While the gold(I)‐catalyzed glycosylation reaction with 4,6‐O‐benzylidene tethered mannosyl ortho‐alkynylbenzoates as donors falls squarely into the category of the Crich‐type β‐selective mannosylation when Ph3PAuOTf is used as the catalyst, in that the mannosyl α‐triflates are invoked, replacement of the ?OTf in the gold(I) complex with less nucleophilic counter anions (i.e., ?NTf2, ?SbF6, ?BF4, and ?BAr4F) leads to complete loss of β‐selectivity with the mannosyl ortho‐alkynylbenzoate β‐donors. Nevertheless, with the α‐donors, the mannosylation reactions under the catalysis of Ph3PAuBAr4F (BAr4F=tetrakis[3,5‐bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]borate) are especially highly β‐selective and accommodate a broad scope of substrates; these include glycosylation with mannosyl donors installed with a bulky TBS group at O3, donors bearing 4,6‐di‐O‐benzoyl groups, and acceptors known as sterically unmatched or hindered. For the ortho‐alkynylbenzoate β‐donors, an anomerization and glycosylation sequence can also ensure the highly β‐selective mannosylation. The 1‐α‐mannosyloxy‐isochromenylium‐4‐gold(I) complex ( Cα ), readily generated upon activation of the α‐mannosyl ortho‐alkynylbenzoate ( 1 α ) with Ph3PAuBAr4F at ?35 °C, was well characterized by NMR spectroscopy; the occurrence of this species accounts for the high β‐selectivity in the present mannosylation.  相似文献

Electronic absorption spectrum, photoacoustic absorption spectrum and ESR spectrum of bis(L-histidine)copper(II) dinitrate dihydrate crystal were recorded. The experimental results are discussed quantitatively with ligand field theory (LFT) and the radial wave function of non-free copper(II). Our calculations coincides well with the experimental results, and in particular, provides significant correlations between the spectra and coordination structures. The ESR spectrum gives some information about the restudy of classification for the ESR spectra of bis(amino acidato)copper(II) complexs. Additionally, the differences between crystal and frozen solution spectra due to the variance of PH are also reported for the title compound.  相似文献

Cu(L-glu)(bpy)(L-glu = L-glutamato; bpy = 2, 2′-bipyridine) was prepared. Its electronic absorption spectrum and photoacoustic spectrum were recorded at room temperature. They were compared with each other and compared quantitatively with ligand field theory(LFT) and the radical wave function of non-free ions[1–3]. Reaction schemes have been developed that lead to clusters having the topology of the PN cluster of nitrogenase. The single cubane clusters [(Tp)MFe3S4Cl3]z (M = Mo, z = 1-; M = V, z = 2-) react with PEt3 to give [(Tp)MFe3S4(PEt3)3]1+, which are reduced to the neutral edge-bridged double cubanes [(Tp)2M2Fe6S8(PEt3)4] with highly reduced (2[MFe3S4]1+) cores. Reaction of these clusters in acetonitrile with (Et4N)(HS) results in the formation of [(Tp)2Mo2Fe6S9(SH)2]3- and [(Tp)2V2Fe6S9(SH)2]4-. X-ray structures of the Et4N+ salts reveal the bridging pattern M2Fe6(mu2-S)2(mu3-S)6(mu6-S) in which two cuboidal MFe3(mu3-S)3 units share the common bridge atom mu6-S and are externally bridged by two mu2-S atoms. The M sites possess trigonal octahedral, and the Fe sites, distorted tetrahedral coordination. Hydrosulfide ligands and sulfide atoms simulate terminal cysteinate ligation and mu2 bridges, respectively, in the protein-bound cluster Fe8S7(mu2-SCys)2(SCys)4. The synthetic clusters have the same bridging pattern as the PN cluster and approach congruency with it. These clusters are the first molecular topological analogues of a PN cluster. Like the latter, they are substantially reduced (majority of Fe(II)).  相似文献
