Determination of metoprolol in rabbit blood using capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection

This work described a sensitive method for determination of metoprolol in rabbit plasma.The method involved purification by ultrafiltration,derivatization with fluorescein isothiocyanate,determination by capillary electrophoresis(CE) coupled with laser-induced fluorescence(LIF) detector.Other components in plasma including a variety of amino acids and proteins did not interfere with the determination of metoprolol in experimental condition.The assay had a wide range(2.0-500 ng/mL) of linearity and a detection limit of 0.8 ng/mL.The intra- and inter-day precisions were satisfactory with relative standard deviation(RSD) less than 10.0%and accuracy within 10.0%.This method was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic study of metoprolol in rabbit blood.     

High performance liquid chromatography with immobilized Ru(bpy)_3~(2+)-KMnO_4 chemiluminescence detection and its application in metabolism of repaglinide in pig liver microsomes

A novel high performance liquid chromatography-chemiluminescence（HPLC-CL） method for investigation of in vitro metabolism of repaglinide in pig liver microsomes with microdialysis sampling technique was developed.The chromatographic separation was performed on a Hypersil BDS-C18 column with an isocratic mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.01 mol/L KH₂PO₄（pH 3.0）（volume ratio 75:25） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection was based on the chemiluminescence reaction of repaglinide with acidic potassium permanganate（KMnO₄） and tris（2,2’-bipyridyl）ruthenium（Ⅲ）(Ru（bpy）₃³⁺),which was immobilized on the cationic ion-exchange resin for obtaining high sensitivity and reducing consumption of expensive reagent.     

Magnesium bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide as an efficient catalyst for the hydroalkylation of aromatic olefins with 1,3-diketones under solvent-free conditions

An efficient magnesium bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide[Mg(NTf_2)_2]catalyzed hydroalkylation of aromatic olefins with 1,3- diketones under solvent-free conditions has been developed.The reactions proceed smoothly to give the desired products in good yields in short reaction times.     

(ω)性质及Weyl型定理

(ω)性质是Rakocevic给出的Weyl定理的一种变化.本文通过定义新的谱集,给出了有界线性算子同时满足(ω)性质和a-Weyl定理的充要条件.同时,利用所得的主要结论,研究了H(p)算子的(ω)性质.

本文证明了在平移空间上可利用距离在一定条件下构作出线性结构,引入了次范整线性空间的概念,还证明了平移空间是次范整线性空间当且仅当它的平移群是Abel群.泛函分析学中的有界线性算子定理,Hahn-Banach定理以及共鸣定理都可以移植于次范整线性空间之中.     

解析hyponormal算子的α-Weyl定理

本文通过定义新的谱集,给出了算子满足a-Browder定理和a-Weyl定理的充要条件,运用了文章中新定义的谱集,研究了解析hyponormal算子的a-Weyl定理．     

液体表面的遮光效应及其应用

首次发现了液体介质表面的遮光效应,讨论了遮光半径与液体介质性质的关系.基于这一发现,建立了一种测量液体折射率的新方法,该方法具有实时、自动化、高精度等特点.     

液体光击穿阈值的研究

运用声学基础理论,讨论了激光入射到液体中,激光能量与声信号强度间的变化关系.发现激光能量与声信号强度之间存在着对数线形关系.根据液体中光声信号的连续性,得到了一种求取液体光击穿阈值的新方法.     

非交换Lipschitz-φ算子代数

本文引入由紧距离空间(K,d)到给定Banach代数A中的Lipschitz-φ算子构成的非交换Banach代数L~φ(K,A)与l~φ(K,A),证明了它们都是由K到A的全体连续算子构成的非交换Banach代数C(K,A)的子代数,并且关于范数||f||φ=L_φ(f)+||f||∞是Banach代数,研究了不同 Lipschitz尺度函数φ对应的大(小)Lipschitz代数之间的关系。特别当φ(t)=t~α时,引入了极限代数lim_(α→0+)l~α(K,A),lim_(α→+∞)l~α(K,A),lim_(α→0+)L~α(K,A)与lim_(α→+∞)L~α(K,A)以及距离空间的Lipschitz连通性,得到了lim_(α→+∞)l~α(K,A)=A的充要条件,也给出了lim_(α→0+)L~α(K,A)=C(K,A)的条件。
