少周期脉冲在稠密V型三能级介质中传播时的粒子布居演化 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
利用由预估计校正-时域有限差分(PC-FDTD)法求解Maxwell-Bloch方程得到的数值解,研究少周期激光脉冲在稠密V型三能级原子介质中传播时各能级粒子数布居的演化特性.结果表明,两跃迁偶极矩的比值(γ)对稠密介质中粒子数布居反转出现的时间和振荡的次数具有显著的影响,γ=1时,考虑洛仑兹局域场修正(LFC)时,粒子数反转出现的较晚,近偶极-偶极(NDD)相互作用延缓了粒子数的反转;γ>1时,考虑LFC时,粒子数反转出现的较早,NDD相互作用加快了粒子数的反转;电偶极矩不同时,粒子数布居振荡的次数比相同时多.粒子数布居在稠密介质中的演化特性与稀疏介质中显著不同,在入界处,稀疏介质中粒子数布居可以实现长时间的反转;随着介质密度的增大,粒子数布居产生准周期性的振荡,但考虑LFC时,振荡的次数比不考虑LFC时少. 相似文献

An analysis is made of the effect of Doppler broadening on gain
without inversion (GWI) from different aspects in a closed
lambda-type three-level system with an incoherent pump. It is shown
that, regardless of the driving field being on resonance or not, for
the counter- or co-propagating of the probe and driving fields (PDF),
GWI does not monotonically decrease or increase with increasing
Doppler width. Except for the case of counter-propagating PDF with
off-resonance driving field, at a suitable Doppler width one can
obtain a gain maximum value much larger than that without Doppler
broadening; especially in the situation of the resonant driving
field, the co-propagating geometry leads to a larger GWI. In
addition, for the counter-propagating geometry, when Doppler width is
larger enough, GWI oscillation occurs, and the oscillation amplitude
and region increase with increasing Doppler width. These conclusions
are very different from that obtained in previous investigation
(Lukin {\it et al}, {\it Laser Phys.} {\bf 6} 436 (1996)). 相似文献

通过求解系统的Milburn方程,研究了两能级原子与双模SU(1,1)相干态光场发生相互作用系统中,原子与场的纠缠及双模SU(1,1)相干态场的模间纠缠随时间的演化问题,讨论了内禀退相干、双模光子数差等对纠缠度的影响.结果表明,存在内禀退相干时,随着时间的演化,场-原子纠缠逐渐减小到一个确定值,而模间纠缠逐渐增大到一个确定值,两者演化的最终值只取决于双模光子数差和平均光子数,而与内禀退相干因子无关.

Effect of spontaneously generated coherence on inversionless lasing gain in an atomic system with Doppler broadening 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1 下载免费PDF全文
We have studied the effect of the spontaneously generated coherence
(SGC) on gain of lasing without inversion (LWI) in a closed
three-level $\Lambda $-type atomic system with Doppler broadening. It
is shown that, regardless of the driving and probe fields being co-
or counter-propagating, at a suitable value of the Doppler width, we
can obtain a much larger LWI gain with SGC than that without SGC; and
the region of the LWI gain spectrum with SGC is obviously larger than
that without SGC. When the Doppler width takes a constant value, the
gain does not monotonically decrease or increase with increasing
strength of SGC, the largest LWI gain can be obtained by adjusting
strength of SGC. Generally speaking, the co-propagating probe and
driving fields is favourable to obtain a larger LWI gain. 相似文献

This paper studies the propagation effect in a closed lambda-type three-level atomic system with Doppler broadening. It is shown that, Doppler broadening due to atomic motion and propagation effect associated with driving field depletion along the active medium decreases obviously the gain and output of the lasing without inversion (LWI); the relative phase between the probe and driving fields has a remarkable modulation role to the propagation effect on LWI when Doppler broadening presents; by choosing suitable value of the relative phase, we can get the largest gain and output of LWI. 相似文献

应用全量子理论研究了存在相位退相干时单模相干光场与一个二能级原子相互作用系统纠缠的时间演化规律;分别讨论了原子—光场耦合常数、光场的平均光子数以及失谐量的大小对场与原子纠缠的影响.结果表明:随着原子—光场耦合常数的增大和光场平均光子数的增加,系统纠缠的振荡频率都会明显增大.不存在相位退相干时,纠缠的时间演化明显受到失谐量的影响,若选取适当的失谐量,系统的纠缠可长时间保持在最大纠缠态.若考虑相位退相干的影响,则在共振情况下系统纠缠的时间演化是一个逐渐衰减的过程,且最终衰减到零;但若存在适当的失谐量,则在初始一段时间内系统的纠缠也是一个波动幅度逐渐衰减的过程,但随着时间的演化,失谐量抵消了相位退相干的影响,使系统的纠缠不再衰减到零.如果增大失谐量,纠缠在初始一段时间内波动的幅度会相应的减小,并且纠缠趋于稳定的时间也随着失谐量的增大而缩短;当失谐量适当时,系统可保持在纠缠相对较大的状态而无消纠缠态. 相似文献

Relative carrier-envelope phase dependence of resonant propagation of two-colour femtosecond pulses in V-type atomic medium 下载免费PDF全文
Using numerical solution of the full Maxwell--Bloch
equations, which is obtained by the finite-difference time-domain
method and the iterative predictor--corrector method, we investigate
the modulation effect of relative carrier--envelope phase
(hereinafter referred to as the relative phase) on resonant
propagation of two-colour femtosecond ultrashort laser pulses in a
V-type three-level atomic medium. It is found that the pulse
splitting occurs for a smaller value of relative phase; when the
value of relative phase increases to a certain value, only the
variation of pulse shape is present and the pulse splitting does not
occur any more; moreover, when the value of relative phase is
smaller, the pulse group velocity is larger. The relative phase also
has an obvious effect on population and spectral property. Different
population transfers can be realized by adjusting the value of
relative phase. Generally speaking, for the pulses with smaller
areas their spectral strengths and frequency ranges decrease
obviously with the value of relative phase increasing; for the
pulses with larger areas, with value of the relative phase
increasing, their spectral strengths decrease remarkably but the
relative strengths of the higher frequency components increase
significantly, while the spectral frequency range is not varied

Lorentz-breaking理论不仅对弯曲时空背景有影响,而且对于在弯曲时空中的玻色子和费米子的动力学方程都有一定的修正.因此,我们需要在不同的黑洞时空中对玻色子和费米子的量子隧穿辐射进行适当的修正.从而得到经过Lorentz-breaking理论修正后的黑洞Hawking温度等物理量的新表达式及其物理意义.本文根据Einstein-Bumblebee引力理论中得到的Kerr-Sen-like (KSL)黑洞时空度规,在标量场作用量中引入aether-like场矢量修正项和弯曲时空中的d’Alembert算符并应用弯曲时空中的变分原理,研究了此时空度规中的Lorentz-breaking修正项及KSL时空中自旋为零的含有Lorentz-breaking修正项的玻色子动力学方程的新形式.通过正确选择与KSL时空度规相对应的aether-like场矢量,求解修正的玻色子动力学方程,得到了修正的量子隧穿率,并在此基础上研究了含有Lorentz-breaking修正项的此黑洞的Hawking温度和Bekenstein-Hawking熵.此外,还研究了Lorentz-breaking效应对玻... 相似文献
