采用活性阴离子聚合方法,以仲丁基锂为引发剂,以苯乙烯、六甲基环三硅氧烷(D3)和2,4,6-三乙烯基-2,4,6-三甲基环三硅氧烷(V3)为反应单体,分步聚合制备了聚苯乙烯-b-聚(二甲基硅氧烷-stat-乙烯基甲基硅氧烷)[PS-b-P(DMS-stat-VMS)]嵌段聚合物.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱及凝胶渗透色谱对共聚物的化学结构、分子量及分子量分布进行了表征,并通过扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜及接触角等测试方法研究了共聚物各链段组分对共聚物形貌及表面亲疏水/油性的影响.结果表明,所制备的共聚物分子量分布较窄,由于各组分性能的差异而呈现出微相分离结构,同时该共聚物保留了PS-b-PDMS原有的表面性质,为设计结构多样性及性能优异的聚硅氧烷共聚物提供了新思路.  相似文献

Significant differences have been observed in the steady-state permeation of gases through symmetric and asymmetric (Loeb-type) cellulose acetate membranes. The studies were made with O2, N2, Ar, Kr, Xe, and CO2 in the temperature range from -5 to 85°C and at subatmospheric pressures. The differences in permeation behavior may reflect structural differences between the symmetric membranes and the dense surface layer (“skin”) of the asymmetric membranes. The overall mechanism of gas permeation through the symmetric membranes appears to be one of “solution-diffusion,” similar to that observed with many other nonporous polymeric membranes. In the case of the asymmetric membranes, this mechanism is probably modified by the presence of micropores or other imperfections in the dense surface layer. Cellulose acetate exhibits two second-order transitions in the presence of the penetrant gases, one between 60 and 70°C and the other near 15°C. By employing small-angle neutron scattering (SANS), we investigated the microstructures of, poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPA)-block-poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) (NE) in deuterated water D2O, as related to macroscopic behaviors of fluidity, turbidity and synerisis. SANS revealed following results: (i) microphase separation occurs at around above 17 °C in a temperature range of transparent sol below 30 °C. In the microdomain appeared in the transparent sol state, both block chains of PNIPA and PEG are swollen by water; (ii) for the NE solution of polymer concentration Wp > 3.5% (w/v), corresponding to opaque gel above 30 °C, a percolated structure, i.e., network-like domain is formed by NE as a result of macrophase separation due to dehydration of the PNIPA chains. As the temperature increases toward 40 °C, the network domain is squeezed along a direction parallel to the NE interface, which leads to increase of the interfacial thickness given by swollen PEG chains and to the macroscopic synerisis behavior.  相似文献

用傅里叶变换红外光谱方法研究了热处理对由聚环氧丙烷聚醚多元醇、3.5-二乙基甲苯二胺和4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯组成的多嵌段聚氨酯脲(SPUU)的微相分离行为的影响.从室温逐步升温到310℃的过程中,氨基甲酸酯键(UT)之间形成的氢键大量解离,而脲键(UA)之间形成的、具有平面状双分叉结构的氢键在130~200℃范围却大量生成;从310℃缓慢冷却到室温后,部分游离的UT重新形成氢键,而硬段之间形成的UA氢键的含量又有所增加.结果表明:高温热处理可以有效地提高SPUU的微相分离程度.  相似文献

通过对聚醚氨酯红外光谱酰胺-Ⅰ谱带的二级微商及傅里埃自解卷积处理,发现了位于1715cm~(-1)的新组分并可归属于无序的相间界面。应用差减光谱及曲线拟合对热处理试样的光谱谱带进行分析表明聚醚氨酯的加热/冷却过程是与可逆的无序/有序化过程及微相混合/分离过程有关的。新发现的1715cm(-1)组分强度的变化与无序/有序化过程是一致的。  相似文献

Ordered aggregation of thiol-passivated Au nanoparticles in a diblock copolymer polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) has been observed. The morphology of the diblock copolymer/Au-nanocomposite was dependent on the composition of the thiol modifier. For the thiol modifier that does not preferentially interact with one of the blocks, a perpendicular (relative to the substrate) lamellar morphology is maintained. However, for a thiol with a surfactant structure similar to one of the blocks, we observed a parallel lamellar morphology and speculate that the nanoparticles have localized at the microdomain interface. These conclusions are based on transmission electron microscopy, angle-dependent X-ray photoelectron microscopy and tensiometry. These results are consistent with theoretical predictions on the hybrid systems composed of block copolymers and nanoparticles.  相似文献

Linear homopolymer chains in poor solvent exist either as individual crumpled single chain globules or asmacroscopic precipitate, depending on whether the solution is in the one- or the two-phase region. However, linearheteropolymer chains in dilute solution might be able to form stable mesoglobules made up of a limited number of chains ifthe degree of amphiphilicity of the chain is sufficiently high and the experimental conditions are appropriate. The self-assembly of block copolymers in a selective solvent is typical of such examples. In practice, the formation of stablemesoglobules can be directly related to the formation of novel polymeric nanopaticles in solution. In this article, we willaddress the formaton of mesoglobular phase not only on the basis of thermodynamics, but also from a kinetic point of view,which leads to the discussion of how viscoelasticity can affect the phase behavior of heteropolymer chains in dilute solution.The formation and stabilization of several different kinds of novel polymeric nanopedicles will be used to illustrate ourdiscussion.  相似文献
