In this research, we extend Luenberger’s (J Econ Dyn Contr 26(10), 1613–1628, 2002) results on zero-level pricing method to the market with transaction cost. We show that the zero-level price exists in this market. Both the zero-level pricing method and the no-arbitrage pricing method produce price intervals, but the zero-level price interval is smaller than the no-arbitrage price interval. Although the zero-level price interval in general depends on the utility function and initial wealth, we show the zero-level price interval is identical for all individuals with different levels of initial wealth and the HARA utility functions in which one parameter is fixed.  相似文献

The constrained optimization problem with a quadratic cost functional and two quadratic equality constraints has been studied by Bar-on and Grasse, with positive-definite matrix in the objective. In this note, we shall relax the matrix in the objective to be positive semidefinite. A necessary and sufficient condition to characterize a local optimal solution to be global is established. Also, a perturbation scheme is proposed to solve this generalized problem.  相似文献

We review the effect of shear flow on the phase behavior and structure of colloidal dispersions with increasing degree of complexity. We discuss dispersions of colloidal rods, stiff living polymers like wormlike micelles, and colloidal platelets. In addition, a review is presented on sheared binary dispersions. For all cases we discuss the interplay between thermodynamic instabilities and hydrodynamic instabilities.  相似文献

In this paper we introduce an iterative algorithm for finding a common element of the fixed point set of an asymptotically strict pseudocontractive mapping S in the intermediate sense and the solution set of the minimization problem (MP) for a convex and continuously Frechet differentiable functional in Hilbert space. The iterative algorithm is based on several well-known methods including the extragradient method, CQ method, Mann-type iterative method and hybrid gradient projection algorithm with regularization. We obtain a strong convergence theorem for three sequences generated by our iterative algorithm. In addition, we also prove a new weak convergence theorem by a modified extragradient method with regularization for the MP and the mapping S.  相似文献

In this paper, we employ the image space analysis (for short, ISA) to investigate vector quasi-equilibrium problems (for short, VQEPs) with a variable ordering relation, the constrained condition of which also consists of a variable ordering relation. The quasi relatively weak VQEP (for short, qr-weak VQEP) are defined by introducing the notion of the quasi relative interior. Linear separation for VQEP (res., qr-weak VQEP) is characterized by utilizing the quasi interior of a regularization of the image and the saddle points of generalized Lagrangian functions. Lagrangian type optimality conditions for VQEP (res., qr-weak VQEP) are then presented. Gap functions for VQEP (res., qr-weak VQEP) are also provided and moreover, it is shown that an error bound holds for the solution set of VQEP (res., qr-weak VQEP) with respect to the gap function under strong monotonicity.  相似文献

The concept of sign reversing is a useful tool to characterize certain matrix classes in linear complementarity problems. In this paper, we characterize the sign-reversal set of an arbitrary square matrixM in terms of the null spaces of the matricesI–⁁+⁁M, where ⁁ is a diagonal matrix such that 0⁁I. These matrices are used to characterize the membership ofM in the classes P0, P, and the class of column-sufficient matrices. A simple proof of the Gale and Nikaido characterization theorem for the membership in P is presented.We also study the class of diagonally semistable matrices. We prove that this class is contained properly in the class of sufficient matrices. We show that to characterize the diagonally semistable property is equivalent to solving a concave Lagrangian dual problem. For 2×2 matrices, there is no duality gap between a primal problem and its Lagrangian problem. In this note, we shall consider the sequence of consecutive powers in max algebra of a nonnegative matrix with each element less than or equal to 1. The notion of asymptotic period is defined to study the ‘limiting behavior' of this sequence. A simple and effective characterization for the asymptotic period of the sequence is given.  相似文献

An minimization problem with a linear objective function subject to fuzzy relation equations using max-product composition has been considered by Loetamonphong and Fang. They first reduced the problem by exploring the special structure of the problem and then proposed a branch-and-bound method to solve this 0-1 integer programming problem. In this paper, we provide a necessary condition for an optimal solution of the minimization problems in terms of one maximum solution derived from the fuzzy relation equations. This necessary condition enables us to derive efficient procedures for solving such optimization problems. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate our procedures.  相似文献

Four series of ferroelectric liquid crystals containing oligooxyethylene spacers have been synthesized. These obtained liquid crystal compounds were characterized by NMR, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and optical polarized microscopy (POM). The properties of the liquid crystalline phase were investigated as a function of spacer units, numbers of core aromatic rings, and different terminal asymmetric moieties. It was found that (i) the phase transition temperature decreased with the increasing oligooxyethylene spacer unit, (ii) the liquid crystalline phases were enhanced in three phenyl ring system than in two phenyl ring system, and (iii) ferroelectric liquid crystals containing different terminal asymmetric moieties exhibited novel mesophase phenomena. A twist grain boundary phase (TGBA phase) was observed in some compounds of this study. Furthermore, a wide temperature chiral smectic Crange including room temperature was achieved.  相似文献
