5%。催化剂易回收,具有较好的重复使用性能。

Abstract:The catalytic activity of some solid acids in esterification of diisopentyl oxalate is reported. Both ZnSO 4 and Ti(SO 4) 2 show good catalytic activity in the esterification. Optimum conditions are as follows: oxalic acid 85mmol, isoamyl alcohol 238mmol, ZnSO 4 and Ti(SO 4) 2 0.8g, refluxing for 1.5h. The yield of esterify is 97.5% and the catalyst can be recovered easily and reused many times.
