对河南省济源地区产冬凌草[Isodon rubescens(Hemsl.)Hara]再次进行了深入 的研究,从其叶的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到了16个化合物,其中1和2为两个新的 7,20-环氧-对映-贝壳杉烷类二萜化合物,其结构通过波谱分析确定为16(S)-羟 甲基-1α,6β,7β,11β-甲羟基-7α,20-环氧-对映-贝壳杉烷-15-酮(1)和 16(R)-羟甲基-1α,6β,7β,14β-四羟基-7α,20-环氧-对映-贝壳杉烷-15- 酮(2),分别命名为冬凌草已素(1)和庚素(2);其余的已知化合物分别鉴定 为lasiodonin(3),冬凌草甲素(oridonin,4),乙素(ponicidin),丙素( rubescensin C),丁素(rubescensin D),牛尾草丙素(rabdoternin C),荛 花香茶菜乙素(wikstroemioidin B),enmenol-1α-O-β-D-glucoside, enmenol,胡麻素(pedalitin),水杨酸,乌索酸,β-谷甾醇和胡萝卜甙。  相似文献

The oleoresin of Pistacia atlantica var. mutica, growing in different regions of Iran, is a popular naturally occurring chewing gum and has been used traditionally in the treatment of peptic ulcer. The GC-MS analysis of the essential oil, obtained from steam distillation of the oleoresin of P. Atlantica var. mutica, has led to the identification and quantification of eleven terpenoids, -pinene (70%), -pinene (1.94%), 3-carene (0.2%), carveol (2.18%), epoxypinene (2.15%), limonene oxide (9%), myrtenol (5.31%), limonene (0.62%), citral (5.72%), -phellandrene (0.2%), and -myrcene (0.3%). The total amount of essential oil obtained was 22% v/w which is higher than any other species of the genus Pestacia.  相似文献

Two novel ent-kauranoids with new sub-skeleton types, gesneroidins G and H were isolated as white powder from the ether extract of the leaves of Isodon gesneroides through normal phase column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated as 3β,6α,7β-triacetoxyl-15-hydroxyl-14-oxo-ent- 15,16-seco-kaur-11,17-olide and Iα-hydroxyl-3β,6α,7β,11 β-tetraacetoxyl-ent-nor-15,17-kaur-8,16-olide on the basis of the spectral evidences including ID and 2D NMR spectra.  相似文献

The methanolic extract from a Chinese endemic Chrysanthemum plant, Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum, was found to show high antifeeding activity against Pieris brassicae L., and by bioassay-guided separation, the active component, B-ring-homo-tonghaosu, 2-(2‘,4‘-hexadiynylidene)-1,6-dioxaspiro-[4,5]-dec-3-ene (2) was isolated. Its structure was elucidated by comparing its spectroscopic data with those of 2 reported in the literatures. Furthermore new convenient total synthesis methods of B-ring-homo-tonghaosu were also developed to confirm its structure and make its further application in crop protection available. In addition, extensive comparison of spectroscopic data showed that the structure of compound 21 reported in literature should be revised to 2.  相似文献

Sixteen triterpene glycosides, three of which were new, hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl ester and 28-O-β-D-gentiobiosyl ester and oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside, were isolated from stem bark of Kalopanax septemlobum.
