基于改进非线性拟合的核磁共振T2谱多指数反演

核磁共振T₂谱多指数反演算法是开展复杂体系样品核磁共振(NMR)弛豫研究最重要的数学工具. 常用的T₂谱多指数反演算法一般都是事先给出弛豫时间T₂分布的布点, 然后转化为线性拟合问题进行求解. 在求解的T₂谱较为分散的时候, 反演得到的T₂谱精确度不高, 分辨率较低. 非线性拟合是解决这个问题的有效办法. 本文针对分散T₂谱反演利用非线性拟合时遇到的初值依赖及运算复杂问题, 利用线性回归最小二乘方法, 改进了其中的带非负约束非线性优化模型, 将搜索的反演参数从T₂, f 减少为T₂, 加快了收敛速度, 减少了对初值的依赖, 提高了反演精度, 使算法更加稳健. 通过用改进的Levenberg-Marquardt算法和差分进化算法进行计算机模拟反演及实验数据反演, 验证了改进方法在核磁共振T₂ 谱反演中的有效性.     

Quantum Phase Transition and Ferromagnetic Spin Correlation in Parallel Double Quantum Dots

We investigate electronic transport through a parallel double quantum dot （DQD） system with strong on-site Coulomb interaction, as well as the interdot tunnelling. By applying numerical renormalization group method, the ground state of the system and the transmission probability at zero temperature are obtained. For a system of quantum dots with degenerate energy levels and small interdot tunnel coupling, the spin correlations between the DQDs is ferromagnetic, and the ground state of the system is a spin-1 triplet state. The linear conductance will reach the unitary limit （2e^2/h） due to the Kondo effect at low temperature. As the interdot tunnel coupling increases, there is a quantum phase transition from ferromagnetic to anti-ferromagnetic spin correlation in DQDs and the linear conductance is strongly suppressed.     

梯形自旋链的一种规范场论的形式

考虑无质量费米场和规范场的Pauli相互作用项的系统,在这一理论中耦合常数为无量纲量.该模型等价于自旋1/2反铁磁XXZ量子链.如在模型中引入费米场的味自由度,则可定性描述二条自旋链的梯形结构系统.在这一系统中不再存在无能隙激发. 关键词： 梯形结构 规范场 自旋链     

PHASE TRANSITION PROPERTY OF THE BOSONIZED HUBBARD MODEL

Using the bosonization method of one-dimensional fermion system, we discussed the bosonized Hamiltonian of the half-filling Hubbard model, and investigated the ground state and phase transition properties with the gaussian effective potential method of sine-Gordon field.

反铁磁链的自旋Peierls相变

通过费米-玻色变换将一维自旋1/2反铁磁链映射为连续玻色场形式,讨论了模型基态能量和激发态能量,证明了此系统存在自旋Peierls相变.并给出了模型基态能量密度与晶格畸变大小的关系.数值计算的结果验证了上述理论的正确性. 关键词：     

L 1 范数支持向量机在代谢组学中的应用

代谢组学是关于生物体内源性代谢物质的整体及其变化规律的科学,也是一个数据密集型的研究领域,由此使得模式识别在代谢数据处理中有重要作用．L₁ 范数支持向量机(L₁-Norm Support Vector Machines, L₁-norm SVMs)作为在模式识别领域中准确、稳健的方法,在代谢组学中的应用较少．该文应用L₁-norm SVM 方法对小鼠感染血吸虫后的代谢数据进行了分析,分析结果显示L1-norm SVM 在聚类与特征选择方面具有优势,并表明它在代谢组学领域的应用有着潜力和前景．     

CHARGE AND SPIN GAPS IN THE DIMERIZED HUBBARD MODEL

By using the bosonization and renormalization group methods, we have studied the low energy physical properties in the one-dimensional dimerized Hubbard model. The formation of charge and spin gaps is investigated both for the half-filled electron band and away from the half-filled band. The scaling laws of the charge and spin gaps with the dimerization parameterΔ and the repulsive interaction strength U are obtained.
