Solid-state 19F NMR is a powerful method to study the interactions of biologically active peptides with membranes. So far, in labelled peptides, the 19F-reporter group has always been installed on the side chain of an amino acid. Given the fact that monofluoroalkenes are non-hydrolyzable peptide bond mimics, we have synthesized a monofluoroalkene-based dipeptide isostere, Val-Ψ[(Z)-CF=CH]-Gly, and inserted it in the sequence of two well-studied antimicrobial peptides: PGLa and (KIGAKI)3 are representatives of an α-helix and a β-sheet. The conformations and biological activities of these labeled peptides were studied to assess the suitability of monofluoroalkenes for 19F NMR structure analysis.  相似文献

碲锰镉(CdMnTe)作为性能优异的室温核辐射探测器材料,可用于环境监测和工业无损检测领域。本文中采用Te溶剂Bridgman法生长In掺杂Cd0.9Mn0.1Te晶体,制备成10 mm×10 mm×2 mm大小的室温单平面探测器,研究了该探测器对241Am@59.5 keV γ射线源的能谱响应。通过表征红外透过率、电阻率以及探测器能谱响应等参数,综合评定了探测器用CdMnTe晶体的质量、电学和探测器性能。结果表明,晶片的红外透过率均在55%以上,最好可达到60%。采用湿法钝化,100 V偏压下的漏电流由钝化前的9.48 nA降为钝化后的7.90 nA,钝化后的电阻率为2.832×1010 Ω·cm。在-400 V反向偏压下,CdMnTe探测器对241Am@59.5 keV γ射线源的能量分辨率在钝化前后分别为13.53%和12.51%,钝化后的电子迁移率寿命积为1.049×10-3 cm2/V。研究了探测器的能量分辨率随电压的变化特性,当偏压≤400 V时,探测器的能量分辨率主要由载流子的收集效率决定,而当偏压>400 V时,能量分辨率由漏电流决定。本文研究结果表明,Te溶剂Bridgman法生长的CdMnTe晶体质量较好,电阻率和电子迁移率寿命积满足探测器制备需求。  相似文献

A compartmental model is developed to estimate flow parameters of a shallow aquifer affected by water loads in surface reservoirs and to evaluate its nonsteady flow distribution. The method incorporates temporal piezometric head measurements and sampling of water for dissolved chemicals and isotopes analyses. Each compartment is governed by a set of equations describing the conservation of linear momentum and mass balance expressions for water, isotopes, and dissolved chemicals. The number of compartmental balance expressions always must be greater than that of the unknown flow parameters associated with each compartment. An optimization method is described to yield spatial distribution of aquifer storativity, transmissivity, porosity, leakage, and compliance coefficients and fluxes leaking into an aquifer's lower boundary. Future predictions of an aquifer's piezometric head distribution in a compartmental system is formulated on the basis of the estimated flow parameters and the leakage components.Compartmental modelling which incorporates concentrations of environmental tracers, may yield efficiency in computing resources and accuracy enhancement for predicting an aquifer's flow regime.  相似文献

In this paper, the macroscopic dispersion resulting from one and twodimensional flows through a semiconfined aquifer with spatially variable hydraulic conductivity K which is represented by a stationary (statistically homogeneous) random process is analyzed using the spectral representation technique. Stochastic fluctuation equations of the steady flow and solute transport are solved to construct the macroscopic dispersive flux and evaluate the resulting macrodispersivity tensor in terms of the leakage factor and input covariances describing the hydraulic conductivity in a semiconfined aquifer bounded by a leaky layer above and an impervious stratum below. The macrodispersivity tensor is studied using some convenient forms of the log hydraulic conductivity process. The sensitivity of the resulting macrodispersivity to the input covariances is discussed along with the influence of the leakage factor for both one and twodimensional flows. It is found that the longitudinal macrodispersivities are increased due to the presence of leakage, while the transverse macrodispersivities are reduced due to leakage.  相似文献

The gate induced drain leakage (GIDL) effect in negative capacitance (NC) FinFET is investigated. A Landau–Ginzburg–Devonshire equation (which considers the polarization gradient in ferroelectric material) is used to estimate the characteristics of the NC FinFET. Specifically, metal-ferroelectric-metal-insulator-semiconductor (MFMIS) and metal-ferroelectric-insulator-semiconductor (MFIS) NC FinFETs are compared, in order to figure out the effect of the internal metal layer on the GIDL effect. To analyze the impact of the polarization gradient on the GIDL effect in NC FinFET, a polarization gradient coefficient is varied. For MFMIS, the polarization gradient doesn't significantly affect the device performance. The subthreshold swing improves but the GIDL effect deteriorates because of the “uniform” NC effect in channel region. For MFIS, the device performance is explicitly affected by the polarization gradient. Smaller polarization gradients result in non-uniform NC effect in channel region, resulting in severe GIDL effects. On the other hand, higher polarization gradients alleviate GIDL effects.  相似文献

通过测量光电流,直接观察了InGaN/GaN量子阱中载流子的泄漏程度随温度升高的变化关系。当LED温度从300K升高到360K时,在相同的光照强度下,LED的光电流增大,说明在温度上升之后,载流子从量子阱中逃逸的数目更多,即载流子泄漏比例增大。同时,光电流的增大在激发密度较低的时候更为明显,而且光电流随温度的增加幅度与激发光子的能量有关。用量子阱-量子点复合模型能很好地解释所观察到的实验现象。实验结果直接证明,随着温度的升高,InGaN/GaN量子阱中的载流子泄漏将显著增加,而且在低激发密度下这一效应更为明显。温度升高导致的载流子泄漏增多是InGaN多量子阱LED发光效率随温度升高而降低的重要原因。  相似文献

采用角度磨抛的方式, 在纤芯/包层为20/400 μm双包层掺Yb光纤上制作了侧面抽运耦合器. 该耦合器对975 nm的半导体二极管抽运光的耦合效率最高可达97%, 对1080 nm信号光的泄漏比小于2%. 分析了侧面抽运耦合器的性能以及多个侧面抽运耦合器的级联分布对抽运耦合效率的影响; 同时, 在前向抽运和双向抽运方式下, 分析了级联耦合器的分布及信号光泄漏比对激光器整体效率的影响, 并进行了数值模拟. 采用自行研制的侧面抽运耦合器, 搭建了侧面耦合分布式抽运、掺Yb双包层全光纤主振荡功率放大器, 获得了波长为1080 nm、功率为303 W 的基模激光输出. 进一步增加抽运点个数, 提高抽运功率, 可获得更高的输出功率.  相似文献

The leakage current behaviours of polycrystalline BiFeO3 thin films are investigated by using both conductive atomic force microscopy and current-voltage characteristic measurements. The local charge transport pathways are found to be located mainly at the grain boundaries of the films. The leakage current density can be tuned by changing the post-annealing temperature, the annealing time, the bias voltage and the light illumination, which can be used to improve the performances of the ferroelectric devices based on the BiFeO3 films. A possible leakage mechanism is proposed to interpret the charge transports in the polycrystalline BiFeO3 films.  相似文献
