Delay‐dependent criteria on the global attractivity of Nicholson's blowflies model with patch structure

In this paper, we investigate the effect of delay on the asymptotic behavior of Nicholson's blowflies model with patch structure and multiple time‐varying delays. By using the fluctuation lemma and some differential inequality technique, delay‐dependent criteria are obtained for the global attractivity of the addressed system. Meanwhile, some numerical examples are given to illustrate the feasibility of the theoretical results. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Permanence and global attractivity of an impulsive delay Logistic model

In this paper, we consider an impulsive delay Logistic model. First by mathematical analysis, we obtain the maximum and minimum values of solutions of the corresponding autonomous Logistic model. Then by applying the comparison theorem and constructing some suitable Lyapunov functionals, we discuss the permanence and the global attractivity of the model, based on the boundedness of solutions of the corresponding autonomous Logistic model. An example together with its numerical simulation is given to verify our main result.     

Iterative approximation of fixed points of Prešić operators on partial metric spaces

We study the convergence of the Pre?i? type k‐step iterative method for a class of operators satisfying Pre?i? type contractive conditions on the setting of partial metric spaces. Some examples are presented to illustrate our obtained results. As applications of the presented convergence theorems, we derive global attractivity results for a class of matrix difference equations. Numerical experiments are also presented to illustrate the theoretical findings.     

Periodicity and attractivity of a ratio-dependent Leslie system with impulses

A ratio-dependent Leslie system with impulses is studied. By using a comparison theorem, continuation theorem base on coincidence degree and constructing a suitable Lyapunov function, we establish sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence and global attractivity of periodic solution. Examples show that the obtained criteria are easily verifiable.     

EXISTENCE AND GLOBAL ATTRACTIVITY OF ALMOST PERIODIC SOLUTION TO A DELAYED DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

A new fixed point theorem is presented and sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence, uniqueness and global attractivity of a positive almost periodic solution to a delayed differential equation with almost periodic factors.     

Partial extinction,permanence and global attractivity in nonautonomous <Emphasis Type="Italic">n</Emphasis>-species Lotka-Volterra competitive systems with impulses

In this paper, the qualitative properties of general nonautonomous Lotka-Volterra n-species competitive systems with impulsive effects are studied. Some new criteria on the permanence, extinction and global attractivity of partial species are established by used the methods of inequalities estimate and Liapunov functions. As applications, nonautonomous two species Lotka-Volterra systems with impulses are discussed.

Delayed stage-structured predator-prey model with impulsive perturbations on predator and chemical control on prey

We consider a delayed stage-structured pest management predator-prey system with impulsive transmitting on predator and chemical control on prey.Sufficient conditions of the global attractiveness of the pest-extinction boundary periodic solution and permanence of the system are obtained.We also prove that all solutions of the system are uniformly ultimately bounded.Our results provide reliable tactical basis for practical pest management.
