制备了新型掺Er3+铋铅锶玻璃,研究了玻璃的吸收光谱和上转换光谱性质,应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了铋铅锶玻璃的3个强度参量Ωt(t=2,4,6),分别为Ω2=3·27×10-20cm2,Ω4=1.15×10-20cm2,Ω6=0.38×10-20cm2。计算了Er3+离子的振子强度、自发辐射跃迁几率、荧光分支比和辐射寿命等光谱参数。研究了上转换发光强度随泵浦激光功率的变化,上转换荧光525,546和657nm曲线的斜率分别为1·86,1·88和1·85,表明红、绿光发射均为双光子吸收过程。  相似文献

Er~(3+)-doped fluoride lanthanum aluminosilicate glasses with compositions of (65-x/2)SiO_2·(25-x/2)Al_2O_3·xAlF_3·9.1La_2O_3·0.6Er_2O_3·0.3Yb_2O_3(x=4, 8, 12, 20, 30) (mol%) were prepared and their glass transition temperatures and spectroscopic properties were investigated.The Ω_2, Ω_4, and Ω_6 intensity parameters of glasses were calculated by Judd-Ofelt theory from absorption curves. It was found that glasses transition temperature and melting temperature decreased with the increase of fluoride content in glass,Ω_2 decreased gradually with the increase of AlF_3 content,but both Ω_4 and Ω_6 did not increase until AlF_3 content increased to 30 mol%.The quantum efficiency of ~4I_(13/2) to ~4I_(15/2) transition of Er~(3+) ions increases with the increase of AlF_3 content in glass.Fluorescent lifetime is longer in glass containing more AlF_3 content.  相似文献

A set of phosphate glasses with different amounts of Al2O3, Na2O, La2O3 and AlF3 contents were prepared to search for a phosphate glass which is suitable for ion-exchange process. Based on chemical durability test results and spectroscopic properties, a glass with excellent chemical durability and good spectroscopic properties is developed for ion-exchange process. The emission cross section of Er3+ in this glass is calculated to be 0.72×10~20 cm2 by McCumber theory. The planar waveguide with three modes at 632.8 nm and one mode at 1540 nm can be realized by 335℃ 3 hours ion-exchange in 5%AgNO3+95%KNO3 molten salt.  相似文献

制备了Er3+/Yb3+共掺磷酸盐玻璃。通过分析其吸收光谱,根据McCumber理论计算得到了Er3+离子在波长1533 nm处的峰值发射截面为0.84×10-20cm2,4I13/2能级的荧光寿命为8.5 ms。利用激光二极管作为泵浦源,成功地实现了Er3+/Yb3+共掺磷酸盐玻璃激光器的连续运转。在室温下,获得最大激光输出功率为80 mW,斜率效率为16.5%。  相似文献

Infrared-to-visible upconversion fluorescence of Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped lithium-strontium-lead-bismuth (LSPB) glasses for developing potential upconversion lasers has been studied under 975-nm excitation. Based on the results of energy transfer efficiency and upconversion spectra, the optimal Yb3+-Er3+ concentration ratio is found to be 5:1. Intense green and red emissions centered at 525, 546, and 657 nm, corresponding to the transitions 2H11/2→4 I15/2, 4S3/2→4 I15/2, and 4F9/2→4 I15/2, respectively, were observed. The quadratic dependence of the 525-, 546-, and 657-nm emissions on excitation power indicates that a two-photon absorption process occurs under 975-nm excitation. The high-populated 4I11/2 level is supposed to serve as the intermediate state responsible for the upconversion processes. The intense upconversion luminescence of Er3+ /Yb3+ co-doped LSPB glasses may be a potentially useful material for developing upconversion optical devices.  相似文献

研究了退火和二次离子交换对Er3+/Yb3+共掺的磷酸盐玻璃平面光波导传输特性的影响。在退火过程中,由于热效应和波导层Ag+离子的浓度差使得Ag+离子重新分布;随着退火时间的延长和温度的升高,光波导模式数目逐渐增加,波导层深度加深,且波导表面折射率与玻璃基质折射率差减小,退火扩散深度与退火时间的平方根成正比。电子探针结果显示在二次离子交换后形成了掩埋式的光波导,Ag+离子浓度接近二次方分布,而掩埋式的光波导有助于降低光波导的传输损耗。  相似文献

制备了用于离子交换法制备光波导器件的掺铒碲-钨-钠玻璃基质。应用扎得-奥菲而特(Judd—Ofelt)理论计算了玻璃样品的三个强度参量,由强度参量计算了Er^3 离子的自发跃迁几率、荧光分支比等光谱参量;应用麦克库玻(McCumber)理论,计算了Er^3 离子在1.5μm的受激发射截面,荧光测试发现Er^3 离子的荧光半峰全宽可达65nm。比较了Er^3 离子在不同玻璃基质中的光谱特性。结果表明,Er^3 离子在碲-钨-钠玻璃中具有较高的受激发射截面和较宽的荧光半峰全宽,可以用于宽带光波导器件的制备。  相似文献
