Acetate-Selective Anion Receptor with Methylene-Bridged Bis-Imidazolium Rings

Methylene-bridged bis-imidazolium receptor 1 has been synthesized. Anion binding studies carried out using ¹H NMR revealed that this compound displayed good affinities for acetate, while binding spherical halide anions weakly.     

Ethylene polymerization by chromium complexes with phosphorous‐bridged bisphenoxy ligand

Chromium catalysts combined with phosphorous‐bridged bisphenoxy ligands were found to be highly active for ethylene polymerization. The most efficient catalyst precursor among them, generated by combining bis[3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐2‐hydroxyphenyl](phenyl)phosphine hydrochloride ( 1a ) and CrCl₃(THF)₃, was characterized. X‐ray analysis of (3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenoxy)(3‐tert‐butyl‐5‐methyl‐ 2‐hydroxyphenyl)(phenyl)phosphine bis(tetrahydrofuran)chromium dichloride ( 6 ), obtained by the reaction of 1a and CrCl₃(THF)₃ in the presence of NaH, revealed a unique structure in which one phenol moiety of the bisphenol did not coordinate to the chromium center. Complex 6 showed higher activities than those observed in the in situ catalyst system. Polyethylene of various molecular weights was obtained with differing activators. The highest activity (113.5 kg mmol (cat)^?1 h^?1) was observed when TIBA/TB was used as a cocatalyst. A medium molecular weight polymer with narrow molecular weight distribution (M_w = 128,700, M_w/M_n = 1.8) was obtained using a 6 ‐TIBA/B(C₆F₅)₃ system. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Preparation and Characterization of Trimethylsilylpyridylacetylene Bridged,Dicobalt Carbonyl Complexes Containing Bis(diphenylphosphino)methylene or Bis(diphenylphosphino)ethylene Ligand

Reaction of an alkyne‐bridged dicobalt complex, [Co₂(CO)₆(μ‐Me₃SiC=Cpy)] 4 , with bis(diphenylphosphino)methylene (DPPM) or bis(diphenylphosphino)ethylene (DPPE) in THF at 55 °C yielded a DPPM or DPPE doubly bridged dicobalt compound, [{μ‐P,P‐PPh₂CH₂PPh₂}Co₂(CO)₄(μ‐Me₃SiC=Cpy)] 5 or [{μ‐P,P‐PPh₂CH₂CH₂PPh₂}Co₂(CO)₄(μ‐Me₃SiC≡Cpy)] 6 . Compound 5 and 6 were characterized by spectroscopic means as well as X‐ray crystal structure determination.

萜品油烯的DeMayo光环加成产物的反应研究

通过萜品油烯和2，6-二氧代戊酸甲酯的de Mayo反应，使[2 + 2]环加成产物 3-6经retro-aldol重排，开环生成取代环己烯7和12。在不同反应介质中对开环产 物进行再环合，并对其反应机理进行研究。在碱性条件下，经分子内Claisen缩合 反应形成螺环化合物；以对甲本碘酸为催化剂的环合，除生成正常的Claisen缩合 产物以外，7和12均发生烯键亲核加成反应，生成具有二环[3.3.1]结构的桥环化合 物9-11和二环[3.2.1]结构的桥环化合物16-18。所得新化合物的化学结构均经IR, ~1H NMR，~(13)C NMR及元素分析予以确定。     

四核钴羰基簇合物Co4(CO)8(μ-CO)2(μ4-PSR)2的合成和晶体结构

The title compounds Co4(CO)8(μ-CO)2 (μ4-PSR) [R=-CH3, -C2H5, -C(CH3)3,-(CHa)4CH3] were synthesized by the reaction of Co2(CO)8 with RSPCl2. They were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, elemental analysis. The crystal and molecular structure of Co4(Co)8(μ-CO)2 (μ4-PSC2H5) has been determined by single crystal diffraction method. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21 /c, with a=8-445(3), 6=8.562(3), c= 17.125(6)Å, β=104.26 (3)' 9 V=1200.1Å3, Z=2, Dc=1.937gcm-3. Its molecular structure contains an octahedral Co4P2 skeleton which consists of a rectangular four cobalt atoms core and the Co4 core is capped above and below by two quadruply bridging PSR ligands.     

Synthesis and Structure of a Manganese(Ⅱ) Complex: [Mn2·(dinitrobenzoic acid)4·(1,10-phen)2]n

The title compound, [Mn2·(dinitrobenzoic acid)4·(1,10-phen)2]n, has a linear chain structure containing binuclear [Mn2·(dinitrobenzoic acid)4(1,10-phen)2] repeat units. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1- with a = 7.9261(8), b = 12.1329(15), c = 14.847(2)(A), α = 103.845(5), β =101.424(5), γ= 92.618(4)°, Mr= 657.37, V= 1352.3(2) (A)3, Z = 2, Dc= 1.614 g/cm3, F(000) = 666, μ =0.567 mm-1, the final R = 0.0407 and wR = 0.1015 for 4081 observed reflections with I ＞ 2σ(Ⅰ). The Mn atom is six-coordinated by two N and four O atoms, forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. All Mn-O and Mn-N bond distances range from 2.093(2) to 2.310(2)(A). Two adjacent octahedral units are bridged together by two pairs of bi-monodentate carboxyl groups of different dinitrobenzoic acids to form an eight-membered ring with chair-typed configuration, thus generating a one-dimensional chain along the a axis.

菁是一类很重要的离子型染料和感光材料,也有极少数可用作激光染料,绝大部价菁染料为直链分子。我们最近合成了一系列带有五员桥环的菁,并研究了这些桥环菁化合物的质子化平衡和荧光性质。     

5,6—二亚甲基双环[2.2.1]庚—2—醇及其衍生物的旋光与构型

从（－）－（１Ｓ，２Ｒ，４Ｓ）－５，６－二亚甲基双环［２．２．１］庚－２－醇（Ｉ）和（－）－（１Ｓ，２Ｓ，４Ｓ）－５，６－二亚甲基双环［２．２．１］庚－２－醇（Ⅱ）出发，合成了它们的醚类和取代苯甲酸酯类光学纯的衍生物。通过［α］Ｄ测定和构型分析，发现它们是含有３个手性碳（Ｃ１，Ｃ２和Ｃ４）的桥环化合物，其旋光性与构型的关系均符合可极化度多级圆球不对称性模型。

Tetramethyldisilane-1,2-diyl bridged Dicyclopentadienyl and Diindenyl Metal Dichlorides of the Group 4 Metals – Crystal Structure of Dicyclopentadienyl and diindenyl metal dichlorides of the type Cp′? SiMe₂SiMe₂? Cp′MCl₂ (Cp′ = C₅H₄, M = Ti ( 1 ), Zr ( 2 ), Hf ( 3 ); Cp′ = C₉H₇, M = Zr ( 4 ), Hf ( 5 )) were synthesized and characterized by means of their ¹H, ¹³C, ²⁹Si-n.m.r., MS, and IR spectra. The crystal structure of 2 was determined.
