采用廉价的多孔聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜作为基底, 用少量的Nafion与PTFE膜复合可制备低成本的质子膜. 但疏水性的PTFE膜与亲水性的Nafion膜结合性不佳. 基于此, 本文对疏水性的PTFE膜材料表面进行设计, 先采用丙烯酸对疏水性的PTFE膜表面进行亲水性改性, 再喷涂亲水性Nafion膜, 完成低成本PTFE/PAA/Nafion膜的制备. 实验结果表明, 改性前的PTFE膜材料水接触角为150°, 改性后的膜接触角变为55.6°, 亲水性大幅上升, 膜的机械强度和尺寸稳定性(断裂强度为25.2 MPa, 80 ℃下的溶胀率为11.9%)均优于Nafion117膜, 而 Nafion用量则节省了60%. PTFE/PAA/Nafion膜具有高质子导通率(80 ℃下达到131.9 mS/cm), 接近于Nafion117膜, 最大功率密度可以达到404.2 mW/cm2.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to estimate two important material properties of the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) polymer by means of a single experimental test. The displacement fields around a crack tip are used for estimating the modulus of elasticity (or, Young's modulus) and Poisson's ratio. These parameters are evaluated by fitting linear fracture mechanic expression of displacement fields in the vicinity of the crack, for mode I, to the experimental data. Measurements of these displacements are carried out using digital image correlation (DIC) method. In this way, the experimental procedure is conducted by loading a double-edge-cracked plate specimen. In order to validate the results, two available experimental tests have been performed. The modulus of elasticity is determined by means of the tensile test, using a standard test machine. Moreover, the Poisson's ratio is obtained by measuring lateral compressive and longitudinal extensional strain using DIC method.  相似文献

将聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和石墨两类减摩耐磨填料填充到聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)中,表征其摩擦性能,利用扫描电子显微镜分析了磨损表面的显微结构,并分析了磨损机制.研究结果表明,PTFE和石墨的填充明显改善了PEI的摩擦磨损性,摩擦系数降低到0.3以下(纯PEI的摩擦系数为0.41),磨损率降低了3个数量级.在PTFE体系中,PTFE质量分数为10%时,PEI基共混材料的摩擦系数最低为0.23;而在质量分数为15%的石墨体系中,PEI基共混材料摩擦系数最低为0.27.磨损率随着填料含量的增加而逐渐下降,在填料质量分数为20%之后,摩损率下降平缓.因此PTFE和石墨的填充对PEI的摩擦学性能起到了很好的改善作用,而且PTFE比石墨的改善效果更优益.共混物的机械性能测试结果表明,在填料质量分数为5%~15%时,共混物具有良好的机械性能.  相似文献

The effect of sintering dispersed and bulk, low molecular weight (Mn = 50,000 Da), nano-emulsion polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) particles near their melting point is described. With the nascent particles consisting of ca.75 nm diameter, hexagonal, single crystals, sintering at, e.g., 350℃, results, initially, in merger of neighboring particles,followed by individual molecular motion on the substrate and the formation of folded chain, lamellar single crystals and spherulites, and on-edge ribbons. It is suggested these structures develop, with time, in the mesomorphic "melt". Sintering of the bulk resin yields extended chain, band structures, as well as folded chain lamellae; end-surface to end-surface merger,possibly by end-to-end polymerization, occurs with increasing time.  相似文献

The effect of sintering dispersed dispersion and nano-emulsion particles of high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) on a substrate as a function of "melt" time and temperature is described. Folded chain single crystals parallel to the substrate and as ribbons on-edge (with double striations), as well as bands, are produced for longer sintering times; particle merger and diffusion of individual molecules, crystallizing as folded chain, single (or few) molecule,single crystals when "trapped" on the substrate by cooling occur for shorter sintering times. It is suggested the observed structures develop with sintering time, in a mesomorphic melt. The structure of the nascent particles is also discussed.  相似文献

In this study, hot embossing by reusable Ni mold with features in the form of rectangular diffraction gratings of 4 μm period was successfully employed for surface texturing of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film above the glass transition temperature of PTFE amorphous phase with the aim to enhance surface hydrophobicity. Imprint pressure was set to 0.5 MPa and it was at least tenfold lower than reported by other authors using cold stamping. Embossed gratings were clearly seen on the surface of all imprinted samples even after the annealing at 140 °C and aging for 1 month at room temperature. The best results were achieved when imprint temperature was 150 °C. Measurements of the water contact angle on imprinted PTFE surfaces have showed that increase of the average contact angle for the current test setup was 8°. Using imprint stamp with the more favorable features may lead to somewhat higher hydrophobicity.  相似文献

Three types of reusable stamps with features in the form of 2D arrays of pits having lateral dimensions in the range of 2-80 μm and heights of 1.5-15 μm were successfully employed for the hot embossing of PTFE at temperatures up to 50 °C above the glass transition temperature of PTFE amorphous phase. Due to the softening of PTFE at the temperatures used in this study, we were able to decrease imprint pressure significantly when comparing with the imprint conditions reported by other authors. Impact of the imprint temperature, pressure and time on the fidelity of pattern transfer as well as on water repellency was tested. The best results of embossing were achieved by applying pressure of 10 kg/cm2 for 2 min at 170 °C. In this case, flattening of a natural PTFE roughness and pretty accurate deep replicas of the stamp patterns were observable on the whole imprinted area. Improvement in water repellency was largest for the samples imprinted by Ni stamp patterned with a 2D array of 2 μm square pits spaced by the same dimension and having a depth of 1.5 μm. Cassie-Baxter wetting regime was observed for the deepest imprints with water contact angles up to the superhydrophobic limit.  相似文献

本文以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)悬浮体为化学改进剂,采用悬浮体制样电热蒸发(ETV)ICP-AES法直接测定了烟叶中微量元素(Cu,Fe,Al,Cr,Mn)的含量。研究了待测物的氟化蒸发行为,考察了化学改进剂PTFE浓度、灰化温度、蒸发温度、共存离子对待测物信号强度的影响。在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限为3.8ng·mL~(-1)(Cu)~13ng·mL~(-1)(Fe),相对标准偏差为2.5%(Cu)~5.7%(Cr),回收率在91.0%~112%。  相似文献
