The paper demonstrated a facile approach for the orientated assembly of the rod-like silica particles by sandwich structure from the combined effect of superhydrophobic template and the superhydrophilic substrates. The rod-like particles can be arranged in ring-like, square-like and etc from the confined effect of the template, which will produce an important insight for the oriented assembly of anisotropic particles and the development of the novel functional materials and devices.  相似文献

The iron-functionalized halloysite nanotudes is synthesized as a tubular template from an iron-nitrogen co-doped carbon nanocatalyst derived from the polyaniline pyrolysis of Oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). The use of iron-doped sites exposes the surface of the material to more graphite defects, effectively increasing the specific surface area of the carbon nanotubes and optimizing the density of the nitrogen-containing active sites. We have found that this iron-nitrogen co-doped carbon nanotube exhibits a superior ORR performance with a half-wave potential of 0.77 V in the 0.1 mol L−1 KOH aqueous solution. The electrochemical stability test was carried out at 1600 rpm. The half-wave potential showed only a degradation of 8 mV, which was better than the commercial 20% Pt/C (18 mV). This study developed an economical method for the direct synthesis of iron-nitrogen co-doped carbon nanotubes using a hard template.  相似文献

借助棉花纤维模板, 采用两步法制备了Ag+/Ag/ZnO多孔纳米结构纤维材料, 并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、 X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、 扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)等对其进行了表征. 以亚甲基蓝(MB)的脱色降解为模型反应, 考察了银修饰量(摩尔分数, 0~1.50%)对ZnO纳米结构纤维材料光催化性能的影响. 结果表明, 利用模板辅助的两步法制备了Ag+-Ag共修饰的ZnO多孔纳米结构纤维材料Ag+/Ag/ZnO, Ag+和Ag通过改变ZnO的晶胞结构、 光吸收特性及形貌等影响其光催化性能; 在可见光条件下, Ag+/Ag/ZnO的催化性能优于纯ZnO, 且与修饰量有关.  相似文献

Droplets of NaCl water solution were deposited on a micrometrically scaled polymer honeycomb relief and evaporated. Template-assisted crystallization was observed. Crystals of NaCl with a characteristic dimension of 500–1000 nm filled the relief cells. Small nanometrically scaled crystals were observed as well. Wetting properties of the surface are discussed. The process of crystallization depended on the evaporation rate. The same honeycomb relief was used for template-assisted self-assembly of nanometric colloidal particles of polyvinylidene fluoride. Both template-assisted crystallization of NaCl and the TASA process supplied valuable information about the topography of honeycomb relief.  相似文献

表面增强拉曼散射(Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering,SERS)是一种振动光谱技术,可直接识别目标分析物。在分析应用中,SERS信号的重现性极其重要,而这在很大程度上取决于SERS基底结构的均匀性。目前,SERS基底的重现性一直是制约该技术在分析测试中广泛应用的瓶颈,规则排列的纳米结构构成的有序化SERS基底的可控制备是该领域发展的前沿和趋势。本文就SERS基底的有序化制备方法及其应用进行了总结,分析了自组装法、光刻技术和模板辅助法所制备的有序SERS基底的特征、有序性形成原理和在分析测试中应用的可行性,为拓展SERS的实际应用提供一定的参考。  相似文献
