采用溶液共混制备耻不同比例的热致液晶共聚酯/含酚酞侧基聚芳醚砜共混物。利用锥板流变仪对共混体系的熔体流变性能进行了初步研究,测定了熔体粘度-温度、粘度-剪切速度的关系,结果表明该液晶聚合物能明显降低聚芳醚砜的熔体粘度。  相似文献

Thermogravimetry (TG) was employed to study the thermal degradation kinetics of poly(etherketone/sulfone)ethylimide (PEK-IE and PES-IE). The corresponding decomposition activation energies and reaction orders were obtained and the comparison was made with their parent polymerspoly(ether-ketone/sulfone) with Cardo group (PEK-C and PES-C). The results show that the degradation activation energies of PEK-IE and PES-IE were lower than that of PEK-C and PES-C; and two stages of the degradation process were found for all the four polymers. For PEK-IE and PES-IE, the activation energies in the first decomposition stage are much lower than that in the second stage and the two stages can be taken as slow induction and fast degradation, whereas for PEK-C and PES-C the activation energies in the first decomposition stage are larger than that in the second stage, and the two stages can both be taken as two fast degradation stages. The decomposition mechanism of the two stages was also speculated.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The blocks of phenolphthalein poly(ether sulfone) (PES-C) were prepared by hot pressing. Then the blocks were irradiated with electron beams under N2 atmosphere at room temperature. The structural and tribological responses of PES-C on electron irradiation were investigated. Results showed that partial degradation took place on the surface of PES-C after electron irradiation. Even so, the infrared spectra (FTIR) of PES-C after electron irradiation maintained much memory of the pristine sample, the reason for this might be due to the radiation-resistant property of PES-C and the less damage caused by the lower liner energy transfer of electron with respect to other ions. In addition, amorphous carbon and carbides formed on the surface of PES-C after electron irradiation. Friction and wear tests revealed that with increasing irradiation dose, it took more time for the friction coefficient to decrease from a higher value to a lower one and level off. And the wear rate decreased with the increase of irradiation dose. It was concluded that the variation of the tribological behavior of PES-C resulted from its structural responses on electron irradiation on the surface.  相似文献

通过熔融共混,制备不同配比(2.5/97.5-75/25)的PEI/PES-C共混物,使用WAXD、DSC、锥板流变仪、力学性能测试、SEM等方法对共混物进行了研究。共混后强度、模量均有提高,在高剪切速率下,共混物的粘度有所降低。扫描电镜照片显示,共混物具有“皮芯”结构。  相似文献

利用热压成型方法制备了不同PES-C/PTFE含量的碳纤维织物增强复合材料,用LJ-500万能材料试验机和MRH-5A环块试验机分别考察了复合材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能,并研究了压制成型温度和等离子处理碳纤维织物对复合材料力学性能的影响.结果表明,碳纤维织物极大提高了PES-C/PTFE树脂弯曲强度,并且有效增加PES-C/PTFE树脂的耐磨性;PES-C/PTFE含量分别为42%和8%的碳纤维织物增强复合材料性力学及摩擦磨损综合性能最好.  相似文献
