A stereoselective synthesis of scyphostatin hydrophilic moiety was accomplished. Substrate- and reagent-controlled dihydroxylation of tri- and monosubstituted alkenes afforded desired diols, respectively. Chemo- and stereoselective allylation of α-(methoxycarbonyl)cyclohexanone provided allylcyclohexanol. Oxidative cleavage of glycol and subsequent β-elimination of siloxycyclohexanone furnished the desired epoxycyclohexenone.  相似文献

Natural products often possess various spin systems consisting of a methine group directly bonded to a methyl group (e.g. –CHa–CHb(CH3)–CHc–). The methine proton Hb splits into a broadened multiplet by coupling with several vicinal protons, rendering analysis difficult of nJC–H with respect to Hb in the J‐resolved HMBC‐1. In purpose of the reliable and easy measurements of nJC–H and nJH–H in the aforesaid spin system, we have developed a new technique, named BASHD‐J‐resolved‐HMBC. This method incorporates band selective homo decoupled pulse and J‐scaling pulse into HMBC. In this method, high resolution cross peaks can be observed along the F1 axis by J‐scaling pulse, and band selective homo decoupled pulse simplified multiplet signals. Determinations of nJC–H and nJH–H of multiplet signals can easily be performed using the proposed pulse sequence. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A new concept for the method to provide semipermeability in ultrathin and single‐component wholly aromatic polyamide membranes has been developed for the first time. It was found that water molecules could permeate through the membrane prepared not from polyamides containing flexible ether, bulky binaphthyl, or fluorene rigid units, but one with carboxylic acid groups under a reverse osmosis mode. However, the enhancement of water transport properties by introducing the hydrophilic group of polyamide was not substantial. Therefore, polyamide membranes were prepared from the solution containing aqueous additives in order to weaken hydrogen bonds between polymer chains and thereby to suppress the aggregation of the polymer chains. As a result, water flux was dramatically improved with slightly improved NaCl rejection. Our analyses based on attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and solid‐state carbon polarization and magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (13C CPMAS NMR) spectroscopy confirmed that the aggregation of polymer chains due to the hydrogen bonds among the amide linkages was suppressed by the co‐ordination of the aqueous additives to the amide linkage. The Self-Consistent RPA (SCRPA) approach is elaborated for cases with a continuouslybroken symmetry, this being the main focus of the present article. Correlations beyondstandard RPA are summed up correcting for the quasi-boson approximation in standard RPA.Desirable properties of standard RPA such as fulfillment of energy weighted sum rule andappearance of Goldstone (zero) modes are kept. We show theoretically and, for a modelcase, numerically that, indeed, SCRPA maintains all properties of standard RPA forpractically all situations of spontaneously broken symmetries. A simpler approximate formof SCRPA, the so-called renormalised RPA, also has these properties. The SCRPA equationsare first outlined as an eigenvalue problem, but it is also shown how an equivalent manybody Green’s function approach can be formulated.  相似文献

A new method has been developed for the generation and subsequent reaction of ynolates in a micro flow reactor system. This new procedure allowed for ynolates to be prepared at 0 °C or ambient temperature within 1 min via a reductive lithiation reaction, whereas the corresponding batch processes generally require low temperature control and extended reaction times of up to 1 h. The resulting ynolates were applied to the olefination of carbonyl compounds, with the reactions reaching completion in a much shorter reaction time in the continuous flow reactor than the batch reactor. These results highlight the practical utility of the ynolate reaction, and represent the first reported example of the use of lithium naphthalenide in a flow microreactor, which would contribute to progress of the flash chemistry.  相似文献

Metallic phase of NbS3 was synthesized by heating the crystal of semiconducting NbS3. Metallic NbS3 undergoes superconducting transition around 2 K. The analysis of the angular dependence of the upper critical magnetic field suggests that the effect of filmy or fibrous morphology plays an important role in the superconducting properties.  相似文献
