蜂窝状有序多孔膜是一种典型的具有微、纳米尺寸的图案化高分子薄膜材料,在超疏水表面、光电材料、组织工程、生物医学、传感器等领域都具有良好的应用前景。表面形貌或性质具有可逆刺激响应特性的智能型多孔膜不仅拥有常规多孔膜的性能,而且还拥有独特的"开-关"功能,因此受到广泛关注。本文回顾了智能有序多孔膜近年的研究进展,重点对其体系构建、响应方式、机理、性能和相关应用进行了归纳与分析,评述了不同刺激响应多孔膜的特点及优劣势,探讨了智能多孔膜的优化设计及提高响应性能等问题,指出了目前面临的挑战,并展望了未来的发展方向。  相似文献

This paper focuses on the development of an algorithm capable of generating morphologically-representative foam structures using the Representative Volume Element (RVE) approach. Stereology, a sampling method based on direct observations of the foam cross-sections, is used to characterize the pore size and shape distributions. Using the morphology generation algorithm, the smallest RVEs corresponding to the numerically-convergent foam morphologies are calculated for different foam porosities. To validate the foam generation algorithm, the pore size and shape distributions of the numerically-generated foams are compared to those of the titanium foams manufactured by the space holder method.  相似文献

Luminescent conjugated network polymer is one of the most promising chemo-sensors owing to their good chemical/optical stability and multiple functionalization.Herein,three conjugated network polymers were prepared by using aggregation-induced emission active 1,1,2,2-tetrakis(4-formyl-(1,1'-biphenyl))-ethane(TFBE) unit as monomer and hydrazine as linker.Through regulating the synthetical condition,the polyme ric network can form either unifo rm two-dimensional azine-linked nanosheets(ANS),conjugated microporous polymers(A-CMP) or covalent organic frameworks(A-COF).All of these polymers exhibited good stability and high fluorescence quantum efficiency with the quantum yield of6.31% for A-NS,5.26% for A-CMP,and 5.80% for A-COF,as well as fast and selective fluorescence quenching response to 2,4,6-trinitrophenol(TNP).And the best TNP sensing performance with the Stern-Volmer constants(K_(sv)) values up to 8 × 10~5 L/mol and a detection limit of 0.09 μmol/L was obtained for A-NS.The study explores various strategies to construct conjugated polymers with different nanoarchitectures based on the same building block for sensitive detection of explosives.  相似文献

Zirconia (ZrO2) coating was developed on mild steel surface through an aqueous sol-gel route followed by heat treatment. The coating quality was optimized by varying dipping time, curing time, and drying temperature. ZrO2 coating was competent to prevent a substantial corrosion loss in 0.5 ​M–2 ​M hydrochloric acid with more than 90% efficiency. The morphology of coated surface has revealed the formation of a fine ZrO2 network on the metal surface at optimum conditions. This network is found to be effective to control steel deterioration in hydrochloric acid and the same appeared to be either cracked or irregular for less efficient formulations.  相似文献

随着全球经济的快速发展与人口的日益膨胀,随之而来的能源消耗与环境污染也日益成为一个严峻的挑战.半导体光催化技术能够将低密度的太阳能转化为高密度的化学能,此外它能够通过产生活性自由基来降解空气或水中的污染物,因此在解决上述问题中具有巨大潜力,被认为是有着广阔前景的绿色无污染的能源转化和环境修复手段.在过去几十年的研究中,一些光催化剂表现出了较好的光催化活性,如TiO2和ZnO等.然而,由于它们的宽带隙,仅仅在紫外光下具有活性,这极大地限制了其对太阳光的利用.为了尽可能地利用太阳能,研究者们开发了许多具有可见光活性的光催化剂.钨酸铋(Bi2WO6)作为一种典型的Aurivillius层状钙钛矿材料,因具有独特的层状结构、良好的可见光催化活性、高的热稳定性和光化学稳定性及环境友好性等特点而备受关注.然而,有限的光吸收和光生载流子的快速复合阻碍了Bi2WO6光催化性能的进一步提高.因此,研究者们进行了大量的研究,致力于进一步增强Bi2WO6光催化剂的活性.本文对Bi2WO6基光催化剂的最新研究进展进行了系统综述.首先介绍了Bi2WO6的晶体结构、光学性质和光催化基本原理.然后,基于Bi2WO6的改性策略,包括形貌控制、原子调控和复合材料制备,重点讨论了Bi2WO6在水分解、污染物处理、空气净化、杀菌消毒、二氧化碳还原、选择性有机合成等领域的光催化应用.最后,对Bi2WO6基光催化剂当前面临的挑战和未来的发展作了展望和总结,提出了Bi2WO6光催化剂未来的一些研究方向,包括(1)大规模、精确可控地合成Bi2WO6,特别是高活性晶面、多孔结构和量子点的设计;(2)精确调控原子位置,利用先进的技术手段进一步揭示活性位点上的光催化过程;(3)发展原位表征技术来观察复合光催化剂的界面电荷动力学以及开发新型Bi2WO6基复合体系.(4)通过机械应力、温度梯度以及电场等外场的耦合提高Bi2WO6的光催化性能;(5)进一步深入研究Bi2WO6在不同领域的光催化应用,特别是在肿瘤治疗和太阳能燃料制备方面,一些新的应用如固氮等也值得探索.期望本综述能够为Bi2WO6和其他高效光催化材料的设计提供一些指导和帮助.  相似文献

The effect of tetramethylenedicarboxylic dibenzoylhydrazide (designated here as TMC) on the nonisothermal and isothermal crystallization behavior of PLA was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscopy (POM) and wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD). TMC shows excellent nucleating effect on PLA. With the addition of 0.05 wt% TMC, the crystallization half-time of PLA decreases from 26.06 to 6.13 min at 130 °C. The isothermal crystallization data were further analyzed by the Avrami model. The values of the Avrami exponent of the blends are comparable to that of neat PLA, indicating that the presence of TMC does not change the crystallization mechanism of the matrix. The observation from POM and WAXD measurements showed that the presence of TMC increases significantly the nuclei density of PLA but has no discernible effect on its crystalline structure.  相似文献

Blends with varied ratio of polylactic acid (PLA) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) were prepared by melt blending. The PLA content in blends was 20, 40, 60 and 80 wt%. Samples of pure PLA and TPU that underwent the same thermal treatment were also prepared. Biodegradation was examined by respirometry. Pure TPU started to degrade immediately due to degradation of the low molecular weight plasticizer in the polymer. Pure PLA, on the other hand, exhibited an incubation period after which degradation progressed rapidly and was almost complete after 70 days. The degradation profile of the blends can be correlated to their morphology. Samples with a co-continuous morphology initially degrade at a higher rate than the rest of the samples due to the higher exposure of the TPU phase in these blends.  相似文献

采用紫外辐照引发共轭亚油酸(CLA)囊泡内聚合反应,获得自交联CLA囊泡.用动态激光光散射(DLS)和冷冻透射电子显微镜(cryo-TEM)等观察自交联CLA囊泡的粒径和形貌变化,结果表明,自交联CLA囊泡的囊泡结构不仅不随温度变化解体,而且表现出明显的温敏膨胀性.自交联CLA囊泡体外释放5-氟尿嘧啶的实验表明其具有温度响应的缓释和控释特性.  相似文献

Phase structure and crystallization behavior of polyethylene(PE) in its blends with cis-1,4-butadiene rubber(BR) at different blend ratios and sample preparation conditions were studied. The PE is finely dispersed in the BR matrix. For samples hot pressed at 145 °C, circular PE microdomains with randomly oriented PE lamellar aggregates were produced. The domain size and number increase with increasing PE content. When the PE content is over 10 wt%, most of the PE domains impinged each other. The separated PE domains are connected by PE stripes with parallel arranged lamellar aggregates. For samples hot pressed at 140 °C, elongated PE microdomains with oriented PE lamellar aggregates were obtained due to the shear flow. The crystallization of PE in the blends depends on the phase structure. Confined crystallization of PE occurs in small microdomains at relatively low temperature. With the increase of domain size, the crystallization ability of PE increases while the confined crystallization decreases.  相似文献
