Two new complexes, namely [Cu6L6] ( 1 ) and [Zn(HL)2] ( 2 ) (H2L = N‐(1‐phenyl‐3‐methyl‐4‐propenylidene‐5‐pyrazolone)‐2‐furancarboxylic acid hydrazide), have been synthesized and characterized. Single crystal X‐ray analysis indicates that complex 1 has a hexanuclear structure and complex 2 exhibits a mononuclear structure. The DNA/bovine serum albumin (BSA) binding properties of complexes 1 and 2 were investigated by absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence quenching. Both complexes could effectively intercalate to DNA with calculated quenching constants of 2.6 × 105 and 1.25 × 105 M?1, respectively. The quenching mechanism of the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA by the complexes was found to be a static one. The cytotoxicities of 1 and 2 were investigated in two human tumor cell lines, human esophageal cancer cells (Eca‐109) and cervical cancer cells (HeLa). Complex 1 exhibits higher antitumor activity than 2 . Furthermore, 1 can inhibit HeLa cells by inducing apoptosis and G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest. All results demonstrate that 1 and 2 both have DNA/BSA binding capacity and antitumor activity.  相似文献

对人教版2019年版与2007年版高中化学必修教材的插图数量、插图类型和插图功能进行了比较研究,发现新版教材的插图在总数、平均每章数量和平均每页数量上均有提升;不同类型插图的绝对数量均有增加,以科技前沿和知识归纳型的增加为首;在插图的功能方面减少了装饰型插图,增加了组织型与解释型插图。最后根据前文的统计数据对比和相关分析,对我国新教材的编制提出了注意插图类型、数量以及功能的适配,注意发挥其美育与德育价值的建议。  相似文献

A concise and efficient approach for the construction of the tetracyclic carbon skeleton of retigeranic acid A is described. 研究了浅埋的圆柱形孔洞对以任意方向入射的平面SH波的散射与地震动问题。利用复变函数和多极坐标方法构造了问题的位移解。当入射波的波长与圆孔的半径相比较小时,地震动将受到较大的影响。影响地震动有三个主要参数:(1)SH波的入射角0;(2)入射波波数,即圆柱形孔洞的半径与入射波半波长之比;(3)h/R,即圆柱形孔洞至表面的距离与圆孔半径之比。当较大时,地震动幅值变化激烈,位移幅值可出现跳动和放大的现象。当h/R增大至10~12时,位移幅值变化恢复至半空间的情况,表明圆柱形孔洞的影响可被忽略。  相似文献

The present paper covers the various photonic crystals(PhCs) structures mimicking real atom-lattice structures in electronic crystals by using the femtosecond laser-induced two-photon photopolymerization of SU-8 resin. The bandgap properties were investigated by varying the crystal orientations in <111>, <110> and <100> of diamond-lattice PhCs. Biogas from anaerobic digestion of organic materials is a renewable energy resource that consists mainly of CH4 and CO2. Trace components that are often present in biogas are water vapor, hydrogen sulfide, siloxanes, hydrocarbons, ammonia, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen. Considering the biogas is a clean and renewable form of energy that could well substitute the conventional source of energy (fossil fuels), the optimization of this type of energy becomes substantial. Various optimization techniques in biogas production process had been developed, including pretreatment, biotechnological approaches, co-digestion as well as the use of serial digester. For some application, the certain purity degree of biogas is needed. The presence of CO2 and other trace components in biogas could affect engine performance adversely. Reducing CO2 content will significantly upgrade the quality of biogas and enhancing the calorific value. Upgrading is generally performed in order to meet the standards for use as vehicle fuel or for injection in the natural gas grid. Different methods for biogas upgrading are used. They differ in functioning, the necessary quality conditions of the incoming gas, and the efficiency. Biogas can be purified from CO2 using pressure swing adsorption, membrane separation, physical or chemical CO2 absorption. This paper reviews the various techniques, which could be used to optimize the biogas production as well as to upgrade the biogas quality.  相似文献

A combination of either ruthenium(II) or rhodium(II) complexes and quinine‐derived squaramide enables 3‐diazooxindoles, indoles, and nitroalkenes to undergo highly efficient asymmetric three‐component reactions, thus affording optically active 3,3′‐bis(indole)s through a consecutive C C bond‐forming sequence, which turned out to be applicable to the facile total synthesis of (−)‐folicanthine.  相似文献
