苯甲酰基硫代苯甲酸-S-苯酯的双重磷光研究

在对不同取代的苯甲酰基硫代苯甲酸-S-苯酯的光物理性质进行研究时,发现其苯甲酰基在邻位时可观测到双磷光现象,本工作对这种现象的机理进行了研究,确定这种现象是由于溶剂的作用,使溶液中具有多种不同的构象体,不同异构体的磷光发射不同,其激发波长也不同,改变激发波长可观察到双重磷光现象。     

Synthesis, Spectroscopic Properties and Crystal Structures of Dibenzyltin（IV） Dithiobenzoate and Chlorodibenzyltin（IV） Thiobenzoate

Two dibenzyltin(IV) complexes with thiobenzoate ligand, (PhCH2)2Sn(SOCPh)2 (1) and (PhCH2)2Sn(C1)SOCPh (2), have been synthesized by the reaction of dibenzyltin(IV) dichloride with thiobenzoic acid in the presence of organic base Et3N and characterized by IR, ^1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Their crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. In the crystals of 1, the tin atom is six-coordinated in a distorted octahedron configuration. In the crystals of 2, the molecular packing in unit cell reveals that the two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked to each other to form a dimer with intermolecular Sn…C1 distances of 0.3591 (2) nm and the tin atom is five-coordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramid configuration.     

Synthesis of a Novel Series of S-Alkyl Thiobenzoate Compounds as Farnesyltransferase Inhibitors

S-akyl thiobenzoate compounds were designed as farnesyltransferase (FTase) inhibitors. An effective synthetic method was explored. The structures of the target compounds were elucidated by NMR spectral and elemental analysis.     

1—羟基—2（1H）—吡啶硫酮及其甲基衍生物与Cr（Ⅲ）配合物的合成和性质

Edrissi认为Cr(Ⅲ)与1-羟基-2(1H)-吡啶硫酮(HPT)的甲基衍生物不能给出任何反应,并且将与HPT的配合物注明为绿色溶液。本文在过去工作的基础上合成了S-(1-氧化-2-吡啶基)硫代苯甲酸酯(PTB)和3-CH_3-PTB;并合成了3个铬配合物。通过元素分析,紫外-可见,红外光谱,摩尔电导和TG-DTA-DTG作了表征。探讨了形成机理并研究了抑菌活性。     

苯甲酰基硫代苯甲酸-S-苯酯的激发态性质

通过激光闪光光解技术对苯甲酰基硫代苯甲酸-S-苯酯激发态的瞬态吸收光谱和胺对该化合物激发态的猝灭过程进行了研究,结合稳态光化学研究的结果,发现该化合物在强光激发下,其激发三重态量增加,由于其弱的C-S键,在强光照射下很快发生分子断裂。在与胺组成的体系中,其猝灭过程较特殊,主要生成自由基离子,但也可能通过质子转移生成半片呐醇自由基和胺自由基。研究发现,该过程与胺的离子化电位(I_p)有关,低I_p值有利于自由基离子的生成,此外也与受体分子的性质有关,BPTB分子具有较强接受电子的能力也促进了自由基离子的生成。
