First-principles calculations of structural and thermodynamic properties of BeB2 compound

The lattice parameter bulk modulus and pressure derivative of BeB2 are calculated by using the Cambridge Serial Total Energy Package （CASTEP） program in the frame of density function theory. The calculated results agree well with the average experimental data and other theoretical results. Through the quasi-harmonic Debye model, the dependences of the normalized lattice parameters a/ao, c/c0 and the normalized primitive cell volume V/Vo on pressure P, the variation of the thermal expansion coefficient ~ with pressure P and temperature T, as well as the dependences of the heat capacity Cv on pressure P and temperature T are obtained systematically.     

Elastic Properties of Rutile TiO2 at High Temperature

Dependence of elastic properties on temperature for rutile TiO2 is investigated by the Cambridge Serial Total Energy Package （CASTEP） program in the frame of density function theory （DFT） and the quasi-harmonic Debye model The six independent elastlc constants of rutile TiO2 at high temperature are theoretically obtained for the first time. It is found that with increasing temperature, the elastic constants will decrease monotonically. Moreover, we successfully obtain the polycrystalline moduli BH and GH, as well as the Debye temperature ⊙D.     

油罐光纤传感液位测量系统的研究

采用先进的光纤传感技术在人工浮子液位计的基础上研制了一种新型的液位测量系统。系统利用力平衡原理测量液位,利用光纤传感器探测和传输信号,采用自制的光学编码盘实现光信号的调节。测试结果表明,在0~1000mm测量范围内,测量误差≤±6mm,相对误差<2%。现场应用表明,该系统的各项性能指标符合生产要求,运行稳定,性能可靠。
