One-dimensional ZnO materials have been promising for field-emission (FE) application, but how to facially control the alignment of ZnO emitters is still a great challenge especially for patterned display application. Here, we report the fabrication of novel ZnO nanowire (NW) line and bundle arrays for patterned field-electron emitters. The effects of PS template size and heating time on the resulted ZnO nanoarrays were systematically studied. The deformation degree of PS templates was controlled and hence utilized to adjust the alignment of electrochemically deposited ZnO arrays. It was found that the length of NW lines and the density of NW bundles can effectively tuned by the PS template heating time. The optimal FE performance with turn-on electric field as low as of 4.4 V μm−1 and the field-enhancement factor as high as of 1450 were achieved through decreasing the screening effect among the patterned field-electron emitters.  相似文献

The carbon content of mesostructured organic‐inorganic hybrid material of a cylindrical block copolymer template of poly(2‐vinylpyridine)‐block‐poly(allyl methacrylate) (P2VP‐b‐PAMA) and ammonium paramolybdate (APM) could be reduced by thermal depolymerization. By calcination in vacuo at 320 °C the PAMA core can be completely removed while the remaining P2VP brush preserves the mesostructure. The P2VP‐APM composite can then be carburized in‐situ to MoOxCy in a second pyrolysis step without any additional carbon source but P2VP. The molybdenum oxycarbide nanotubes obtained, form hierarchically porous non‐woven structures, which were tested as catalyst in the decomposition of NH3. They proved to be catalytically active at temperatures above 450 °C. The activation energy was estimated from an Arrhenius Plot to be 127 kJ · mol–1.  相似文献

Phase pure AlPO4 with the AlPO4-18 (AEI) structure was synthesised using N,N-diisopropylethyla-mine as a template. Using a combination of X-ray powder diffraction and computational methods, the location and orientation of the N,N-diisopropylethylamine molecules inside the cages of the AEI structure were determined. Thermogravimetric analysis confirmed that the number of template molecules per unit cell was consistent with the diffraction study. We unequivocally show that only one template molecule is present in each cage of the crystalline AEI material. Our work demon-strates that a combined approach enables accurate structure resolution of such complex materials.  相似文献

文中提出了一种基于图像处理的闸机口跳闸事件检测方法。首先,利用模板匹配的方法进行预处理,得到闸门图像匹配率;其次,根据跳闸事件的连贯性特点,提取一段连续时间序列的匹配率作为分类特征;最后,采取基于最小错误率的贝叶斯分类方法对这段时间序列特征向量进行分类。实验表明,该算法可以有效的检测出闸机口的跳闸事件,具有实时性好、不需要额外的传感器、成本低的优点,具有较好的工程应用前景。  相似文献

In this paper,we present a simple method by combining surface wrinkling and template replication to create a series of hierarchical structures on polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) elastomer.The primary stable lined patterns are formed by duplicating commercialized compact disk and digital versatile disk with PDMS.The secondary microscale patterns are from surface wrinkling,which is elicited by oxygen plasma(OP) treatment of the prestrained PDMS stamp followed with the prestrain release.By systematically varying the OP exposure duration,the prestrain,and the angle(θ) between the primary pattern orientation and the prestrain direction,we obtain highly ordered well-organized composite patterns from different patterning techniques and with different length scales and mechanical stabilities.  相似文献

Metal nano-porous architectures are a novel class of nanomaterials which has been applied in the fields of catalysis, sensing and gas storage because of their high surface-to-volume ratio, high mechanical strength and long-range ordered architectures. A commonly-used synthetic strategies to achieve architectures with high precision and diverse porosity design is the seed-and-growth method. In this work, using a dual-frequency sequential sonication approach, we have demonstrated a sonochemical-assisted one-pot seeding with a successive shell growth synthetic strategy for mesoporous metal deposition via a gold (Au) nanoparticle and poly(styrene) beads system. A uniform coating of gold nanoparticle seeds with dense surface coverage was formed by first employing 300 kHz ultrasound irradiation while the nano-porous shell growth was then performed under 1 MHz ultrasonic frequency. The precise control over the process conditions and parameters allowed for the design of well-defined shell thicknesses and surface roughness and area. The catalytic property of the MNMs was evaluated for the degradation of 4-nitrophenol and a high catalytic activity was achieved for the most porous gold structures, suggesting synergistic effects between the architecture of the nanomaterials and their surface reactivity.  相似文献

Microfluidic techniques provide flexible strategies for fabrication of uniform advanced microparticles with well-tailored sizes, shapes, structures, and functions from controllable emulsion templates. This review highlights recent progress on controllable synthesis of microparticles using versatile microfluidic emulsions as templates. First, highly controllable and scalable microfluidic techniques for the generation of defined emulsions are introduced. Versatile microfluidic strategies for fabricating microparticles from diverse controllable emulsion templates are then summarized, including solid microparticles with spherical, non-spherical, and Janus configurations, porous microparticles with flexible pore structures, and compartmental microparticles with controlled internals. Finally, the future development of microfluidic techniques for microparticle fabrication is briefly discussed.  相似文献

New metal-free phthalocyanine (7) fused symmetrically in peripheral positions with four dithiatetraoxa macrocycles, has been synthesized by cyclotetramerization of the isoindolinediimine derivative of macrocyclic 6. Metallophthalocyanine (8) was synthesized by reaction of phthalonitrile derivative (5) with anhydrous nickel(II) chloride. The new compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, 1H and 13C-NMR, IR UV–Vis and mass spectroscopies.  相似文献

Magnetic nanostructures of nickel embedded in gold were successfully fabricated by electrochemical deposition in porous alumina templates. Structural characterization of the samples confirmed the formation of pure phase, crystalline multi-segmented Au-Ni-Au nanowires. Magnetic characterization of the wires reveals that ferromagnetism arises as a result of Ni embedded in Au segments. An interesting behavior of coercivity was observed that showed a rapid decrease of coercivity for smaller Ni segments while a monotonic decrease was found for the larger segments. Finally, the saturation magnetization of the wires exhibited a slower increase for smaller Ni segments while a sharp increase was observed for larger Ni segments.  相似文献
