Three-component reaction of aromatic aldehyde, 2-naphthalenamine, and 1,2-diphenylethanone in aqueous media catalyzed by triethylbenzylammonium chloride (TEBAC) at 90 °C gave 3-aryl-3-(naphthalen-2-ylamino)-1,2-diphenylpropan-1-one derivatives. The enol form of 1,2-diphenylethanone was tentatively proposed to participate in the formation of the products. Compared with previous methods, this three-component reaction has the advantages of green solvent, good yields, and operational simplicity.  相似文献

A series of 1,4‐diarylquinoline derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of arylmethylidenemalononitriles or 2‐cyano‐3‐aryl‐1‐acrylate and 3‐arylamino‐5,5‐dimethylcyclohex‐2‐enone in aqueous media at 100 °C catalyzed by TEBAC. Meanwhile, the water medium was chosen as green solvent.  相似文献

以芳醛、3-芳氨基-5,5-二甲基环己-2-烯酮和Meldrum酸为原料, 以水为溶剂, 在回流条件下以三乙基苄基氯化铵为催化剂通过三组分一步反应, 合成了一系列的7,7-二甲基-1,4-二芳基-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-八氢化喹啉-2,5-二酮衍生物. 该方法具有中性反应条件、产率高(80 %~92 %)、操作简单和环境友好等优点.  相似文献

以芳亚甲基丙二腈、1,3-二甲基巴比妥酸为原料, 以水为溶剂, 在100 ℃以三乙基苄基氯化铵(TEBAC)为催化剂合成了一系列的吡喃并[2,3-d]嘧啶衍生物, 该方法具有反应条件温和, 产率良好(78%~90%)和环境友好等优点. 产物的结构通过IR, 1H NMR和元素分析表征, 并进一步通过X射线衍射分析确证.  相似文献

A short and simple synthesis of chromeno[4,3‐b]benzo[f]quinolin‐6‐one derivatives was accomplished in good to high yields via the reaction of N‐arylidenenaphthalen‐2‐amine with 4‐hydroxycoumarin in aqueous media catalyzed by TEBAC. The structures were established by spectroscopic data and further confirmed by X‐ray analysis. In addition, water was chosen as a green solvent.  相似文献

Three-component reaction of aromatic aldehyde, malononitrile, and 2-(1-(3-chlorophenyl)propylidene)malononitrile in aqueous media catalyzed by tetraethylbenzylammonium chloride (TEBAC) at 90 °C gave 2-amino-6-(3-chlorophenyl)-5-methyl-4-arylcyclohexa-1,5-diene-1,3,3-tricarbonitrile derivatives. The structure of 4e was further confirmed by x-ray diffraction. This three-component reaction had the advantages of green solvent, good yield, and operational simplicity.  相似文献

A clean and simple synthesis of one-donor poly-acceptors systems containing 2,6-dicyanoamine moiety was accomplished via the reaction of 1-arylethylidenemalonodinitriles with arylidenemalonodinitriles in aqueous media catalyzed by TEBAC in the presence of K2CO3. The important intermediates were obtained successfully to confirm the mechanism in the absence of base under the same reaction conditions. The structures of 3m and 4b were confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献
