A new chemically modified carbon paste electrode was constructed and used for rapid, simple, accurate, selective and highly sensitive simultaneous determination of cadmium, copper and mercury using square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV). The carbon paste electrode was modified by N,N′-bis(3-(2-thenylidenimino)propyl)piperazine coated silica nanoparticles. Compared with carbon paste electrode, the stripping peak currents had a significant increase at the modified electrode. Under the optimized conditions (deposition potential, −1.100 V vs. Ag/AgCl; deposition time, 60 s; resting time, 10 s; SW frequency, 25 Hz; pulse amplitude, 0.15 V; dc voltage step height, 4.4 mV), the detection limit was 0.3, 0.1 and 0.05 ng mL−1 for the determination of Cd2+, Cu2+ and Hg2+, respectively. The complexation reaction of the ligand with several metal cations in methanol was studied and the stability constants of the complexes were obtained. The effects of different cations and anions on the simultaneous determination of metal ions were studied and it was found that the electrode is highly selective for the simultaneous determination of Cd2+, Cu2+ and Hg2+. Furthermore, the present method was applied to the determination of Cd2+, Cu2+ and Hg2+ in water and some foodstuff samples.  相似文献

Chlordecone was used until 1993 as a pesticide in the banana plantation of Martinique and Guadeloupe (French Antilles) against the root borer. This organochlorine pesticide was lipophilic, remnant, and toxic for human beings with both acute and chronic effects. Chlordecone was strongly absorbed and stored in soil and weakly decomposed in environment. Surveys conducted in 2001 revealed its presence in soil, rivers, and domestic food products. Local food (fruits and vegetables, cattle, poultry, and fish) was growing on soils, widely contaminated by chlordecone, used in the past as banana plantations. In 2003, French Administration asked for a risk evaluation for the Antilles population. The French Agency for Food Safety, proposed a Provisional Tolerable Daily Intake of 0.0005?mg?kg?1?b.w.?day?1, and an Acute Reference Dose of 0.01?mg?kg?1?b.w.?day?1, based on a toxicological risk assessment. The French National Reference Laboratory for pesticides has carried out two analytical methods, one for food of animal origin and another for food of fruit and vegetable origin. These methods were validated in the reference laboratory and dispatched to 13 laboratories for a proficiency test before the launch of two studies on Martinique and Guadeloupe food. About 900 samples from Martinique were sent to the network of laboratories for analysis of chlordecone. Performance parameters obtained through the proficiency test were briefly reported. The quality control test proposed in this study was discussed to shed light on the true variability achievable by intra-laboratory and inter-laboratory analysis. The limits of conventional quality-control procedures were discussed, and a process was proposed in order to get better confidence in analytical results.  相似文献

The field of the rapid characterization of products by HS-MS is reviewed. The general principle of HS-MS systems consists of introducing volatile components present in the HS of a sample without prior chromatographic separation into the ionization chamber of a mass spectrometer. The spectrum resulting from simultaneous ionization and fragmentation of the mixture of molecules introduced constitutes a “fingerprint” that is characteristic of the product being analyzed. Exploitation of this spectral information allows one determine the composition of the sample.  相似文献

利用鲁米诺 铁氰化钾 尿酸化学发光体系,在酸性介质中,亚硝酸根氧化亚铁氰化钾为铁氰化钾,从而建立了一种间接测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。讨论了酸度、反应物浓度、干扰离子等因素的影响。方法的检出限为5.0×10-11g·ml-1,对样品进行了平行测定(n=11),其相对标准偏差为2.2%~3.9%,线性范围为1.0×10-9~1.0×10-5g·ml-1。方法简便,易于操作,并具有较高的灵敏度和选择性。用于食品中亚硝酸根的测定,回收率为93.5%~108.0%,结果满意。  相似文献

Several recent intercomparisons and certification exercises have shown that the determination of tin in e.g. food samples and plastics is not straightforward. k 0-Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis (k 0-INAA) offers some intrinsic quality control opportunities for the determination of the tin content in samples since several monitoring radioisotopes are formed. In this work we will discuss the validation of the determination of tin by k 0-INAA using different reference materials. The results show that only few of these radioisotopes are reliable in terms of accuracy and that from a survey of the tin content in a range of canned foods detection limits as low as 2 mg/kg can be achieved.  相似文献

Active attapulbgite as adsorptive reagent, the adsorptive behavior of Mn(II) and Zn(II) was studied with Flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) method. The mainly factors of influencing the adsorption and desorption of Mn(II) and Zn(II) were discussed. The interference of coexisting ions was investigated, and the actual sample determination from adzuki beans, mung beans and phosphating waste water was conducted with good result.  相似文献

甲醛是一种常用的防腐剂。对人体有害,不允许在食品中存在。为检测食品中甲醛的含量,利用甲醛与乙酰丙酮生成稳定的黄色化合物。在412nm波长进行光度测定,其吸光度(A)与甲醛浓度呈线性关系,还原剂对测定结果有较强的负偏差影响,三价铁离子对测定结果有正偏差影响。光照使结果不稳定,三乙醇胺对显色有一定的增敏作用。  相似文献
