The preparation of pyrazolo pyrimidinone derivatives was performed by using five component reactions of phthalaldehyde, cyanomethylamine, electron deficient acetylenic compounds, isocyanate, hydrazine, and catalytic amounts of ZnO/Fe3O4-magnetic nanoparticles as a high performance catalyst under ultrasonic conditions at ambient temperature in aquause media at room temperature. It should be mentioned that this catalyst was prepared using Spinacia oleracea water extract. In addition, for investigation of antioxidant ability, radical trapping by DPPH and reducing power of ferric ion experiments was performed. As a result, synthesized compounds show excellent radical trapping by DPPH and good reducing ability of ferric ion. The current procedure has the benefits for instance excellent yield of reaction, green media, and easy separation of product and catalyst.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel series of 2-(4-((1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)2-(2-oxoazetidin-1-yl)acetamide derivatives are synthesized in two steps. The first step involved Ugi multicomponent reaction of β-alanine, o-(propargyl)benzaldehyde and isocyanide derivatives. The product of this step, underwent a click 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction with benzyl azide derivatives. The 2-(4-((1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)2-(2-oxoazetidin-1-yl)acetamide product was characterized and their antibacterial activities were evaluated against various G-positive (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) and G-negative (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli) bacteria, using minimal inhibition concentration. The compounds showed very good antimicrobial activity and a number of products have been more active than ciprofloxacin.  相似文献

This work presents the results of a low-energy nitrogen ion implantation of AISI 304 type stainless steel (SS) at a moderate temperature of about 500°C. The nitrogen ions are extracted from a Kauffman-type ion source at an energy of 30 keV, and ion current density of 100 μA cm−2. Nitrogen ion concentration of 6 × 1017, 8 × 1017 and 1018 ions cm−2, were selected for our study. The X-ray diffraction results show the formation of CrN polycrystalline phase after nitrogen bombardment and a change of crystallinity due to the change in nitrogen ion concentration. The secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) results show the formation of CrN phases too. Corrosion test has shown that corrosion resistance is enhanced by increasing nitrogen ion concentration.   相似文献

A combined GC-MS with the headspace solid-phase microextraction (SPME) method has been employed for the analysis of the flavor volatiles of two modified Iranian rice cultivars during gelatinization. In order to optimize the different experimental parameters, the effect of fiber composition, water content of the rice samples, and equilibrium time were investigated. As a result, while gelatinization progresses, the amount of volatile compounds would increase as well. Therefore, a broad range of the flavor volatiles of rice could be extracted, concentrated, and identified. Altogether, 54 and 66 components were identified for HD5 and HD6 rice samples, respectively, of which 33 unique compounds were not detected previously. The identified volatile components in the modified cultivars belong to the chemical classes of aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, and heterocyclic compounds, phenolic compounds, and hydrocarbons.  相似文献
