Complex vanadium and titanium oxides modified by copper ions are studied by the electrochemical and ESR methods. Oxides Cu x V2?y Ti y O5?δ·nH2O (0<y<1.33) have a layered structure and oxides Cu x Ti1?y V y O5+δ·nH2O (0<y<0.25), an anatase structure. The intercalation of cations Cu2+ into the hydrates leads to oxidation of V4+. According to ESR data, V4+ exists in the oxides in the form of VO2+ and an octahedral surround of oxygen (V4+?O6), respectively. The electroreduction of ions of d-elements and chemisorbed oxygen in the oxides is analyzed. The intercalation of cations Cu2+ alters the content of V4+ and the chemisorption ability of the oxides. Possible reasons for this phenomenon are discussed. 相似文献

The complex [Cu(bipy)(pc)(H2O)(ClO4)]·H2O(1)(bipy:4,4'-bipyridine;Hpc:α-pyridine carboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction method and elemental analysis.It crysrallizes in the Monoclinic space group P21/n.The crystal structure reveals that Cu(Ⅱ) centre adopts a pseudo octahedral geometry.Ligand 4,4'-bipyridine as a bridge coordinates to two different Cu(Ⅱ) center to form a onedimensional zigzag chain.One dimensional chains are linked by C-H…O hydrogen bonding interactions to form two-dimensional layer.Layers are connected by O…H-O hydrogen bond to generate three-dimensional structure.The cyclic voltametric behavior of complex 1 is also investigated. 相似文献

Voltametric studies on glassy-carbon and carbon-fiber electrodes result in the development and testing of a carbon-fiber microelectrode capable of operating in model buffer and biological solutions when monitoring nitric oxide in vivo. The Nafion-modified electrode confidently determines the NO presence in solutions containing anions NO 2 ? , which interfere with the assay. Once properly calibrated, it permits quantitative determination of the NO concentration in a buffer solution. 相似文献

A biochemical fuel cell is a device which converts chemical energy into electrical power. The catalysts used in this process
can be either inorganic or organic type giving rise to ‘inorganic fuel cells’ or ‘biochemical fuel cells’, respectively. Biochemical
fuel cells use either micro-organism or enzymes as active components to carry out electrochemical reactions. The efficiency
of such a device theoretically can be as high as 90%. The difficulty in attaining these values arises due to sluggishness of electron transfer from active site to conducting electrode.
This can be overcome by using mediators or by immobilizing active components on conducting electrode. We have immobilizedfad-glucose oxidase on a graphite electrode using a semiconducting chain as a bridge. At the present stage of development, such
a device tacks high current densities, which is essential for commercial power generation but can be used in applications

The syntheses, structures, electrochemical properties of the series of ferrocenylalkyl azoles, FcAlkAz, as well as the antitumor activity of ferrocenylmethyl benzimidazole (8) have been studied. Above mentioned compounds were investigated by the method of cyclic voltametry. All of them exhibited a reversible one-electron oxidation-reduction wave owing to the ferrocene-ferrocenium redox couple with a positive shift (0.50-0.65 V) compared with that of ferrocene (0.42 V). The X-ray determination of molecular structures of 1-(ferrocenylmethyl)imidazole (4), 1-(ferrocenylbenzyl)imidazole (7) and 1-(ferrocenylmethyl)bezimidazole (8) was carried out. Compound 4 with imidazolyl substituent was found to be present in N-protonated form. Antitumor activity of 1-(ferrocenylmethyl)benzimidazole (8) against some solid tumor models such as adenocarcinoma 755 (Ca755), melanoma B16 (B16) and Lewis lung carcinoma was studied. The antitumor activity of compound 8 was compared with cisplatin effectiveness against some experimental tumor systems. 相似文献

Oxidative stress can transform immunologic disorders to malignancy by enhancing the effect of pathogenic factors associated with adverse health problems. Biomarkers generated during oxidative stress are essential in assessing the in vivo condition of the cell for evaluating health and diagnosing the disease at an early stage, prognosis, benign and effectual drug development, and testing the drug efficacy. 3-Nitro-L-tyrosine is an oxidative stress biomarker produced from L-tyrosine through nitration mediated by active metabolites. Thus, precise detection of 3-NO2-Tyr in the biological medium is significantly important to monitor the cell environment. Consequently, a novel electrochemical sensing platform had been designed using ZnNb2O6 nanostructures anchored f-CNF as a glassy carbon electrode modifier. The crystalline and structural features, morphology, and elemental composition of ZnNb2O6/f-CNF nanocomposite were keenly verified. The synchronic activation of ZnNb2O6/f-CNF nanocomposite for effective detection of 3-NO2-Tyr is mainly due to the synergic effect between its counterparts. Accordingly, the fabricated sensor possesses a remarkably low limit of detection (0.021 μM) with a good linear range, and sensitivity is noted to be 7.745 μA/μM?cm?2. The consistency of this sensor was evinced through real-time monitoring of 3-NO2-Tyr in urine and saliva samples which is beneficial in monitoring the pathological situation. 相似文献

This is the first publication which describes the development of a reference material (RM) for the determination of 11 trace elements (Cu, Pb, Mn, Ni, Zn, Fe, Cd, Co, V, As and Al) in rainwater at microgram per liter concentrations. An interlaboratory comparison study for the determination of trace elements in rainwater was carried out for material performance studies to establish analyte concentrations with a stated uncertainty. Fifteen reputed laboratories from Asia, Europe and North America participated in the study. These laboratories used their regular in-house methods to analyze the rainwater samples. The aim of this study is to establish concentration levels of trace elements in rainwater based on interlaboratory study results. Details of the production, homogeneity and stability of the reference sample are given in this article. The organization of the study and the quality assurance measures undertaken at the organizer's laboratory are described. The analytical results obtained from individual laboratories and the analytical methods used for the determination of trace elements in rainwater are discussed. Based on the results obtained from the intercomparison study, certified values as well as informative values are assigned to the 11 trace elements in rainwater. 相似文献
