Generalized Born–Infeld actions and projective cubic curves

We investigate supersymmetric Born–Infeld Lagrangians with a second non–linearly realized supersymmetry. The resulting non–linear structure is more complex than the square root present in the standard Born–Infeld action, and nonetheless the quadratic constraints determining these models can be solved exactly in all cases containing three vector multiplets. The corresponding models are classified by cubic holomorphic prepotentials. Their symmetry structures are associated to projective cubic varieties.     

Supersymmetry status and phenomenology at the Large Hadron Collider

Large Hadron Collider (LHC) has a great chance to finally reveal supersymmetry which remains a compelling theory for over 30 years in spite of lack of its discovery. It might be around the corner the present LHC era with sensitive dark matter search experiments and international linear collider hopefully coming up in the near future.      

On the ISS model of dynamical SUSY breaking

In this Letter we would like to apply the superconformal index technique to give one more evidence for the theory proposed by Intriligator, Seiberg and Shenker (ISS) as being described by interacting conformal field theory in its IR fixed point.

Type 1 2HDM as Effective Theory of Supersymmetry

It is generally believed that the low energy effective theory of the minimal supersymmetric standard model is the type 2 two Higgs doublet model.We will show that the type 1 two Higgs doublet model can also be as the effective of supersymmetry in a specific case with high scale supersymmetry breaking and gauge mediation.If the other electroweak doublet obtain the vacuum expectation value after the electroweak symmetry breaking,the Higgs spectrum is quite different.A remarkable feature is that the physical Higgs boson mass can be 125 GeV unlike in the ordinary models with high scale supersymmetry in which the Higgs mass is generally around 140 GeV.     

Verifying a new identity for Green’s functions of the n=1 supersymmetric non-Abelian Yang-Mills theory with matter fields

We use the higher covariant derivative regularization to investigate a new identity for Green’s functions. It relates certain coefficients of the matter superfield vertex function for which one of the external matter legs is not chiral. Calculations in the first nontrivial order (for the two-loop vertex function) demonstrate that the new identity also holds in the non-Abelian Yang-Mills theory with matter fields. Chern-simons theory in the SO(5)/U(2) harmonic superspace

We consider the superspace of D=3, N=5 supersymmetry using SO(5)/U(2) harmonic coordinates. Three analytic N=5 gauge superfields depend on three vector and six harmonic bosonic coordinates and also on six Grassmann coordinates. Decomposing these superfields in Grassmann and harmonic coordinates yields infinite-dimensional supermultiplets including a three-dimensional gauge Chern-Simons field and auxiliary bosonic and fermionic fields carrying SO(5) vector indices. Two-loop Gell-Mann-Low function of the <Emphasis Type="Italic">N</Emphasis>=1 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory regularized by higher covariant derivatives

We calculate the two-loop Gell-Mann-Low function for the N=1 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory regularized by higher covariant derivatives. Graded Lie Algebra Generating of Parastatistical Algebraic Relations

A new kind of graded Lie algebra (We call it Z2,2 graded Lie algebra) is introduced as a framework for formulating parasupersymmetric theories. By choosing suitable Bose subspace of the Z2,2 graded Lie algebra and using relevant generalized Jacobi identities, we generate the whole algebraic structure of parastatistics.
