用Stober法合成了粒径在35~750nm范围内的单分散的SiO2粒子,考察了投料比对粒径的影响.研究了所制备的SiO2胶体晶体的结构和反射光谱.利用两种不同粒径的SiO2粒子作为模板和模板填充物,分别制备了SiO2和重氮树脂的多孔材料.  相似文献

将具有导电功能的聚(4-羧酸钠苯基)乙炔阴离子(PCPA)与具有生物活性的DNA聚阴离子交替与重氮树脂聚阳离子(DR)进行自组装,可以得到层重复单元为DR/DNA/DR/PCPA的三夹层聚电解质自组装膜。重氮树脂聚阳离子在紫外光照射下可与聚阴离子发生光化学反应,使层与层之间的离子键连接转化为共价键连接,从而制备稳定的纳米级超薄膜。本文用红外光谱法对此类聚电解质自组装膜的光化学反应过程进行了研究。  相似文献

Stable, ultrathin DNA micropatterns were fabricated from photosensitive polymer diazoresin (DR) through a self-assembly technique. The micropatterns were achieved on LBL ultrathin film after UV exposure through a photomask. The patterns were characterized systematically with scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and fluorescence microscopy. All of the results indicate that the combined LBL self-assembly and photolithography technique is a promising method for constructing stable, well-defined micropatterns with a nanoscale thickness.  相似文献

通过BPO引发的溶液聚合 ,合成了水溶性的星状C6 0 苯乙烯 苯乙烯磺酸钠的三元共聚物 [Star shapedC6 0 poly(St SS) ],运用自组装技术 ,在水溶液中 ,含C6 0 的三元共聚物与重氮树脂 (Diazoresin)通过正负离子间的吸附力在云母基片上交替一层一层有序地组装成固体膜 .自组装膜经紫外光幅照反应 ,通过重氮基的分解 ,层间连接的离子键转变成共价键 ,从而增加薄膜的稳定性和堆砌密度 .用原子力显微镜 摩擦力显微镜(AFM FFM)考察了C6 0 在膜中的承载作用及比较不同链结构、不同链长、不同层数自组装膜的表面形貌和微摩擦性能 .初步的研究结果显示了聚合物薄膜的微摩擦性能与聚合物的化学结构、链长和膜的层数有密切关系  相似文献

A kind of photoactive multilayer utrathin films has been fabricated via H-bonding attraction from hydroxyphenyl containing polymers as H-donor and diazoresin (DR) as H-acceptor by means of a self-assembly technique. The layer-by-layer deposition of two components is monitored spectrometrically and shows that the UV-VIS absorbance of the film increases linearly both at 250 nm (absorption of benzene nucleus) and at 383 nm (absorption of diazonium group), which indicates that the fabrication proceeds regularly. The nature of H-bonding between layers was verified by the determination of IR spectra of the film fabricated directly on a CaF2 wafer. The stability of the films toward polar solvents increases dramatically after UV irradiation of the films. It was confirmed provisionally that the bond nature between the layers of the film changes from H-bonding to covalent bonding under UV irradiation. The photodecomposition of the -N2+ groups of the film under UV light follows first order reaction kinetics and a mechanism of the photoreaction has been tentatively proposed.  相似文献

Ultrathin films of diazoresin(DR)/single-walled carbon nanotube(SWNT) were fabricated on thioglycollic acid(TGA) decorated gold(Au) electrodes by the self-assembly method combined with the photocrosslinlcing technique.The electrochemical behavior of dopamine(DA) at the DR/SWNT modified electrodes was studied using the cyclic voltammetry(CV) and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) methods.Under the optimal conditions,a linear CV response to DA concentration from 1 μmol/L to 40 μmol/L was observed,and the detection limit of DA was 2.1 ×10~(-3) μmol/L via the DPV method in the presence of 10 μmol/L of uric acid(UA) or 2.5 × 10~(-3) μmol/L via the DPV method in the presence of10 μmol/L of ascorbic acid(AA).Moreover,the modified electrodes exhibited good reproducibility and sensitivity,demonstrating its feasibility for analytical purposes.  相似文献

Overcoming proteins adsorption on the inner surface of capillary has attracted increasing attention recently. By using the unique photochemistry reaction of diazoresin (DR), a new covalent capillary coating was prepared on the fused‐silica capillary through layer‐by‐layer self‐assembly of DR with polyglycerol (PG) dendrimer. The separation performance of covalently DR/PG‐dendrimer coated capillary noticeably exceeded the bare capillary and the noncovalently linked DR/PG‐dendrimer capillary. A baseline separation of lysozyme, myoglobin, bovine serum albumin, and ribonuclease A was achieved using CE within 20 min. Besides, the covalently linked DR/PG‐dendrimer coating has the remarkable stability and reproducibility. Especially, compared with the traditional method which use highly toxic and moisture‐sensitive silane coupling agent, this method seems to be a simple and environmental friendly way to prepare the covalently coated capillaries for CE.  相似文献
