Intracluster reactions that are induced in (CF3I)
n
clusters by femtosecond ultraviolet radiation, including the reaction of the formation of the I2+ molecular ion, have been directly observed. It has been shown that there are two channels of the formation of I2+ ions with the characteristic times τ1 ≈ 1 ps and τ2 ≈ 7 ps. A model of these reactions has been proposed that is in good agreement with the experimental data. 相似文献

The decay of the photoexcited state of a bismuth single crystal is investigated in the wavelength range from 400 to 900 nm
by means of femtosecond laser reflection spectroscopy. Oscillations produced by coherent fully symmetric A
1g
phonons have been detected in the photoinduced response, along with a relaxation component. The dynamics of the electronic
subsystem of the crystal is shown to be characterized by three values of the decay time: 1 ps, 7 ps, and ∼1 ns. The spectral
dependence of the reflectivity oscillation amplitude has been measured; the possible cause of the shape of the derived curve

It is shown both experimentally and theoretically that interference effects play the key role in the formation of frequency-angular
spectrum of the filament conical emission. For the first time, we investigated experimentally the transformation of the conical
emission frequency-angular spectrum with an increase in the filament length inside fused silica. We discovered the appearance
of fine structure of the conical emission rings produced by lengthy filament. It is shown that the conical emission frequency-angular
spectrum is produced by interference of coherent radiation from one or several moving point sources in the filament. The shape
of the conical emission spectrum depends on the medium material dispersion, the spectrum structure is determined by length

A kinetic study of the initiated oxidation of benzyl alcohol and cumene by molecular oxygen was performed. The oxidation rate was more enhanced with N-hydroxyphthalimide (NHPI) in the case of cumene than that of benzyl alcohol. HOOH inhibits cumene oxidation and does not affect the rate of oxidation of benzyl alcohol. It was shown that termination chain reactions of phthalimid-N-oxyl radicals (PINO•) does not occur with RОО• and proceeds with HOO•. A kinetic scheme of the process and an equation describing the kinetics of oxidation of benzyl alcohol in the presence of NHPI are proposed. Using the PM7 method, the thermodynamic characteristics of elementary steps of oxidation explaining the obtained results were calculated. 相似文献

The director reorientation in smectic liquid crystals with ferroelectric properties has been considered in the case where
the interaction of liquid-crystal molecules with the surface leads to a partial unwinding of the helical structure of the
liquid crystal and the reorientation occurs as a result of the domain-wall motion. The dependences of the velocity of domain-wall
motion on the electric field strength, electric field variation frequency, boundary conditions, spontaneous polarization,
and viscosity of the liquid crystal have been determined. It has been demonstrated that an increase in the electric field
variation frequency or the polar part of the anchoring energy and the spontaneous polarization of the liquid crystal at a
constant field frequency results in an increase of the velocity of domain-wall motion. As a consequence, the time of the electro-optic
response of the liquid crystal in weak electric fields (from 0.4 to 2.0 V/μm) decreases by a factor of more than three. 相似文献

The excitation and ionization of CF3I molecules and their clusters by femtosecond UV laser pulses is studied. It is concluded that the types of excitation of free CF3I molecules and their clusters by femtosecond UV laser pulses are different. The composition and kinetic energy of ion products observed upon the ionization of (CF3I) n clusters by femtosecond pulses are found to differ considerably from those obtained upon ionization by nanosecond pulses. It is shown that the molecular I 2 + ion is produced in reactions induced in (CF3I) n clusters by UV radiation. Using the pump-probe method, we found the two channels of producing I 2 + ions with characteristic times ??1 ?? 1 ps and ??2 ?? 7 ps. A model of the reactions under study proposed in the paper is consistent with our experimental results. 相似文献
