We consider the estimation of three-dimensional ROC surfaces for continuous tests given covariates.Three way ROC analysis is important in our motivating example where patients with Alzheimer’s disease are usually classified into three categories and should receive different category-specific medical treatment.There has been no discussion on how covariates affect the three way ROC analysis.We propose a regression framework induced from the relationship between test results and covariates.We consider several practical cases and the corresponding inference procedures.Simulations are conducted to validate our methodology.The application on the motivating example illustrates clearly the age and sex effects on the accuracy for Mini-Mental State Examination of Alzheimer’s disease.  相似文献

To investigate long-term CO2 behavior in geological formations and quantification of possible CO2 leaks, it is crucial to investigate the potential mobility of CO2 dissolved in brines over a wide range of spatial and temporal scales and density distributions in geological media. In this work, the mass transfer of aqueous CO 2 in brines has been investigated by means of a chemical potential gradient model based on non-equilibrium thermodynamics in which the statistical associating fluid theory equation of state was used to calculate the fugacity coefficient of CO2 in brine. The investigation shows that the interfacial concentration of aqueous CO2 and the corresponding density both increase with increasing pressure and decreasing temperature; the effective diffusion coefficients decrease initially and then increase with increasing pressure; and the density of the CO2 -disolved brines increases with decreasing CO2 pressure in the CO2 dissolution process. The aqueous CO2 concentration profiles obtained by the chemical potential gradient model are considerably different from those obtained by the concentration gradient model, which shows the importance of considering non-ideality, especially when the pressure is high.  相似文献

A zinc or indium-mediated Barbier-type allylation of aldehydes with 3-bromomethyl-5H-furan-2-one in aqueous solvents was developed to provide an efficient route to α-methylene-γ-butyrolactone, which is synthetically very useful. The desired products were obtained in moderate to high yields in aqueous solvents. Excellent drs were achieved, among which the best diastereomeric ratios of products were found when water was used in the indium-mediated reaction, and THF-NH(4)Cl (sat, aq) (2 : 1) mixture in the zinc-mediated reaction. Furthermore, the allylation can be induced by chiral centers, especially those in the α-position, as a substrate-controlled reaction to obtain the enantioselective homoallylation alcohols.  相似文献

In this paper,for time-to-event data,we propose a new statistical framework for casual inference in evaluating clinical utility of predictive biomarkers and in selecting an optimal treatment for a particular patient.This new casual framework is based on a new concept,called Biomarker Adjusted Treatment Effect (BATE) curve.The BATE curve can be used for assessing clinical utility of a predictive biomarker,for designing a subsequent confirmation trial,and for guiding clinical practice.We then propose semi-parametric methods for estimating the BATE curves of biomarkers and establish asymptotic results of the proposed estimators for the BATE curves.We also conduct extensive simulation studies to evaluate finite-sample properties of the proposed estimation methods.Finally,we illustrate the application of the proposed method in a real-world data set.  相似文献

By means of an electrochemical study, the influence of arsenic, antimony and cobalt on cathodic polarization in the zinc electrowinning process, the associated kinetic equations and parameters, and the polarization mechanism have been studied. The results show that the experimental values of the kinetic parameters are in accord with the theoretical values in the ZnSO4/H2SO4 solution with a single impurity is added. In contrast, the charge transfer coefficient α is smaller than the theoretical value in the ZnSO4/H2SO4 solution when the three impurities are added together.  相似文献

在5%Cu-5%Pd/γ-Al2O3催化剂作用下,由硝基苯和乙醇反应一锅法合成了2-甲基喹啉.实现了乙醇与硝基苯转移加氢、乙醛缩合、苯胺与不饱和醛加成、脱水环化、脱氢等多步反应的耦合.极大地简化了2-甲基喹啉的合成工艺.相比较传统的化学合成方法,由于避免了使用无机酸碱或均相金属络合物作为催化剂,该方法环境更加友好,解决了均相金属络合物催化剂分离、回收困难的问题.在优化的反应条件:使用1g催化剂,硝基苯15mL,乙醇60mL,水30mL,T=453K,P=3.5MPa,反应时间为12h时,2-甲基喹啉的收率达66.4%.  相似文献

A novel light conversion agent (NLCA) has been synthesized that is applicable to polyethylene (PE) film. The composition and structure of the NLCA was characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometry. The morphology, particulate dimensions, dispersion property and compatibility of the NLCA were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the average particulate dimension was about 60–100 nm and they were dispersed well in the PE film. The luminescence property of the NLCA was studied via fluorescent spectrometry. The fluorescence spectra of the NLCA show that the NLCA has a highly efficient luminescence.  相似文献
