Summary The retention, selectivity and elution order of fluorescent 1,N6-etheno derivatives of diadenosine polyphosphates and their enzymatic degradation products on octadecyl and phenyl-bonded silica columns have been studied as a function of mobile phase pH, ionic strength and organic modifier content. Good separations of the compounds of interest were achieved using mobile phases of around 0.1M potassium phosphate buffers at neutral pH containing approximately 10% methanol or 4% acetonitrile for C18 columns and 5% methanol or 1.5% acetonitrile for phenyl columns. The data obtained were used to establish isocratic assays for diadenosine polyphosphate cleaving activities from chromaffin cells using Di(1,N6-ethenoadenosine) polyphosphates as fluorogenic substrate analogues followed by fluorescence detection.  相似文献

A vinyl‐functionalized polyphosphate (PIOP) was synthesized by ring‐opening polymerization of 2‐isopropyl‐2‐oxo‐1,3,2‐dioxaphospholane and 2‐(2‐oxo‐1,3,2‐dioxaphosphoroyloxyethyl methacrylate) with triisobutylaluminum as an initiator. The number‐averaged molecular weight of the PIOP was 1.2 × 104. The average number of vinyl groups in the PIOP is 2.20. Transparent hydrogels were prepared by the radical polymerization of 2‐methacryroyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine with PIOP as a cross‐linking reagent. These hydrogels may have many applications in the biomedical field because of their biodegradability and biocompatibility.

In this study, the flammability and kinetic behavior of flame retardant unsaturated polyester (UP)/phenolic resin were investigated. The flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate (APP) was used in this research to improve the flame resistance of a UP/phenolic resin interpenetrating polymer network (IPN). The flame resistance of UP improved from none to V-0 classification by adding phenolic resin and APP. Kinetic behavior study of UP, UP/phenolic, and APP-filled UP/phenolic IPN was carried out by the Borchardt and Daniels method. The results indicated that modification of flammable UP resin markedly improved the total heat release volume of UP and the flame retardancy of the IPN network structure was also enhanced.  相似文献

过渡金属氧化物(MO)可以显著影响聚磷酸铵(APP)的热分解过程,进而改善APP复配膨胀阻燃聚合物材料的阻燃效率。将ZnO、Fe2O3、TiO2掺入到APP中,采用热失重分析(TGA)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和X射线衍射分析(XRD),考察了3种MO对APP热分解行为的影响,分析了相互作用过程中金属原子和磷原子化学结合状态的变化以及高温热分解产物的物相结构。TGA和XPS图谱分析结果表明,MO可降低APP的起始热分解温度,并催化APP释放NH3和H2O,而在热分解后期由于金属磷酸盐的形成可显著增加APP的高温残留量。3种MO催化APP热分解脱NH3和H2O的活性由大到小的顺序是:ZnO>Fe2O3>TiO2,而对APP凝聚相热分解P-O产物的交联能力从大到小的顺序为:Fe2O3>ZnO>TiO2。XRD结果显示,ZnO在高温下与APP反应生成了Zn(PO3)2晶体,而Fe2O3和TiO2与APP反应分别生成了Fe4(P2O7)3和TiP2O7晶体。  相似文献

A series of FR-RPUF composites were prepared by a one-step water foaming process with ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and steel slag (SS) as flame retardants. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG), limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL-94 vertical combustion test, microscale combustion calorimetry (MCC), TG-Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (TG-FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectra and FTIR were used to investigate the thermal stability, flame retardancy, combustion performance, gas phase products, and char residue morphology of FR-RPUF composites. TG test results showed that the initial decomposition temperature (T-5wt%) and char residue rate at 700°C of RPUF/APP/SS composites were significantly enhanced by the addition of APP and SS, and the thermal stability of the composites was improved. Flame retardant test results confirmed the significantly increased LOI values of RPUF/APP/SS composites with V-0 rating. TG-FTIR also confirmed the obviously decreased release of toxic gases and flammable gases in the combustion of RPUF/APP/SS composites. SEM and Raman spectra of char residues for the composites suggested that APP/SS system improved the compactness and graphitization degree of char layer for RPUF/APP/SS composite. The above researches provide a new strategy for the utilization of SS in fire safety engineering.  相似文献

In order to improve its water resistance and compatibility with polymer matrix, ammonium polyphosphate (APP) is modified with melamine‐trimesic acid (MEL‐TA) aggregates by supramolecular self‐assembly technology. Chemical structure and morphology of APP@MEL‐TA are investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Intumescent flame retardant system of APP@MEL‐TA and charring‐foaming agent is introduced into polypropylene (PP) matrix. The flammability and combustion behavior of PP composites are investigated by limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL‐94 vertical burning, and cone calorimetry tests. In terms of LOI values and cone combustion results, APP@MEL‐TA performs better than pristine APP. Char residue of PP composites is investigated by SEM and Raman spectra. Flame retardant mechanisms are proposed based on thermal decomposition, combustion results, and analysis on char residue.  相似文献

Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) with crystalline form V (APP-V) was synthesized by heating a mixture of 85% food-grade phosphoric acid and melamine under dry ammonia atmosphere. Effects such as raw material ratios, charging methods, dehydration temperature, condensation temperature and condensation time were investigated. Its water solubility was tested, its XRD and FTIR were characterized and compared with those of industrial APP-I and APP-II. Results showed that the prepared APP-V was insoluble in water, its XRD spectrum was the same as APP-V in literature. The molecular structures of the prepared APP-V and APP-I/APP-II were speculated and discussed in detail.  相似文献
