Eight-coordinated DyIII centres with D6h symmetry are expected to act as high-performance single-molecule magnets (SMMs) due to the simultaneous fulfilment of magnetic axiality and a high coordination number (a requisite for air stability). But the experimental realization is challenging due to the requirement of six coordinating atoms in the equatorial plane of the hexagonal bipyramid; this is usually too crowded for the central DyIII ion. Here a hexaaza macrocyclic Schiff base ligand and finetuned axial alkoxide/phenol-type ligands are used to show that a family of hexagonal bipyramidal DyIII complexes can be isolated. Among them, three complexes possess nearly perfect D6h local symmetry. The highest effective magnetic reversal barrier is found at 1338(3) K and an open hysteresis temperature of 6 K at the field sweeping rate of 1.2 mT s−1; this represents a new record for D6h SMMs.  相似文献

Nonlinear wave processes in shockloaded elastoplastic materials are modeled. A comparison of the results obtained with experimental data and numerical solutions of exact systems of dynamic equations shows that the model equations proposed qualitatively describe the stressdistribution evolution in both the elasticflow and plasticflow regions and can be used to solve one and twodimensional problems of pulsed deformation and fracture of elastoplastic media.  相似文献

Let X be a standard Markov process. We prove that a space inversion property of X implies the existence of a Kelvin transform of X‐harmonic, excessive and operator‐harmonic functions and that the inversion property is inherited by Doob h‐transforms. We determine new classes of processes having space inversion properties amongst transient processes satisfying the time inversion property. For these processes, some explicit inversions, which are often not the spherical ones, and excessive functions are given explicitly. We treat in details the examples of free scaled power Bessel processes, non‐colliding Bessel particles, Wishart processes, Gaussian Ensemble and Dyson Brownian Motion.  相似文献

The Monte Carlo simulation method was used to model thermal desorption of a pair of enantiomers from a solid surface with a chiral periodic pattern of active sites. The main objective of the study was to determine the optimal number of the active sites and their spatial distribution within the unit cell of the surface to achieve the most efficient separation of the enantiomers. For that purpose we tested the series of chiral patterns which were found previously for the equilibrium adsorption. Temperature programmed desorption spectra were calculated using a square lattice of adsorption sites in which the active sites were distributed spatially according to the candidate patterns. Additionally, influence of relaxation of the adsorbed layer on the relative shift of the TPD peaks of the enantiomers was assessed and the key factors affecting the chiral separation were identified.  相似文献

The condition number of a discontinuous Galerkin finite element discretization preconditioned with a nonoverlapping additive Schwarz method is analyzed. We improve the result of Antonietti and Houston (J Sci Comput 46 (2011), 124–149), where a bound has been proved for a two‐level nonoverlapping additive Schwarz method with coarse problem using polynomials of degree on a coarse mesh size . In a more general framework, where the concurrency of the algorithm is increased by applying solvers on subdomains smaller than the coarse grid cells, we prove that the condition number of the preconditioned system is where is the coarse space element degree polynomial and is the size of subdomain where local problems are solved in parallel. Our result also extends to the case of discontinuous coefficient, piecewise constant on the coarse grid, for a composite continuous–discontinuous Galerkin discretization. © 2016Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper we consider a g – circulant, right circulant, left circulant and a special kind of a tridiagonal matrices whose entries are h(x) – Fibonacci quaternion polynomials. We present the determinant of these matrices and with the tridiagonal matrices we show that the determinant is equal to the nth term of the h(x) – Fibonacci quaternion polynomial sequences.  相似文献
