The reaction between allylbromide and piperidine has been studied in different protic and aprotic solvents. The reaction is first order with respect to [allylbromide] and [piperidine]. A correlation analysis of the rate data with solvent properties shows that polarity (Y), polarizability (P), and electrophilicity (E) of the solvent simultaneously influence the rate of reaction. From the regression analysis, information regarding the relative solvation of the reactants and the activated complex is obtained and a solvation model is proposed. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We prove that a connected topological space with endpoints has exactly two non-cut points and every cut point is a strong cut point; it follows that such a space is a COTS and the only two non-cut points turn out to be endpoints (in each of the two orders) of the COTS. A non-indiscrete connected topological space with exactly two non-cut points and having only finitely many closed points is proved homeomorphic to a finite subspace of the Khalimsky line. Further, it is shown, without assuming any separation axiom, that in a connected and locally connected topological space X, for a, b in X, S[a,b] is compact whenever it is closed. Using this result we show that an H(i) connected and locally connected topological space with exactly two non-cut points is a compact COTS with end points.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective high-performance liquid chromatography-positive ion electrospray tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the quantification of amisulpride in 100 microL of human plasma. Following liquid-liquid extraction, the analytes were separated using an isocratic mobile phase on a reverse-phase column and analyzed by MS/MS in the multiple reaction monitoring mode using the respective (M + H)(+) ions, m/z 370-242 for amisulpride and m/z 341-112 for the internal standard. The assay exhibited a linear dynamic range with a lower range of 0.1-100 ng/mL and a higher range of 1-500 ng/mL of amisulpride in human plasma. The lower limit of quantification was 0.1 ng/mL with a relative standard deviation of less than 10%. Acceptable precision and accuracy were obtained for both linearity ranges. A run time of 2.0 min for each sample made it possible to analyze more than 275 human plasma samples per day. The validated method has been successfully used to analyze plasma samples for application in pharmacokinetic studies.  相似文献

We prove that every H(i) subset H of a connected space X such that there is no proper connected subset of X containing H, contains at least two non-cut points of X. This is used to prove that a connected space X is a COTS with endpoints if and only if X has at most two non-cut points and has an H(i) subset H such that there is no proper connected subset of X containing H. Intermetallic compounds (IMCs) composed of transition metals and post‐transition metals function as superior heterogeneous catalysts in comparison to their monometallic and bimetallic alloy counterparts. Rendering IMCs in their nanomaterial iterations further enhances their efficiency. Herein, we demonstrate the role of PdIn as well‐dispersed intermetallic nanoparticles (IMNPs) for the semihydrogenation of phenylacetylene selectively to styrene at ambient conditions. Higher selectivity of PdIn was explained with the help DOS calculations. We have explored the role of a few well‐known silica‐based supports such as SBA‐15 and MCM‐41, providing insight into how they affect catalysis. As an additional support we have explored previously reported JNC‐1, a mesoporous carbon material obtained via a templated strategy using SBA‐15. PdIn supported on SBA‐15 and JNC‐1 displayed the best dispersion, while also exhibiting the most catalytic activity due to the unique nature of the porous structure.  相似文献

Long afterglow green phosphor SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ is synthesized by a solid-state reaction method at 1350 °C under mild reducing atmosphere of activated carbon. The effects of B2O3 flux on the sintering dynamic process and the optimum concentrations of Eu2+ and Dy3+ for long-lasting bright luminescence property have been investigated. The effect of a small amount of charge compensators like Mg2+, Zn2+, Na+, and K+ on long persistence has also been studied. TG/DTA, SEM, and XRD have been used to characterize the synthesized phosphor.  相似文献

Following liquid-liquid extraction, the analytes were separated using an isocratic mobile phase on a reverse-phase column and analyzed by MS/MS in the multiple reaction monitoring mode using the respective [M + H](+) ions, m/z 212/152 for pramipexole and m/z 409/228 for the IS. The method exhibited a linear dynamic range of 200-8000 pg/mL for pramipexole in human plasma. The lower limit of quantification was 200 pg/mL with a relative standard deviation of less than 8%. Acceptable precision and accuracy were obtained for concentrations over the standard curve range. A run time of 3.5 min for each sample made it possible to analyze more than 200 human plasma samples per day. The validated method has been successfully used to analyze human plasma samples for application in pharmacokinetic, bioavailability or bioequivalence studies.  相似文献
