In a laser butt joint welding process,it is required that the laser beam focus should be controlled to follow the weld joint path accurately.Small focus wandering off the weld joint may result in insufficient penetration or unacceptable welds.Recognition of joint position offset,which describes the deviation between the laser beam focus and the weld joint,is important for adjusting the laser beam focus and obtaining high quality welds.A new method based on the magneto-optical(MO)imaging is applied to measure the micro weld joint whose gap is less than 0.2 mm.The weldments are excited by an external magnetic field,and an MO sensor based on principle of Faraday magneto effect is used to capture the weld joint images.A sequence of MO images which are tested under different magnetic field intensities and different weld joint widths are acquired.By analyzing the MO image characteristics and extracting the weld joint features,the influence of magnetic field intensity and weld joint width on the MO images and detection of weld joint position is observed and summarized.  相似文献

对于大功率盘型激光焊,金属焊件表面在激光束辐射下强烈汽化并形成等离子体状的金属蒸汽羽状物. 该金属蒸汽羽状物可逆向激光束传输,对激光有明显的屏蔽作用, 降低激光辐射至焊件的能量密度,影响焊接效率和质量. 因此研究金属蒸汽特征变化规律及其与焊接质量之间的关联 ,可实现由金属蒸汽特征实时监测激光焊接状态. 以10 kW大功率盘型连续激光焊接304不锈钢钢板为试验对象, 应用高速摄像机摄取金属蒸汽动态图像,将其转换至色调-色饱和度-亮度空间, 提取金属蒸汽面积、激光束受影响路径长度等相关特征量, 以焊缝熔宽的变化作为衡量焊接状态稳定性的参数. 通过金属蒸汽特征值的均值统计和方差分析,试验证明根据金属蒸汽面积和激光束受影响路径长度等金属蒸汽特征可有效地反映熔宽质量, 从而对焊接状况做出动态评估.  相似文献

本文采用国产阳离子交换树脂CM-FF,两步柱层析从小鼠颌下腺中分离、纯化神经生长因子(β-NGF),并与Whatman公司的CM-C(CM32)离子交换树脂进行了比较。结果表明:CM-FF吸附β-NGF的最适pH分别为6.8和40,最佳流速:柱Ⅰ0.5ml/min,柱Ⅱ0.3ml/min,最佳解析剂为含0.4mol/LNaCl的pH9.0的Tris-HCl缓冲液。CM-FF每克可吸附小鼠颌下腺粗蛋白3-4g,最终纯化得β-NGF2-3mg。CM-FF在分离、纯化β-NGF的应用效果与CM-32是基本相同的,可以替代或至少部分替代CM-32,用于β-NGF的分离、纯化。  相似文献

Recently, the LHCb collaboration reported the first evidence for the decay B0s→μ+μ-. A branching ratio of B(B0s→μ+μ-)=(3.2+1.51.2)×10 9is given. Using the newest data, and together with the most precise predictions of the Standard Model contributions to the decay, we derive the constraints on the combinations of the R-parity violating parameters. Our results are several orders of magnitudes stronger than the constraints in the previous literature. We also update the constraints on the relevant parameters using the upper limit ofB(B0d→μ+μ-).  相似文献

焊接过程的在线监控是保证激光焊接质量的关键, 为此, 首先要找到焊接过程传感特征量变化规律以及与焊缝质量间的关系. 飞溅是大功率盘型激光焊接过程中的一个重要现象, 其特征与焊接质量、焊接过程稳定性以及能量利用率等有着密切的联系. 以大功率盘形激光焊接304不锈钢为试验对象, 研究焊接过程中的飞溅特征. 在紫外波段和可见光波段应用高速摄像机摄取焊接过程中产生飞溅的瞬态特征, 通过计算机图像处理技术分析飞溅的数量、面积、行程和质心高度特征参量. 以焊件熔宽作为衡量焊接质量与焊接过程稳定性的因素, 对飞溅特征量进行线性和高次拟合, 研究飞溅特征参量的波动规律, 并与焊件熔宽的变化对比, 探索焊接过程的飞溅特征参量变化规律. 试验结果表明, 根据飞溅特征量变化规律能够对大功率盘形激光焊接304不锈钢板焊接质量做出动态评估, 为实现焊接质量的在线监控提供了试验依据.  相似文献

精确控制激光束使其始终对准并跟踪焊缝是保证激光焊接质量的前提.针对大功率(激光功率10 kW)光纤激光焊接304型不锈钢紧密对接焊缝(间隙为0-0.1 mm),研究一种基于红外热像的焊缝跟踪偏差检测新方法. 采用红外传感高速摄像机摄取焊接区域熔池红外动态热像,分析激光束对准和偏离焊缝中心时的熔池温度分布和红外辐射特性,以熔池匙孔形变参数和热堆积效应参数作为激光束与焊缝中心偏差检测特征值,通过图像识别技术研究和分析特征值与焊缝偏差之间的关系. 激光焊接试验结果表明,熔池匙孔形变参数和热堆积效应参数与焊缝偏差 关键词: 大功率光纤激光焊 焊缝跟踪偏差 红外热像 检测  相似文献

A novel method for measuring differences of microstructure by advanced use of the Faraday magneto-optical effect is proposed. Two groups of YAG laser welds on Q235 have been investigated in order to compare MO imaging and traditional methods. Microstructure images have been compared with MO images, and MO diagrams display different colors and gray scales for the base metal, the weld zone, and the heat affected zone. Experimental results indicate that the welded joint microstructure can be inspected by MO imaging without metallographic preparation.  相似文献

This paper establishes two artificial neural network models by using a multi layer perceptron algorithm and radial based function algorithm in order to predict the plasma density in a plasma system.In this model,the input layer is composed of five neurons:the radial position,the axial position,the gas pressure,the microwave power and the magnet coil current.The output layer is the target output neuron:the plasma density.The accuracy of prediction is tested with the experimental data obtained by the Langmuir probe.The effectiveness of two artificial neural network models are demonstrated,the results show good agreements with corresponding experimental data.The ability of the artificial neural network model to predict the plasma density accurately in an electron cyclotron resonance-plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition system can be concluded,and the radial based function is more suitable than the multi layer perceptron in this work.  相似文献

提出了一种识别飞溅动态并基于飞溅特征分析焊接状态的方法。以304不锈钢板为试验对象,进行大功率盘形激光平板堆焊试验。利用高速相机捕捉紫外波段和可见光波段的飞溅图像,通过图像处理提取飞溅特征参数,包括质心位置、面积、灰度、平均灰度和半径。基于飞溅特征参数建立飞溅搜索信息库和相似度函数,用于识别飞溅、计算飞溅体积和灰度以及评估焊接状态。通过焊缝宽度与飞溅特征信息的比较,研究焊接状态与飞溅特征参数之间的内在关系。对飞溅特征与焊接状态之间关系进行了试验分析,结果表明,激光焊接过程中飞溅的体积和灰度值增大,焊缝宽度会相应减小,通过飞溅特征参数可有效监测和评估大功率盘形激光焊接过程的状态。  相似文献
