A new A, D-seco limonoid, named 12-acetyloxyperforatin (1), along with three known ones, were isolated from the leaves of Harrisonia perforata. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including extensive NMR techniques and computational modelling. These compounds showed no inhibitory activity against the 11β-HSD1 enzyme.  相似文献

Five novel prenylated polyketides, harrisotones A-E (1-5) representing a rare spirocyclic skeleton, along with a new hydroperoxypolyketide harrisonol A (6), were isolated from the stems and leaves of Harrisonia perforata. The structures of harrisotones A-E (1-5) were extensively elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, especially 2D NMR and CD spectra. A plausible origin of compounds 1-5 was rationalized biogenetically, and traced back to harrisonol A (6). Harrisotones A-C (1-3) and harrisonol A (6) exhibited significant cytotoxicity against P-388 and/or A-549 tumor cell lines.  相似文献

The high field 1H and 13C resonances of obacunone were established by a series of I D and 2D NMR experiments. The 13C-NMR signals of the five tertiary methyl groups and all quatenary carbons were unambiguously assigned. The results confirm the stereochemical assignments at all stereogenic centres.  相似文献
