Aliphatic saturated amides treated with Me3SiCl/Li/THF were found to react in two ways. Either alkoxysilanes, mono- or di-silylated at the functional carbon, or C-silylated amines were obtained dependent of the original amide structure and the experimental conditions. (Me3Si)2CHN(SiMe3)2 exhibited Physicochemical properties that are particular for hindered rotation about the CN bond. A general mechanism is proposed to explain these results.  相似文献

The degree distribution has attracted considerable attention from network scientists in the last few decades to have knowledge of the topological structure of networks. It is widely acknowledged that many real networks have power-law degree distributions. However, the deviation from such a behavior often appears when the range of degrees is small. Even worse, the conventional employment of the continuous power-law distribution usually causes an inaccurate inference as the degree should be discrete-valued. To remedy these obstacles, we propose a finite mixture model of truncated zeta distributions for a broad range of degrees that disobeys a power-law behavior in the range of small degrees while maintaining the scale-free behavior. The maximum likelihood algorithm alongside the model selection method is presented to estimate model parameters and the number of mixture components. The validity of the suggested algorithm is evidenced by Monte Carlo simulations. We apply our method to five disciplines of scientific collaboration networks with remarkable interpretations. The proposed model outperforms the other alternatives in terms of the goodness-of-fit.  相似文献

After the financial tsunami in 2008, how to adjust the target inventory level dynamically and instantly in order to reduce the risk that an enterprise encountered in a rapid demand changing market has become a crucial issue in the field of supply chain management. This paper explores the strategies of supply chain collaboration by utilizing theory of constraint to achieve the goal of adjusting the target inventory level dynamically. Three time-series-data-mining techniques – Sequential Probability Ratio Test (SPRT), CUSUM chart and Auto-regression Test (AR(1)) are used to detect the timing of market demand change. The results are used to adjust the target inventory level. Simulation techniques are used to explore the relative efficiency of the demand-change detection for the three methods. The techniques are also used to explore the effectiveness of various inventory management strategies on inventory performance based on the three demand change detection methods.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate how complexity theory can benefit collaboration by applying an agent-based computer simulation approach to a new form of synchronous real-time collaborative engineering design. Fieldwork was conducted with a space mission design team during their actual design sessions, to collect data on their group conversations, team interdependencies, and error monitoring and recovery practices. Based on the fieldwork analysis, an agent-based simulator was constructed. The simulation shows how error recovery and monitoring is affected by the number of small group, or sidebar, conversations, and consequent noise in the room environment. This simulation shows that it is possible to create a virtual environment with cooperating agents interacting in a dynamic environment. This simulation approach is useful for identifying the best scenarios and eliminating potential catastrophic combinations of parameters and values, where error recovery and workload in collaborative engineering design could be significantly impacted. This approach is also useful for defining strategies for integrating solutions into organizations. Narjès Bellamine-Ben Saoud is an Associate Professor at the University of Tunis and Researcher at RIADI-GDL Laboratory, Tunisia. After Computer Science engineering diploma (1993) of the ENSEEIHT of Toulouse, France, she received her PhD (1996), on groupware design applied to the study of cooperation within a space project, from the University of Toulouse I, France. Her main research interests concern studying complex systems particularly by modeling and simulating collaborative and socio-technical systems; developing Computer Supported Collaborative Learning in tunisian primary schools; and Software Engineering. Her current reserach projects include modeling and simulation of emergency rescue activities for large-scale accidents, modeling of epidemics and study of malaria, simulation of collabration artifacts. Gloria Mark is an Associate Professor in the Department of Informatics, University of California, Irvine. Dr. Mark received her Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University in 1991. Prior to UCI, she was a Research Scientist at the GMD, in Bonn, Germany, a visiting research scientist at the Boeing Company, and a research scientist at the Electronic Data Systems Center for Advanced Research. Dr. Mark’s research focuses on the design and evaluation of collaborative systems. Her current projects include studying worklife in the network-centric organization, multi-tasking of information workers, nomad workers, and a work in a large-scale medical collaboratory. Dr. Mark is widely published in the fields of CSCW and HCI, is currently the program co-chair for the ACM CSCW’06 conference and is on the editorial board of Computer Supported Cooperative Work: The Journal of Collaborative Computing, and e-Service Qu@rterly.  相似文献

采用率方程对合作网络自组织演化模型进行解析,得到参与者节点度分布服从Yule-Simon分布,这种分布可以用漂移幂律分布近似.分析参与者节点增长速度与参与者节点度分布之间的关系,发现随节点增长速度加快,参与者节点度分布远离幂律,表明节点增长速度是除优先连接之外的另一个影响合作网络拓扑性质的重要因素.通过对城市公交网络和科研合作网络的实证研究,验证了度分布解析结果的正确性.结合实证研究,探讨了合作网络中参与者节点增长速度的形成机制及其实际意义.  相似文献

While there is considerable scholarship describing principles for effective professional development, there have been few attempts to examine these principles in practice. In this paper, we identify and examine the particular design features of a mathematics professional development experience provided for middle grades teachers over 14 weeks. The professional development was grounded in a set of mathematical tasks that each had one right answer, but multiple solution paths. The facilitator engaged participants in problem solving and encouraged participants to work collaboratively to explore different solution paths. Through analysis of this collaborative learning environment, we identified five design features for supporting teacher learning of important mathematics and pedagogy in a problem-solving setting. We discuss these design features in depth and illustrate them by presenting an elaborated example from the professional development. This study extends the existing guidance for the design of professional development by examining and operationalizing the relationships among research-based features of effective professional development and the enacted features of a particular design.  相似文献

考虑协作式众包与众包竞赛在发包方期望收益上存在差异,本文对两种众包模式下的激励策略优化问题进行了研究。基于全支付拍卖理论建立了协作式众包模式中全部接包方贡献总收益和众包竞赛模式中接包方贡献最高质量收益的数学模型。接下来,针对两种模式下接包方收益的区别,分析了各自的最优激励策略。最后,采用比较静态均衡法分析了接包方数量和能力在两种众包模式中对激励策略的不同影响,并采用了数值算例验证了相关结论。结果显示:在不设置奖励限制时,协作式众包模式中存在一个最优的奖励分配个数使得接包方贡献总收益取得最大值;而众包竞赛模式中存在一个最优的奖励分配个数使得接包方贡献最高质量收益取得最大值。因此,若接包方参与数量及能力水平提高时,发包方应增加奖励分配个数,以促进接包方贡献总收益与接包方贡献最高质量收益的最大化。  相似文献

基于科研论文作者的合作方式, 用超图理论构建了一个科研合作超网络演化模型. 利用平均场理论分析了作者发表论文的演化规律, 发现作者的超度 (即发表论文数) 分布符合幂律分布. 进一步理论分析得到分布的幂指数γ与合作领域作者增长速度相关. γ越大, 新作者增长速度越快, 且存在关系: γ=1+L/M (L/M为作者增长率). 并通过对《物理学报》与《中国科学》2003–2012年期间作者发表论文进行了数据分析, 实证结果与理论分析及模拟结果能很好地符合. 本文对科研合作网络的理论和实证研究有一定的借鉴意义. 关键词: 复杂网络 超图 科研合作网络 演化模型  相似文献
