本文建立了高灵敏度的苯并咪唑的测定方法 ,通过对实验条件的优化 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定动物组织中的苯亚砜苯咪唑 (oxfendazole)、噻苯咪唑酯 (cambendazole)、丙苯咪唑 (albendazole)及苯硫达唑 (fenbendazole) 4种苯并咪唑类兽药残留量。测定方法的相关系数 r>0 .9999,检出限为0 .0 1mg/ kg,线性范围为 0 .0 5— 10 .0 mg/ L ,精密度为 2 .1%— 7.3% ,回收率为 74 .8%— 90 .2 %  相似文献

Summary A rapid and specific method has been developed for the determination of amitrole in plant tissues and sandy soils. Amitrole is extracted with ethanol, adsorbed on resin and desorbed with ammonia. After acetylation with acetic anhydride and a clean-up over a SEP-PAK silica cartridge, the amitrole-acetyl derivative is determined by gas chromatography with alkali-flame ionization detection. The gas chromatographic separation is performed simultaneously on two capillary columns of different polarity. The limit of detection for both plant tissues and sandy soils is 0.01 mg/kg. The average recoveries are 81 and 96% respectively.  相似文献

以辐射传输方程为基础,讨论了生物组织光传输问题的线性空间平移不变性,同时建立了层状生物组织光传输问题的系统理论及相应的计算模型.与Monte Carlo方法的对比计算表明:该模型在保证结果准确性的前提下,可极大地提高生物组织光传输问题的计算效率.在此基础上,将该模型应用于层状生物组织内会聚光传输问题的理论计算,讨论了光源会聚角对生物组织内光场分布的影响.  相似文献

Three experimental tasks are of primary interest in biomechanics: determination of the mechanical properties of biomaterials, including tissues and artificial materials; validation of the mechanical reliability of implantable devices; assessment of the compatibility of the mechanical properties of such devices with the surrounding biological environment. Due to the complexity of the in vivo conditions, most of these studies are performed on in vitro models. This contribution presents a review of some methods that are currently utilised at the Laboratory of Biological Structure Mechanics at the Politecnico of Milan.  相似文献

The so-called electric field standing wave effect (EFSW) has recently been demonstrated to significantly distort FT-IR spectra acquired in a transflection mode, both experimentally and in simulated models, bringing into question the appropriateness of the technique for sample characterization, particularly in the field of spectroscopy of biological materials. The predicted effects are most notable in the regime where the sample thickness is comparable to the source wavelength. In this work, the model is extended to sample thicknesses more representative of biological tissue sections and to include typical experimental factors which are demonstrated to reduce the predicted effects. These include integration over the range of incidence angles, varying degrees of coherence of the source and inhomogeneities in sample thickness. The latter was found to have the strongest effect on the spectral distortions and, with inhomogeneities as low as 10% of the sample thickness, the predicted distortions due to the standing wave effect are almost completely averaged out. As the majority of samples for biospectroscopy are prepared by cutting a cross section of tissue resulting in a high degree of thickness variation, this finding suggests that the standing wave effect should be a minor distortion in FT-IR spectroscopy of tissues. The study has important implications not only in optimization of protocols for future studies, but notably for the validity of the extensive studies which have been performed to date on tissue samples in the transflection geometry.  相似文献

Most methods for the quantification of physiological levels of vitamin D3 and 25‐hydroxyvitamin D3 are developed for food analysis where the sample size is not usually a critical parameter. In contrast, in life science studies sample sizes are often limited. A very sensitive liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry method was developed to quantify vitamin D3 and 25‐hydroxyvitamin D3 simultaneously in porcine tissues. A sample of 0.2–1 g was saponified followed by liquid–liquid extraction and normal‐phase solid‐phase extraction. The analytes were derivatized with 4‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazoline‐3,5‐dione to improve the ionization efficiency by electrospray ionization. The method was validated in porcine liver and adipose tissue, and the accuracy was determined to be 72–97% for vitamin D3 and 91–124% for 25‐hydroxyvitamin D3. The limit of quantification was <0.1 ng/g, and the precision varied between 1.4 and 16% depending on the level of spiking. The small sample size required for the described method enables quantification of vitamin D3 and 25‐hydroxyvitamin D3 in tissues from studies where sample sizes are limited.  相似文献

A two-photon fluorescence turn-on H2S probe GCTPOC–H2S based on a two-photon platform with a large cross-section, GCTPOC, and a sensitive H2S recognition site, dinitrophenyl ether was constructed. The probe GCTPOC–H2S exhibits desirable properties such as high sensitivity, high selectivity, functioning well at physiological pH and low cytotoxicity. In particular, the probe shows a 120-fold enhancement in the presence of Na2S (500 μM), which is larger than the reported two-photon fluorescent H2S probes. The large fluorescence enhancement of the two-photon probe GCTPOC–H2S renders it attractive for imaging H2S in living tissues with deep tissue penetration. Significantly, we have demonstrated that the probe GCTPOC–H2S is suitable for fluorescence imaging of H2S in living tissues with deep penetration by using two-photon microscopy. The further application of the two-photon probe for the investigation of biological functions and pathological roles of H2S in living systems is under progress.  相似文献

在高强聚焦超声(HIFU)加热的情况下,利用多针射频(RF)测温装置测量活体组织内的温度分布,结果表明,温度梯度依赖于局部温度,温度越高,梯度越大。此外,本文还研究了血流对温度梯度的影响,结果似乎证实了理论预测,即血流(或血液灌注)减缓了温度(梯度)的变化。  相似文献

In the present study, SF5+ and C60+ were used as primary ions for sputtering and Bi3+ was used as primary ions for analysis. The depth profiling procedure was utilized to make 3D images of the chemistry of single cultured cells and tissue samples of intact intestinal epithelium.The results show sputtering of organic material from cells and tissue with both SF5+ and C60+ sources. Cholesterol fragments were found in the superficial layers when sputtering with C60+. Spectra were collected revealing the change in yield along the z-axis of the sample. 3D images of the localization of Na, K, phosphocholine and cholesterol were constructed with both ion sources for single cell cultures and the mouse intestine.Cryostate sections of mouse intestine were analysed in 2D and the results were compared with the 3D image of the intestine. The localization of cholesterol and phosphocholine was found to be similar in cryostate sections analysed in two dimensions and the sputtered, freeze-dried intestine analysed in 3D. The comparison of 2D and 3D images suggest that the phosphocholine signal faded with C60+ sputtering. In conclusion, both C60+ and SF5+ can be used as primary ion sources for sputtering of organic material from cells and tissues. Consecutive analysis with a Bi3+ source can be used to obtain image stacks that could be used for reconstruction of 3D images.  相似文献
