以滤纸为模板合成新型介孔生物活性玻璃微管材料

用快速滤纸为生物模板,通过先浸渍后焙烧的方法合成了介孔生物活性玻璃微管材料。快速滤纸的管状结构被完美复制,其管壁为生成的介孔生物玻璃材料。通过在合成过程中引入铁元素可以使材料具有一定的磁性。材料的形貌、结构和磁性通过扫描电镜、粉末X射线衍射、透射电镜、氮气吸附-脱附曲线,红外光谱和磁滞回线进行了表征。并且通过模拟体液浸泡方法考察了其矿化能力,以地塞米松为模型药物考察其释药能力和生物相容性。合成的介孔生物活性玻璃微管材料具有复杂的管状多级结构、快速的矿化能力和良好的生物相容性,并具备一定的磁性,是一种不可多得的药物缓释材料。     

Wronskian Form Solutions for a Variable Coefficient Kadomtsev–Petviashvili Equation

Starting from a simple transformation, and with the aid of symbolic computation, we establish the relation- ship between the solution of a generalized variable coefficient Kadomtsev-Petviashvili （vKP） equation and the solution of a system of linear partial differential equations. According to this relation, we obtain Wronskian form solutions of the vKP equation, and further present N-soliton-like solutions for some degenerated forms of the vKP equation. Moreover, we also discuss the influences of arbitrary constants on the soliton and N-soliton solutions of the KPII equation.     

Cross Soliton-Like Waves for the （2＋1）-Dimensional Breaking Soliton Equation

We construct a two-soliton-like solution for the （2＋1）-dimensionai breaking soliton equation. The obtained solution contains two arbitrary functions and hence can model various cross soliton-like waves including the two-solitary waves. We show the evolution of some special cross soliton-like waves diagrammatically.

由Ｎ－苯磺酰基甲基苯胺与芳醛反应得到了７种缩合产物，其结构经元素分析，ＨＮＭＲ，ＭＳ和ＩＲ所确证。     

An Unexpected Discovery in the Willgerodt-Kindler Reaction of Acetophenone——the Formation of the 4-（Benzoylthiocarbonyl）morpholine

The Willgerodt-Kindler reaction of acetophenone was studied.Apart from the normal product 4-(benzylthio-carbonyl)morpholine,another product 4-(benzoylthiocarbonyl)morpholine was obtained unexpectedly.The struc-ture of the latter was confirmed by IR,~1H NMR spectra and X-ray diffraction analysis.The mechanism of the reac-tion was discussed.

α-甲酰氨基-β-芳基丙烯酸乙酯用5％盐酸乙醇溶液水解生成相应的芳基丙酮酸乙酯,再经碱处理变为相应的芳基丙酮酸。     

Clean Synthesis in Water：Darzens Condensation Reaction of Aromatic Aldehydes with Phenacyl Chloride

The Darzens condensation reaction of aromatic aldehydes with phenacyl chloride proceeded very efficiently in a water suspension medium in the presence of triethylbenzylammonium chloride and only trans-2,3-epoxy-1,3-diaryl-1-propanones were formed which can be isolated simply by filtration.The structures of these compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and ^1H NMR spectra.Therir configurations are in agreement with that of the same compounds reported in the literature.Compared to the classical Darzens condensation,this new method has the advantages of good yields,high stereoselectivity,low running cost inexpensive and environmentally benign procedure.     

N，N’-二芳基硫代草酰胺与1，2-二溴乙烷的反应的研究

以N,N'-二芳基二硫代草酰胺与1,2-二溴乙烷进行S烷基化反应,合成了一系列2,3-双芳基亚氨基-1,4-二硫杂环己烷,反应在4h内完成,产率52%～62%.产物结构经元素分析,IR,1HNMR及MS表征,并以单晶X射线衍射分析进一步确证.
