鲨鱼软骨质量的聚类分析法

用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法（ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ）测定了１８个鲨鱼软骨真品中１３个元素含量，对测定结果进行分析和变量聚类分析，抽提５个特征指标，并以谱系数聚类建立了鉴别鲨鱼软骨真伪的数学模式，用３个假冒产品和一个鲨鱼软骨胶囊对其进行检验，结果表明，用无机元素所建立的数学模式不仅能鉴别鲨鱼软骨的真伪，还能区分鲨鱼软骨的部分及不同部位的混合物。     

Biodegradable thermogel as culture matrix of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for potential cartilage tissue engineering

Poly（lactide-co-glycolide）-poly（ethylene glycol）-poly（lactide-co-glycolide）（PLGA-PEG-PLGA） triblock copolymer was synthesized through the ring-opening polymerization of LA and GA with PEG as macroinitiator and stannous octoate as catalyst. The amphiphilic copolymer self-assembled into micelles in aqueous solutions, and formed hydrogels as the increase of temperature at relatively high concentrations（〉 15 wt%）. The favorable degradability of the hydrogel was confirmed by in vitro and in vivo degradation experiments. The good cellular and tissular compatibilities of the thermogel were demonstrated. The excellent adhesion and proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells endowed PLGA-PEGPLGA thermogelling hydrogel with fascinating prospect for cartilage tissue engineering.     

可变形翼帮助鸟类自由滑翔

通过肌肉控制骨骼的活动关节,鸟类可以不断变换羽毛的交叠状态,从而改变翅膀的形状和大小,不必拍打翅膀就能在空中轻松滑翔。为了深入了解其中的机理,荷兰研究者研究了风洞中的普通雨燕。具有高超滑翔本领的雨燕,大部分时间都处在空中(甚至不用拍打翅膀)。他们发现雨燕翅膀在充分向外展开时最适于缓慢滑翔,此时需要的新陈代谢最少。当雨燕翅膀向外伸展并以每秒8~10米的稳定速度滑翔时,实际上是在休息。而翅膀朝尾部后掠收回(见图)不仅能高速滑翔,而且动作更加轻盈。特别是翅义常行.8.膀后掠可以负担更多载荷,在每秒30米高速转弯时承受住不断…     

海藻酸盐凝胶化及其在软骨组织工程和药物控释领域的应用

介绍了海藻酸盐水溶液的凝胶化及其临界行为和松弛临界指数n.提出了将凝胶化按高分子的分子链长短分为生长型和交联型两类,前者为无规交联,符合逾渗连接的条件;后者大分子链间交联,不符合无规逾渗连接的条件.介绍了微囊化细胞载体、预成型支架和可注射支架,能够为软骨细胞提供良好的三维生长环境;通过LbL、二价离子交联等自组装技术,海藻酸能够实现对多种类型药物的包埋和控释.     

使用超声研究关节软骨的深度依赖瞬态膨胀行为

关节软骨是覆盖关节表面的一层承载生物重量的组织，关节软骨在正常状态下，软骨蛋白多糖的弹性和胶原纤维的张力保持平衡。这种平衡的微小变化会引起关节软骨的退化。量化关节软骨，特别是在表层区域的膨胀影响，可以表征骨关节炎的退化变化。本文的主要目的是使用一种新的实时超声膨胀测量系统来研究在改变浸泡关节软骨的盐水浓度，以及改用胰岛素溶液时的关节软骨的深度依赖瞬态膨胀行为。     

儿童腿疼与微量元素的关系研究

一些儿童有腿疼或关节疼的症状。为了探索其原因，了解腿疼、关节疼与微量元素的关系，本文对其进行了微量元素检测研究。     

为何腰骶椎间盘容易突出

 人体脊柱由椎骨组成,椎骨间借助椎间盘连接。每个椎骨前部(椎体)支持的体重,由椎间盘均匀传递,椎间盘由玻璃体样软骨盘、纤维环和髓核组成,它坚固而富有弹性,可减缓负重的冲击,起到防震作用。     

TMDs studied in semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering at HERMES

The HERMES measured azimuthal amplitudes of cross sections and their transverse target single spin asymmetries for hadron productions in semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering.From the extracted amplitudes,novel parton distribution functions can be studied.The recent results related to Sivers and Boer-Mulders distribution functions are discussed.     

An image joint compression-encryption algorithm based on adaptive arithmetic coding

Through a series of studies on arithmetic coding and arithmetic encryption, a novel image joint compression- encryption algorithm based on adaptive arithmetic coding is proposed. The contexts produced in the process of image compression are modified by keys in order to achieve image joint compression encryption. Combined with the bit-plane coding technique, the discrete wavelet transform coefficients in different resolutions can be encrypted respectively with different keys, so that the resolution selective encryption is realized to meet different application needs. Zero-tree coding is improved, and adaptive arithmetic coding is introduced. Then, the proposed joint compression-encryption algorithm is simulated. The simulation results show that as long as the parameters are selected appropriately, the compression efficiency of proposed image joint compression-encryption algorithm is basically identical to that of the original image compression algorithm, and the security of the proposed algorithm is better than the joint encryption algorithm based on interval splitting.     

多尺度法在时滞弹性关节机械臂非线性振动问题中的应用

针对非线性弹性关节机械臂,研究传动过程中的时滞效应对机械臂系统周期振动的影响．本文改进了具有弹性关节的非线性机械臂动力学模型,引入时滞参数,应用多尺度法,得到系统的近似解析解,考察了时滞对机械臂系统周期运动的影响规律．数值软件计算结果表明解析解与数值解具有较好的吻合度．从而验证了本文多尺度方法的有效性和正确性．
