A model of the explosive fragmentation of a thin ring is developed which takes into account the statistical dispersion of the relative fracture deformation along the length of the ring. A formula is proposed for calculating the velocity of the boundary of the region near a plastic rupture in which the plastic flow of the ring material ceases. Methods for the numerical and analytical calculation of the average number of fragments of the ring are developed. The calculation results are compared with available experimental data.  相似文献

The behavior of the impedance spectra of island permalloy films prepared through vacuum evaporation onto optically polished glass-ceramic substrates has been investigated in the frequency range from 0.0001 to 100 MHz. A resistor-capacitor model of the films has been developed and the model parameters, for which there is a good agreement with experimental data on the frequency dependences of the real and imaginary components of the impedance, have been determined. The specific features in the behavior of the electrical and physical characteristics with variations in the thickness of the sample and the gap between the measuring electrodes have been investigated. It has been found that the relative permittivity of the films under investigation reaches values ɛ ∼ 107–108. The structural relaxation times have been calculated.  相似文献

This paper reports on the results of investigations into the influence of variations in the chemical composition of the aromatic core of cyano-containing molecules of liquid crystals on their dielectric properties in the frequency range 1–2000 MHz. It is shown that the dispersion of the longitudinal permittivity is adequately described by the sum of two Debye processes with different weighting factors and relaxation times. The frequency dependence of the transverse permittivity is well approximated by the Debye process with a continuous distribution of relaxation times in a specified range. It is established that the replacement of one benzene ring in the biphenyl core of the 5CB liquid-crystal molecule by a cyclohexane (or bicyclooctane) fragment leads to a considerable decrease in both relaxation times for the longitudinal permittivity, a change in the low-frequency limit of the relaxation time range for the transverse permittivity, and the evolution of the frequency dependence of the dielectric anisotropy.  相似文献

The rotational hysteresis loss in Y3Fe5O12 single crystals is found to increase with the field up to 2.5–3 kOe at all temperatures between –183 and 250 ° C, this being followed by a fall, a further peak at 8–10 kOe, and a slow fall, with some residual effect even at 20 kOe. This loss is sensitive to heat treatment; annealing for 2 hr at 275 ° C greatly reduces the loss at –183 ° C and halves the main (second) peak at 20 ° C. These anomalies do not occur in ferrites with the spinel structure. The first anistropy constant is slightly reduced at all temperatures as a result of annealing.  相似文献

An analysis is made of experimental information on the domain-wall mobility in permalloy films in pulsed external fields. A quantum projection method is developed on the basis of noncommutative integration of linear differential equations and the results of M. A. Ol’shanetskii and A. M. Perelomov on the integration of classical Hamiltonian systems (projection method). The method proposed makes it possible to obtain in explicit form solutions of the quantum equations whose classical analogs can be integrated by projection. Then the semisimplicity property of the symmetry algebra of the original equation is no longer a factor. The solution basis of a Schrödinger equation with the potential of an open three-particle Tod chain is constructed as a nontrivial example.  相似文献
