As a liquid‐liquid partition chromatography, counter‐current chromatography has advantages in large sample loading capacity without irreversible adsorption, which has been widely applied in separation and purification fields. The main factors, including partition coefficient, two‐phase solvent systems, apparatus, and operating parameters greatly affect the separation process of counter‐current chromatography. To promote the applications of counter‐current chromatography, it is essential to develop theoretical research to master the principles of counter‐current chromatographic separations so as to achieve predictions before laborious trials. In this article, recent progress about separation prediction methods are reviewed from a point of the steady and unsteady state of the mass transfer process of counter‐current chromatography and its mass transfer characteristics, and then it is divided into three aspects: prediction of partition coefficient, modeling the thermodynamic process of counter‐current chromatography, and modeling the dynamic process of counter‐current chromatography.  相似文献

A highly selective molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) combined with liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection was developed for the simultaneous isolation and determination of four Sudan dyes (I, II, III and IV) in egg-yolk products. The imprinted microspheres synthesized by suspension polymerization using phenylamine?Cnaphthol as mimic template show high selectivity and affinity to the four kinds of Sudan dyes and were successfully applied as selective sorbents of solid-phase extraction for the simultaneous determination of the four Sudans from egg-yolk samples. Good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.062?C10 ??g g?1 and the average recoveries of the four Sudans at three spiked levels ranged from 94.1 to 102.5% with the relative standard deviations less than 5.8%. The developed extraction protocol eliminated the effect of template leakage on quantitative analysis and could be applied for the determination of Sudans in complicated food samples.  相似文献

研究了某低品位复杂铝土矿中高岭石与一水硬铝石矿物相分离的传统选择性溶剂(HF溶液)的不适应性问题。物质组成分析指出,由于此类物料中伴生有含钠(钠长石)和含镁(铁质角闪石)等脉石类矿物,所以在用HF溶液浸取高岭石的反应过程中,与Al 3+同步进入浸出液中的Na+和Mg2+等,又与F-反应,形成NaMgAlF6·xH2O次生沉淀,且其与一水硬铝石矿物相一并留于余渣中,而直接干扰测定。因此,对H2SO4溶液作为选择性溶剂的可替代性问题进行了验证。结果表明:试样于500℃预焙烧后,用H2SO4(12mol/L)溶液沸水浴浸取分离高岭石,于余渣中测定一水硬铝石,可获得比较满意的结果。同时,对钠长石等其它含铝矿物干扰测定的校正方法问题,也进行了探讨。  相似文献

Fe3+‐montmorillonite was used as a solid acidic catalyst for the synthesis of decahydroacridine derivatives through the condensation of aromatic aldehydes, dimedone and aniline in ethanol. Nanopore has been developed to be a powerful,single-molecule analytical tool for sensing ions,small organic molecules and biomacromolecules such as proteins and DNAs.Generally,the identity of the analyte can be revealed by current amplitude changes and mean dwell time of the analyte binding events.In some cases,generation of highly characteristic current events affords an alternative way of analyte determination with high confidence level.However,we found that secondary structures in DNA/RNA hybrids might severely hinder the generation of signature events during their translocation through?-hemolysin nanopore.In this report,we propose a strategy to add a certain concentration of urea in the buffer solution for single channel recordings and validate that low concentration of urea can effectively denature the secondary structures in DNA hybrids and recover the generation of signature events.This finding might be useful in other secondary structure-related nanopore sensing activities.  相似文献

We report here our results on the investigation of the chain dynamics of poly(acrylic acid) in aqueous solution. The concentration of poly(acrylic acid) was approximately 3.8×10~(-4) mol/L, two orders of magnitude higher than that reported in the literature. The p H value of the solution was 3.9, and the hydrogen bonds between the intrinsic and ionized carboxylic acid groups formed dynamic networks, which captured aggregation-induced emission-active molecules(a tetra-quaternary ammonium modified tetraphenylethene derivative) inside the polymer coils and induced fluorescence emission. The hydrogen bonds can be classified as intra- or intermolecular; both can be probed based on the emission change of the tetra-quaternary ammonium modified tetraphenylethene probes. The effects of different external stimuli on the polymer chain dynamics were investigated using different metal cations(including Na~+, Li~+, Zn~(2+), Ni~(2+), Ca~(2+), and Co~(2+)), different cation concentrations(1×10~(-6) to 4×10~(-4) mol/L), different poly(acrylic acid) molecular weights(5, 240, and 450 k Da), and different copolymers. The experimental results indicate that the long poly(acrylic acid) chains(high molecular weight) tend to form dense globular coils and exclude the probe molecules outside, which are robust and unsusceptible to water-soluble metal cations. However, the shorter poly(acrylic acid) chains tend to form intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which are helpful in capturing more probe molecules inside the networks, thus inducing stronger emission. Because of the dual functions of forming hydrogen bonds with carboxylic groups and acting as an acceptor of protons from the carboxylic acid group to form cationic species, copolymerization with acrylate amide [poly(acrylic acid)-co-poly(acrylamide)] can greatly affect the chain dynamics of poly(acrylic acid) segments, which is reflected by the drastically decreased emission intensity from the fluorescent probes.  相似文献

以酒石酸-乙二胺为淋洗液的单柱离子色谱法同时测定磷酸中痕量钠(Ⅰ)和铁(Ⅲ)。淋洗液最佳浓度为4.0mmol.L ̄(-1)、酒石酸/1.0m mol·L ̄(-1)乙二胺。最低检测限为Na ̄+0.05μg/mL、 Fe3+ 0.45μg/mL。电导检测灵敏度为2.0μg/cm。线性范围Na ̄+、Fe3+0.2~1.5×103μg/mL、2.5~1.0×103μg/mL。相对平均偏差Na ̄+为2.03%、Fe3+为0.83%。平均回收率Na ̄+为98.26%、Fe3+为97.62%。本法简便、快速、准确、选择性好。  相似文献
