极谱法测定地质样品中锡的方法改进

过氧化钠熔融分解样品,热水浸提,试样经铍盐做共沉淀剂,用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)消除钙、镁等的影响,在盐酸-氯化铵底液中,用极谱法对锡进行测定,改进并简化了国标方法.对极谱法测定地质样品中锡从熔矿方式、测试温度以及干扰元素的影响及消除等方面进行探讨,并对仪器的工作条件进行优化.锡的方法检出限为10.0μg/g.方法经标准物质验证,测定值与标准值相吻合,并进行不同仪器和方法的对比实验,结果一致,准确度高.方法精密度(RSD,n=12)低于2%.方法效率高、测定结果准确可靠,已应用于大量地质样品的分析中.     

Contribution à l'étude Électrochimique de Dérivés de l'Acide Mercapto-2 Pyridinecarboxylique-5. II

Abstract

Electrochemical caracteristics of 2-mercaptopyridine-5-carboxylic acid and its methylic ester have been determined using recent polarographic techniques. Measurements have been carried out as a function of parameters such as frequency, others surimposed signals and as a function of concentration and pH. Results are compared to those obtained for selectively methylated on sulfur or nitrogen atoms derivatives. Interpretations of the data are given. The optimal conditions for a quantitative determination by D.C. and differential pulse polarography are fixed.     

Determination of Codeine,Dionin and Thebaine by Differential Pulse Polarography

Abstract

The method proposed for determining codeine, dionin and thebaine by differential pulse polarography is based on the reduction (in ammoniacal medium) of the nitroderivatives obtained by dissolving the substances in concentrated nitric acid. The values of the reduction potentials range between -0.45 and -0.69 V. Morphine and heroine do not interfere in the determination of the mentioned alkaloids.     

Polarographic Determination of Cobalt and Nickel in Iron Meteorites

Abstract

Cobalt and nickel were determined in five iron meteorites by a polarographic method. The analyses gave good precision and are believed to be reliable. The nickel content ranged from 6.49% to 8.07%, and cobalt ranged from 0.40% to 0.49%. Atomic absorption measurements were made on the sample solutions for comparison.     

Components of the Net Current in Differential Pulse Polarography. Part 2. Kinetics and Adsorption

Components of the net response in differential pulse polarography were studied theoretically, assuming gradually changing electrode rate constant or strength of the reactant adsorption. The difference between the maximum potential of the peak component and the half‐wave potential of the wave component appear as an important parameter. From its value, the electrode rate constant can be calculated even when the standard potential is not known. In a reversible process, effects of the reactant adsorption on the mentioned separation are less pronounced. The results were compared with experimentally obtained effects. For deeper insight into the applicability of this approach, additional experimentally obtained polarograms (that reflect different potential/timing parameters or changing character of the electrode process) should be studied in terms of their components.     

线性扫描极谱法测定消旋山莨菪碱

用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法研究了消旋山莨菪碱在0.3mol·L~(-1)磷酸氢二钠-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(pH 6.70)中的电化学行为。消旋山莨菪碱于-1.095V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附波,消旋山莨菪碱质量浓度在0.10～10.0mg·L~(-1)范围内与其一次微分线性扫描峰电流i_p呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.06mg·L~(-1)。对5.0mg·L~(-1)消旋山莨菪碱溶液进行6次平行试验,相对标准偏差为0.34%,该方法用于片剂中消旋山莨菪碱含量的测定,测定值与标示值相符。     

锌(Ⅱ)-茜素紫络合物的极谱行为及应用

用线性扫描示波极谱法研究了锌 ( ) -茜素紫络合物的伏安行为 ,发现在含有 0 .1 mol/L KCl,p H=9.96的 Britton- Robinson缓冲溶液中锌 ( ) -茜素紫络合物产生一灵敏的极谱吸附波 ,其峰电位为 - 1 .2 7V( vs.SCE) ,峰电流与锌 ( )的浓度在 8× 1 0 - 8～ 2× 1 0 - 6 mol/L的范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限为 5× 1 0 - 8mol/L。研究了电极反应机理 ,并用建立的方法成功地测定了发样中的锌     

磺胺二甲嘧啶钠的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法定量研究

建立了磺酸二甲嘧啶钠的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱定量分析方法,磺胺二甲嘧啶钠在乙醇－（硼酸－氯化钾缓冲液）－水（体积比７０：２：２８）的底液中,于－１．５６０Ｖ（ｖｓ．Ａｇ／ＡｇＣｌ）处出现一良好的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰,磺胺二甲嘧啶钠浓度与其峰幅值在０．０６～０．６ｍｍｏｌ．Ｌ＾－１范围内呈非常显著的线性关系（Ｐ〈０．０１）,检出限为９．２ｎｍｏｌ．Ｌ＾－１,已用于注射液中磺酸二甲嘧啶钠的测定。     

维脑路通与铜(Ⅱ)的配位化学研究

用单扫描极谱法研究了Ｃｕ＾２＋与维脑路通（ＶＥＮＯＲＵＴＯＮ,简称ＶＲＴ）形成配合物的条件和机理,在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中（ＰＨ７．０）,Ｃｕ＾２＋与维脑路通配位并产生１个不可逆还原波,其峰电位为－０．５５Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）。配合物的摩尔组成比为Ｃｕ＾２＋,ＶＲＴ＝１：２,表观稳定常数为１．１＊１０＾１１。     

Polarographic behaviour of orotic acid (vitamin B13). Cathodic processes

The electroanalytical behaviour of orotic acid in cathodic processes has been studied in HClO₄, at several pH values in Britton-Robinson buffers, using DPP and CV techniques. Orotic acid undergoes three cathodic waves over the entire pH range considered. Optimum conditions for determination of orotic acid using the DPP technique are also studied.
