The new nanocomposites, Pd/C/ZrO2, PdO/ZrO2, and Pd/PdO/ZrO2, were prepared by thermal conversion of Pd@UiO-66-Zr−NH2 (MOF) in nitrogen or air atmosphere. The presence of Pd nanoparticles, uniformly distributed on the ZrO2 or C/ZrO2 matrix, was evidenced by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) methods. All pyrolysed composites retained the shape of the MOF template. They catalyze carbonylative Suzuki coupling under 1 atm CO with an efficiency significantly higher than the original Pd@UiO-66-Zr−NH2. The most active PdO/ZrO2 composite, formed benzophenone with TOF up to 1600 h−1, while by using Pd@UiO-66-Zr−NH2, much lower TOF values, 51–95 h−1, were achieved. After the reaction, PdO/ZrO2 was recovered with the same composition and catalytic activity. Very good results were also obtained in the transfer hydrogenation of benzophenones to alcohols with Pd/C/ZrO2 and PdO/ZrO2 catalysts under microwave irradiation.  相似文献

The present study optimised the ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) of bioactive compounds from Amaranthus hypochondriacus var. Nutrisol. Influence of temperature (25.86–54.14 °C) and ultrasonic power densities (UPD) (76.01–273.99 mW/mL) on total betalains (BT), betacyanins (BC), betaxanthins (BX), total polyphenols (TP), antioxidant activity (AA), colour parameters (L*, a*, and b*), amaranthine (A), and isoamaranthine (IA) were evaluated using response surface methodology. Moreover, betalain extraction kinetics and mass transfer coefficients (KLa) were determined for each experimental condition. BT, BC, BX, TP, AA, b*, KLa, and A were significantly affected (p < 0.05) by temperature extraction and UPD, whereas L*, a*, and IA were only affected (p < 0.05) by temperature. All response models were significantly validated with regression coefficients (R2) ranging from 87.46 to 99.29%. BT, A, IA, and KLa in UAE were 1.38, 1.65, 1.50, and 29.93 times higher than determined using conventional extraction, respectively. Optimal UAE conditions were obtained at 41.80 °C and 188.84 mW/mL using the desired function methodology. Under these conditions, the experimental values for BC, BX, BT, TP, AA, L*, a*, b*, KLa, A, and IA were closely related to the predicted values, indicating the suitability of the developed quadratic models. This study proposes a simple and efficient UAE method to obtain betalains and polyphenols with high antioxidant activity, which can be used in several applications within the food industry.  相似文献

This study presents the synthesis and properties of linear PVDF-based amphiphilic triblock terpolymers with PS and PEO, [PVDF-b-PS-b-PEO], by adopting a procedure that involves: (a) iodine-transfer polymerization (ITP) of VDF with 1-iodoperfluorohexane (C6F13I) serving as chain-transfer agent (CTA) to afford C6F13-PVDF-I, (b) ITP of styrene with the C6F13-PVDF-I macromolecular-CTA to obtain C6F13-PVDF-b-PS-I diblock copolymer, (c) end-group exchange from iodo- to azido-group by nucleophilic substitution reaction with NaN3, and (d) copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with alkyne-terminated PEO to achieve C6F13-PVDF-b-PS-b-PEO triblock terpolymers. The 1H and 19F NMR spectroscopy confirmed the presence of all blocks, while gel permeation chromatography traces showed the living nature of ITP technique. The self-assembly of these terpolymers was investigated in films (atomic force microscopy and DSC), as well as in aqueous and organic solvents (DLS). The analysis of crystalline phases based on the FTIR spectroscopy indicated the conversion of PVDF α-phase into α + β-phases and β + γ-phases upon the incorporation of PS and PEO blocks, respectively. The synthesized amphiphilic copolymers were evaluated (fluorescence spectroscopy) as carriers of small hydrophobic molecules in water. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. An efficient route for the synthesis of 2‐amino‐4H‐benzo[g]chromenes via a three‐component coupling reaction of aldehydes, malononitrile and 2‐hydroxy‐1,4‐naphthaquinone in the presence of Zn( L ‐proline)2 is reported. Thin films (monolayer and bilayer) of cylinder forming polystyrene‐block‐polydimethylsiloxane (PS‐b‐PDMS) were shear aligned by the swelling and deswelling of a crosslinked PDMS pad that was physically adhered to the film during solvent vapor annealing. The nanostructures formed by self‐assembly were exposed to ultraviolet‐ozone to partially oxidize the PDMS, followed by calcination in air at 500 °C. In this process, the PS segments were fully decomposed, while the PDMS yielded silica nanostructures. The highly aligned PDMS cylinders were thus deposited as silica nanolines on the silicon substrate. Using a bilayer film, the center‐to‐center distance of these features were effectively halved from 38 to 19 nm. Similarly, by sequential shear‐alignment of two distinct layers, a rhombic array of silica nanolines was fabricated. Morpholino-containing aza-BODIPYs at 3,5-positions were synthesized. The maxima absorption and emission of these dyes locate at the near-infrared region. Aza-BODIPY 1 with the morpholino group as a pH-sensitive functionality could be used to be a pH probe, and the dramatic increase in fluorescence intensity at 675 nm by about 1500 folds. Moreover, the singlet oxygen generation of PS 2 with the dibromo groups at 2,6-positions was more effective than that of the parent dye 1.  相似文献

Nowadays, increasing extortions regarding environmental problems and energy scarcity have stuck the development and endurance of human society. The issue of inorganic and organic pollutants that exist in water from agricultural, domestic, and industrial activities has directed the development of advanced technologies to address the challenges of water scarcity efficiently. To solve this major issue, various scientists and researchers are looking for novel and effective technologies that can efficiently remove pollutants from wastewater. Nanoscale metal oxide materials have been proposed due to their distinctive size, physical and chemical properties along with promising applications. Cupric Oxide (CuO) is one of the most commonly used benchmark photocatalysts in photodegradation owing to the fact that they are cost-effective, non-toxic, and more efficient in absorption across a significant fraction of solar spectrum. In this review, we have summarized synthetic strategies of CuO fabrication, modification methods with applications for water treatment purposes. Moreover, an elaborative discussion on feasible strategies includes; binary and ternary heterojunction formation, Z-scheme based photocatalytic system, incorporation of rare earth/transition metal ions as dopants, and carbonaceous materials serving as a support system. The mechanistic insight inferring photo-induced charge separation and transfer, the functional reactive radical species involved in a photocatalytic reaction, have been successfully featured and examined. Finally, a conclusive remark regarding current studies and unresolved challenges related to CuO are put forth for future perspectives.  相似文献

盘状液晶分子由稠环芳核和围绕的多条柔性链构成, 具有独特的自组装有序超分子结构、半导体性质和光学性质. 其可通过溶液或喷墨打印技术加工成为光电子薄膜器件, 具有低成本优势. 通过Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联和Scholl氧化环化策略, 合成了一系列新的具有苯并䓛结构的非对称酸酐、羧酸酯、酰亚胺和苯并咪唑稠环衍生物, 并对其液晶性和光物理性质进行了详细研究. 通过偏振光学显微镜(POM), 差示扫描量热法(DSC)和小角度X射线散射(SAXS)测试表明, 这些极性盘状化合物自组装堆积呈六方柱状(Colhex)液晶相, 其中, 最宽的液晶温度范围达206 ℃. 官能团和共轭体系大小决定了相变温度和液晶范围. 荧光测试结果表明, 化合物溶液中绝对量子产率高达34%, 根据官能团不同, 这些化合物发蓝、绿和红光. 借助密度泛函理论(DFT)计算, 解释了该系列极性盘状液晶分子发光性质的差异. 基于本工作的合成方法, 从萘酸酐原料出发为构建结构多变、性质丰富的π-共轭(杂环)芳烃盘状液晶化合物提供了新途径.  相似文献

Pyrazolo[4,3‐d]pyrimidines are of interest as potential kinase inhibitors. This article describes the formation of a novel highly conjugated, condensed, centrosymmetric heteroaromatic compound, 4,9‐dichloro‐2,7‐diisopropyl‐1,3,5,5b,6,8,10,10b‐octaazacyclopenta[h,i]aceanthrylene ( 3 ), during the chlorination of 5,7‐dihydroxypyrazolo[4,3‐d]pyrimidine ( 1 ) with phenylphosphonic dichloride. The nucleophilic attack of benzylamine on 3 afforded N‐benzyl‐5‐chloro‐3‐isopropyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐7‐amine ( 6 ), which was further substituted to yield a pyrazolo[4,3‐d]pyrimidine analogue of roscovitine, a well‐known cyclin‐dependent kinase inhibitor.  相似文献
