Summary A gas chromatographic assay has been developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of turpentine, camphor, methol and methyl salicylate in a topical formualtion (Dologex?). Eucalyptol was used as the internal standard. Compounds were separated on a cross-linked 5% phenyl polydimethylsiloxane capillary column and detected by FID. The method was validated on the basis of selectivity, recovery, linearity, precision and accuracy. Calibration graphs were linear for each analyte in the range studied. Intra and inter-day precision (coefficient of variation,CV) did not exceed 2%. The applicability of the method was demonstrated in a stability study of these compounds in samples of the formulation which had been maintained under different temperature conditions for six months.  相似文献

The problem of determining sample size for two-sided-β-content tolerance intervals which control both tails of the normal distribution is investigated. The tolerance limits are defined to assure that the tail proportions do not exceed specified values p1 and p2. We determine the minimum sample size so that, at a given confidence level, the tail proportions will not be too small, i.e., so that the tolerance interval will not be overly conservative. Tables of the sample size n and the corresponding factors are provided.  相似文献

采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,对120℃时Pd/C-H2SO4协同催化松节油直接异构-歧化反应产物进行分析鉴定,共分离出45个峰,初步鉴定出37个化合物,其中主要产物为单环单萜烃对伞花烃和双环单萜烃蒈烷;主要副产物为莰烯、葑醇、苧烯、莰醇、顺式-1-甲基-4-(1-甲乙基)-环己烯醇、蒈烯、异龙脑、对孟烷-8-醇及2,6-二甲基-2-辛烯等;其相对质量分数分别为:51.42%、27.62%、4.65%、2.29%、2.28%、1.25%、0.46%、0.38%、0.37%、0.35%及0.33%。分析结果表明,在松节油直接催化异构-歧化反应过程中,其主要成分双环单萜蒎烯的异构及分子间氢转移歧化反应为主反应,并伴随深度开环异构、水合重排等副反应,倍半萜几乎不发生反应,蒎烯转化率为99.14%,对伞花烃选择性为57.46%。  相似文献

本文用统计方法研究思茅松松脂澄清脂液中松节油含量与酸值的相关关系,建立了不同于通常所用蒸馏法的新分析方法──酸值法。新方法快速、简捷、准确、经济、缩短分析时间50分钟(71%);重复试验的极差的均值为0.1%,降低分析成本70%;已用于云南省地方标准。  相似文献

p-Menthane type monoterpene derivatives were identified as bio-based compounds with high herbicidal activities. In order to search novel p-menthane type monoterpene derivatives in good performance, a series of novel cis-p-menthane type Schiff base derivatives were designed and synthesized. All target products were easily available novel compounds and characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI+- MS. Their pre-emergence herbicidal activities against annual ryegrass were evaluated. The bioassays indicated that most of the target compounds displayed excellent herbicidal activities in pre-emergence treatment.  相似文献
