The structure of polymer films modified with zinc oxide nanocrystals was studied by the optical absorption and small-angle X-ray scattering methods. Small-angle X-ray scattering allows determination of the nanoparticle size distribution function, which is the decisive factor in predicting the optical properties of heterophase materials, including filled polymer films. The optical absorption spectrum of an acrylate polymer film doped with 1.6 wt % zinc oxide nanocrystals approaches the ideal absorber spectrum, which allows this material to be recommended for use as a protective color filter. 相似文献

Spectral and amplitude–time characteristics of PMMA radiation under the impact of runaway electrons with subnanosecond duration are studied. The PMMA radiation spectra for a subnanosecond electron beam pulse duration are determined for the first time. The studies show that radiation of the band with a maximum at about 490 nm the intensity of which decreases toward the short-wave spectral region is recorded in the glow spectra. The glow intensity of this band varies proportionally to the number of electrons in the beam, which allows the possibility of using this radiation for determination of the number of high energy electrons in electron beams. 相似文献

The boundary of the zone in which sputtered atoms are thermalized in the substrate–target drift space during the ion-plasma magnetron deposition of films is determined theoretically and experimentally. A comparison of the thicknesses of films deposited on the front and back sides of substrates situated at different distances from the target makes it possible to divide the flow of atoms sputtered toward substrates into direct and diffusion flows and to determine the dimensions of the spatial zone in which sputtered atoms are thermalized. The experimental data are in quantitative agreement with the results of a statistical simulation of the thermalization process of atomic particles during the ion-plasma deposition. This simulation enables optimization of the technology of defect-free growth of films with uniform thickness on substrates with complex 3D configuration. 相似文献

In 2007, at the Institute of Nuclear Physics (Novosibirsk), the construction of the VEPP-2000 electron-positron collider was completed. The first electron beam was injected into the accelerator structure with turned-off solenoids of the final focus. This mode was used to tune all subsystems of the facility and to train the vacuum chamber using synchrotron radiation at electron currents of up to 150 mA. The VEPP-2000 structure with small beta functions and partially turned-on solenoids was used for the first testing of the “round beams” scheme at an energy of 508 MeV. Beam-beam effects were studied in strong-weak and strong-strong modes. Measurements of the beam sizes in both cases showed a dependence corresponding to model predictions for round colliding beams. Using a modernized SND (spherical neutral detector), the first energy calibration of the VEPP-2000 collider was performed by measuring the excitation curve of the phimeson resonance; the phi-meson mass is known with high accuracy from previous experiments at VEEP-2M. In October 2009, a KMD-3 (cryogenic magnetic detector) was installed at the VEPP-2000 facility, and the physics program with both the SND and LMD-3 particle detectors was started in the energy range of 1–1.9 GeV. no longer than 0.2 s. The photochromic rearrangement of pyridazinones is characterized by the highly efficient photocoloration
