出租车司机的社会贡献对于促进城市经济发展和社会进步具有重要的作用,评价出租车司机的社会贡献是激励出租车司机多做社会贡献的重要手段。为了评价出租车司机的社会贡献,本文提出了一种基于实际出租车运营数据的评价方法。本文设计了运营特性、重点区域、恶劣天气、大事件四个体现司机社会贡献的指标,以此构建了出租车司机社会贡献评价指标体系,进而选用了主观赋权法G1法和客观赋权法拉开档次法相结合的赋权方式对指标赋权,并选择四种评价信息集结方法建立了出租车司机社会贡献评价模型。最后,通过实际的出租车运营数据验证了本方法的可行性。本文为评价出租车司机社会贡献提供了一种研究思路和方法,并对政府政策的制定和企业策略的实施具有一定的启示。 相似文献

I set forth and discuss I.I. Rabis views on the nature of science and society, focusing specifically on Rabis views on science and government, science and education, and science and religion. I also explore the influence of Rabi and C.P. Snow on each other. In the 1960s, Rabi set forth his mature and boldest positions, advocating science as the center of education and science as the replacement for religion. His positions culminate in science as the universal culture. I highlight Rabi not only as a scientist and public servant, but also as a public intellectual actively engaged with and connected to major issues of his time.Michael A. We call attention against what seems to be a widely held misconception according to which large crashes are the largest events
of distributions of price variations with fat tails. We demonstrate on the Dow Jones Industrial Average that with high probability
the three largest crashes in this century are outliers. This result supports the suggestion that large crashes result from
specific amplification processes that might lead to observable pre-cursory signatures.

This paper deals with a predator–prey model with specialist harvesting, representing a two predators (Zooplankton) and one resource (Phytoplankton) system. First, the existence and stability of equilibria is analyzed both from local and global point of view. Our results indicate that a specialist harvesting which is discriminate may mediate the coexistence of the two zooplankton species which competitively exclude each other in absence harvesting. Although in most cases increasing harvesting reduces the two zooplankton species numbers, when harvesting leads to coexistence, it may also lead to increase the two zooplankton species numbers. Furthermore, to protect fish population from over exploitation a control instrument tax is imposed. The problem of optimal taxation policy is then solved by using Pontryagin’s maximal principle. It is established that the zero discounting leads to the maximization of the net economic revenue to the society and an infinite discount rate leads to complete dissipation of the net economic revenue to the society. Finally, the impact of harvesting is mentioned along with numerical results to provide some support to the analytical findings. 相似文献

Multifractal critical phenomena with infinite-temperature critical point and with complex coexistence of the infinite and
finite temperature critical points are considered and it is shown that strange attractors generated by cascades of period-doubling
bifurcations (Feigenbaum scenario) as well as fields of velocity differences in fluid turbulence belong to the former subclass
of the multifractal critical phenomena, while the real traffic processes and real currency exchange processes belong to the
last (complex) subclass of the multifractal critical phenomena. Data obtained by different authors are used for this purpose.

We develop an agent-based computational model in which the urban informal sector acts as a buffer where rural migrants can earn some income while queuing for higher paying modern-sector jobs. In the model, the informal sector emerges as a result of rural-urban migration decisions of heterogeneous agents subject to social influence in the form of neighboring effects of varying strengths. Besides using a multinomial logit choice model that allows for agent idiosyncrasy, explicit agent heterogeneity is introduced in the form of socio-demographic characteristics preferred by modern-sector employers. We find that different combinations of the strength of social influence and the socio-economic composition of the workforce lead to very different urbanization and urban informal sector shares. In particular, moderate levels of social influence and a large proportion of rural inhabitants with preferred socio-demographic characteristics are conducive to a higher urbanization rate and a larger informal sector. 相似文献

To account quantitatively for many reported “natural” fat tail distributions in Nature and Economy, we propose the stretched
exponential family as a complement to the often used power law distributions. It has many advantages, among which to be economical
with only two adjustable parameters with clear physical interpretation. Furthermore, it derives from a simple and generic
mechanism in terms of multiplicative processes. We show that stretched exponentials describe very well the distributions of
radio and light emissions from galaxies, of US GOM OCS oilfield reserve sizes, of World, US and French agglomeration sizes,
of country population sizes, of daily Forex US-Mark and Franc-Mark price variations, of Vostok (near the south pole) temperature
variations over the last 400 000 years, of the Raup-Sepkoski's kill curve and of citations of the most cited physicists in
the world. We also discuss its potential for the distribution of earthquake sizes and fault displacements. We suggest physical
interpretations of the parameters and provide a short toolkit of the statistical properties of the stretched exponentials.
We also provide a comparison with other distributions, such as the shifted linear fractal, the log-normal and the recently
introduced parabolic fractal distributions.
