Two novel ionic liquids based on serine [Cnmim][Ser] (n = 3, 4) were prepared by the neutralization method and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The density, surface tension, and refractive index of the two ILs were measured from T = (298.15 to 338.15) K. Since these ILs [Cnmim][Ser] (n = 3, 4) could form strong hydrogen bonds with water, small amount of water in the ILs is difficult to removed by common methods. In order to eliminate the effect of trace of water, the standard addition method (SAM) was applied to these measurements. On the basis of the experimental data, the speed of sound (μ), thermal expansion coefficient (α), molecular volume (Vm), standard entropy (S0298), entropy of surface (Sa), energy of surface (Ea), parachor (P), molar polarization (Rm), and polarization coefficient (αp) were calculated, and the relationship between each of these properties of [Cnmim][Ser] (n = 3, 4) and temperatures was discussed. According to the additivity, the average value of anionic parachor, P(ave), was 180.81 for [Ser]. At the same time, the surface tension of these serine ionic liquids could be estimated from their parachor and refractive index. The estimated values of the surface tension and the corresponding experimental data were almost identical.  相似文献

The parachor assigned to fluorine atoms in fluorinated alkanes was examined. The values vary systematically with the number of fluorine atoms in the molecule. Partially fluorinated alkanes show large values, while perfluoroalkanes give a smaller value which is constant for all the perfluoroalkanes examined in this work. The molecular structure seems to be important for the intermolecular interaction of this series of compounds, and may be responsible for the deviation from the parachor additivity rule.  相似文献

在288.15-318.15 K温度范围内,测定了不同浓度离子液体1-戊基-3-甲基咪唑丙酸盐([C5mim][Pro])水溶液的密度和表面张力,计算了不同温度下不同浓度的溶液热膨胀系数、表观摩尔体积和溶液等张比容;根据密度实验数据计算得到溶质表观膨胀率,并与Harned和Owen提供的理论方程计算结果作了比较,两者计算结果能够很好一致;另外,本文还验证了预测溶液表面张力的经验方程,用其预测溶液的表面张力,不仅与溶液表面张力实验值在误差范围内很好一致,也与用等张比容方法预测的结果一致.  相似文献

The goal of this paper is to demonstrate the separation and detection capability of eco-friendly micro-TLC technique for the classification of spirulina and selected herbs from pharmaceutical and food products. Target compounds were extracted using relatively low-parachor liquids. A number of the spirulina samples which originated from pharmaceutical formulations and food products, were isolated using a simple one step extraction with small volume of methanol, acetone or tetrahydrofuran. Herb samples rich in chlorophyll dyes were analyzed as reference materials. Quantitative data derived from micro-plates under visible light conditions and after iodine staining were explored using chemometrics tools including cluster analysis and principal components analysis. Using this method we could easily distinguish genuine spirulina and non-spirulina samples as well as fresh from expired commercial products and furthermore, we could identify some biodegradation peaks appearing on micro-TLC profiles. This methodology can be applied as a fast screening or fingerprinting tool for the classification of genuine spirulina and herb samples and in particular may be used commercially for the rapid quality control screening of products. Furthermore, this approach allows low-cost fractionation of target substances including cyanobacteria pigments in raw biological or environmental samples for preliminary chemotaxonomic investigations. Due to the low consumption of the mobile phase (usually less than 1 mL per run), this method can be considered as environmentally friendly analytical tool, which may be an alternative for fingerprinting protocols based on HPLC machines and simple separation systems involving planar micro-fluidic or micro-chip devices.  相似文献

根据经验和半经验方程及空隙模型理论,可以估算及预测离子液体在298.15K的物理化学性质.本文讨论了离子液体的分子体积,密度,标准熵,晶格能,表面张力,等张比容,摩尔蒸发焓,空隙体积,空隙率和热膨胀系数.通过实验测得的三种离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸乙酯([C2mim][EtSO4)]),1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑硫酸辛酯([C4mim][OcSO4])和1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([C2mim][NTf2])的密度和表面张力估算了它们的其它物理化学性质.由这三种离子液体的分子体积及等张比容预测了同系列中其它离子液体[Cnmim][EtSO4],[Cnmim][OcSO4]和[Cnmim][NTf2](n=1-6)的分子体积及等张比容,由此计算出它们的密度及表面张力.进而预测了它们的物理化学性质.将预测的离子液体[C4mim][NTf2]和[C2mim][OcSO4]的密度值与文献报导的实验值进行比较,其偏差在实验误差范围内.最后,将由Kabo经验方程计算的七个离子液体[C2mim][EtSO4]、[C4mim][OcSO4]、[C2mim][NTf2]、[C4mim][NTf2]、丁基三甲基铵双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([N4111][NTf2])、甲基三辛基铵双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([N8881][NTf2])和1-辛基-3-甲基吡啶四氟硼酸盐([m3opy][BF4])的摩尔蒸发焓与由Verevkin简单规则预测的摩尔蒸发焓进行比较,发现两者符合很好.因此,在缺乏密度和表面张力实验数据的情况下,可以用Verevkin简单规则来预测离子液体的摩尔蒸发焓.  相似文献

This study has investigated the influence of varying the ratio of paraffin, naphthene and aromatic (P/N/A) components in narrow, wide and real petroleum fractions on the parachors of the fractions. Surface tension and density measurements have been made on synthetic hydrocarbon mixtures simulating real SC8, SC10, SC13 groups, their mixtures and a kerosene sample covering the range SC4–SC14 in order to determine their experimental parachors. Two methods to compute the parachors of fractions are proposed based on the equation of Broseta, the correlations of Riazi and Al-Sahhaf and the pseudocompound approach of Daubert. where Pa is the parachor of the cut, ω the acentric factor, P, N and A the P/N/A components, zP/N/A the mole fractions of the P/N/A components and the other terms have their usual meaning. Both of these methods were found to compute the parachors of mixtures representing the SC8, SC10 and SC13 groups, mixtures of these groups and the kerosene sample with an absolute deviation of 2%. Comparison of the experimental parachors with calculated ones show that the parachor of a petroleum fraction depends not only on its molecular weight but also on the ratio of the P/N/A components. It was also found that the parachor of each of the families of P, N and A components could be expressed as a linear function of molecular weight leading to the following expression for a mixture containing P, N and A components

where the A and B terms were those found in the linear regression fit for each family. The approach proposed gives quantitatively better results than methods such as that of Fawcett, where the P/N/A distribution is not taken into account in the computation of petroleum fraction parachors.  相似文献
