Using a number of cyclic ,-unsaturated oximes of the terpene series and some simplest model compounds as examples, unsaturated oximes bearing a hydrogen atom at the -carbon atom were demonstrated to be converted into -hydroxyiminonitroalkenes under the action of sodium nitrite and acetic acid in methanol. In the case of the introduction of an alkyl substituent at the terminal carbon atom of the diene C=C—C=NOH fragment, the reaction performed under the same conditions gave rise exclusively to conjugated ketone (a deoximation product). 相似文献

Deoximation in metal chloride ionic liquids based on 1‐alkyl‐3‐methylimidazolium and triethylene ammonium cations, such as AmimBr(Cl)‐MClx(A=ethyl, butyl, benzyl; M=Al, Fe, Cu, Sn and Zn; x=2, 3) and Et3NHCl‐FeCl3 were investigated under mild conditions. Ferrate chloride ionic liquid was proved to be an effective catalyst for deoximation of cyclohexanone oxime, exhibiting high conversion of oximes and selectivity to cyclohexanone. Good performance for the deoximation of other oximes such as salicylald oxime, acetone oxime, benzophenone oxime, 4‐nitrobenzald oxime, acetophenone oxime, 2‐chlorobenzaldehyde oxime, Acetald oxime, 2‐butanone oxime and (1R)‐camphor oxime was also achieved with bmimBr‐FeCl3 as catalyst and solvent. The deoximation was determined to carry out via acid‐catalytic hydrolysis and the reaction mechanism was proposed. 相似文献

Abstract Ketone and aldehyde oximes can be readily converted to the corresponding carbonyl compounds in high yields under solvent‐free conditions when treated with periodic acid. Oximes bearing aliphatic C?C bonds can be selectively deoximated. The advantages of this protocol include a rapid reaction rate and a simple workup procedure. No volatile organic solvents are required in the reaction processes. 相似文献
